を頻繁に休止して該楔部材に付着固化した固形物や混和
物を人為的に取り除いたり、或いはこれを更新する等の
煩雑な保守作業を必要としていた重大な難点があったも
のである。

その全体的な補給量を光電式の距離センサー8等により
滞留パテ剤5aの盛り上がりで検知して自動的にこれを
調整する。また前記ナイフコーター6によるパテ剤5お
よび該パテ剤5の滞留パテ剤5aのしごき塗りは、押し
込み過程の前記板材2を支承する定盤9上で行われ、該
ナイフコーター6と押し込み過程の前記板材2の両側部
に形成される楔形の隙間には、楔部材10a,10bが
左右からそれぞれ弾力的に当接されていて、前記滞留パ
テ剤5aの前記両側部に形成される楔形の隙間からの漏
出を極力防止しているものである。尚、図中6aは前記
ナイフコーター6の支持体、11は前記板材2の案内
板、12aは前記搬入コンベヤ1の搬送ロール、12b
は搬送ロール12aの左右の列間に立設した定規ロー
ル、13aは前記押し込みコンベヤ3のプレートチエ
