[Prior Art] When a synthetic resin material having high ductility, adhesiveness and flexibility, such as a thermoplastic polyester resin, is extruded into a sheet shape, a sheet-shaped extruded material continuous in the longitudinal direction is provided downstream of the extruded material. In many cases, the cutting process is immediately performed on the side in the width direction and the longitudinal direction. For example, FIG. 2 illustrates a cutting device used in such a case, and a sheet-shaped resin material (hereinafter simply referred to as resin material 2) that is drawn out at a high speed through between two endless belts 5a and 5b. In some cases) 2 is cut in the width direction by a cutting device provided between the endless belts 5a and 5b.

This cutting device sandwiches the sheet-shaped resin material 25 between two flat plate-shaped fixed blades 13a and 13b, and cuts the sheet-shaped resin material 2 in the width direction by the shearing force of the fixed blades 13a and 13b.
However, in the case of a sheet-shaped resin that is formed into a sheet after polymerization and remains sticky even after cooling, the resin adheres to the cutting edges of the fixed blades 13a and 13b or stretches in this cutting step. In the case of a highly flexible resin, the portion sandwiched between the fixed blades 13a and 13b may stretch and may not be cut completely. Therefore, as a method of cutting such a sheet-shaped resin material in the width direction,
The sheet-shaped resin material was once wound up together with the release film, and the sheet-shaped resin material was manually cut by sandwiching. Further, it is often experienced that the sheet-shaped resin material 2 adheres to the outer surface of the endless belt 5 and the sheet-shaped resin material 2 is not smoothly fed.

Therefore, in recent years, a so-called water jet knife device has been used, which sprays ultra-high pressure water from a nozzle onto a sheet-shaped resin to cut the resin.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, when a sheet-shaped resin material having high adhesiveness, ductility and flexibility is cut by using the above-described method using ultra-high pressure water, it is possible to obtain a fixed blade or the like. Although the resin adherence is prevented as much as possible, since high pressure fluid is used, sufficient safety measures must be taken, not only the cost of the entire equipment including safety measures becomes expensive, but also high speed If the nozzle portion is moved at a high speed corresponding to the traveling sheet-shaped resin material, the jetting water pressure may be lowered and the cutting ability may be lowered.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention sandwiches a continuously running sheet-shaped resin at two points in the running direction, and conveys the sheet-shaped resin while applying tension to the sheet-shaped resin. And a cutting section disposed in the vicinity of the sheet-shaped resin between the first conveyance section and the second conveyance section. Each of the conveyance sections has a coil-shaped spring in a sheet shape along the sheet-shaped resin traveling direction. It is composed of a pair of endless belts arranged on the resin sandwiching surface, and the cutting part has a rotary shaft inclined with respect to the running direction of the sheet-shaped resin, a rotary blade provided on the rotary shaft, and a sheet-shaped belt. A sheet-shaped resin cutting device, comprising: a support body that moves a rotary blade so as to obliquely move with respect to a width-direction cutting line of the sheet-shaped resin while the resin is running.

That is, according to the present invention, a plurality of coil-shaped springs are arranged on the surface to prevent adhesion, and the feeding speed of the second transfer section is made faster than that of the first transfer section to apply tension to the sheet-shaped resin. It is characterized in that a pair of endless belts and a rotary blade that moves at a high speed while being inclined with respect to the width direction of the sheet-shaped resin are combined.

[Operation] According to the present invention, for example, the extrusion-molded sheet-shaped resin is sent to the second transport unit through the first transport unit, and the feeding speed of the second transport unit is higher than that of the first transport unit. Since it is also fast, it moves in a state in which tension is applied between the two transport units. In this state, if the support holding the rotating blade rotating at a high speed moves obliquely to the widthwise shear line of the sheet-shaped resin, the sheet-shaped resin will not adhere to the rotating blade. The sheet-shaped resin that is reliably cut and that is sandwiched between the respective conveying units is easily separated from the conveying unit by the restoring force of the coil-shaped spring and is sent to the next step.

A drive source 8 is provided on the solid base 15, and the drive source 8
Applies rotational force to the support 7 and the rotary blade 6 separately via the transmission 9. The disk-shaped support 7 is rotated substantially coaxially with the axis of the transmission 9, and its rotation surface is arranged so as to be oblique to the widthwise cutting line of the sheet-shaped resin material 2. The support 7 does not directly contact the resin material 2. A disc-shaped rotary blade 6 which rotates at a high speed by a belt 12 is arranged at one position on the peripheral edge of the support 7. The rotary blade 6 may be disk-shaped as in the embodiment of FIG. 1 or may be a star-shaped or square rotary blade.

The sheet-shaped resin material 2 is cut by rotating the support 7 in the direction of arrow A and moving the rotary blade 6 that rotates at high speed in the width direction of the sheet-shaped resin material 2. At this time, the sheet-shaped resin material 2 is running at a constant speed in the arrow B direction.
In this example, the turning direction of the support 7 is inclined with respect to the widthwise cutting line of the sheet-shaped resin material 2 for the following reason. That is, when cutting a running sheet,
For example, as shown in FIG. 3, when the sheet-shaped resin material 2 is traveling in the direction of the arrow and is attempted to be cut in the width direction along the one-dot chain 11B from the cutting start point 10, the sheet-shaped resin material 2 continuously runs. As a result, the cut ends up distorting diagonally. Therefore, in order to cut the sheet-shaped resin material 2 right in the width direction, it is necessary to incline the cutting direction in accordance with the traveling speed of the sheet-shaped resin material 2 and cut along the one-dot chain line 11B direction.

The sheet-shaped resin material 2 is conveyed by the sheet-shaped resin material 2.
A pair of endless belts that travel with the sheet sandwiched therebetween are used, but in order to reliably travel the highly adhesive resin material 2, it is necessary to devise so that the sheet resin material 2 does not adhere to the outer surface of the belt. . As a means therefor, as shown in FIG. 4, it is advantageous to adopt a method of reducing the contact surface between the outer surface of the belt and the sheet-shaped resin material 2. That is, in the configuration shown in FIG. 4, a plurality of coil-shaped springs 14 (three in the figure) are arranged on the outer surface of the endless belt 5, and they are opposed to each other.
The sheet-shaped resin material 2 is held between the two springs 14 and 14 to continuously advance the resin material 2.
