けた中空箱体8と該中空箱体8内を上下方向に向け摺動
する摺動金具11を上端側に装着し、かつ摺動金具11と中
空箱体底壁13との間に圧縮弾機14を巻装状態のもとに収
設した可動棒12と、下端にフレコン3の引掛部材15……
