This device is usually handled by incorporating a solid-state image sensor camera in a cylindrical housing, attaching the device to the tip of a cable, and pushing it into the tube.

On the other hand, an illumination device has to be built in, and heat from the illumination device has a great influence on the solid-state imaging device camera. That is, the heat generated from the lighting device often raises the temperature of the internal space, heats the solid-state image sensor, etc., and significantly deteriorates the image on the monitor. The kneading shortens the time when the camera device can be used, and when the image is disturbed, it is necessary to cut off the power supply for a while and provide a cooling period, which lowers the work efficiency.

ているが、外形球の実際の直径は85mm程度である。Density 1 g / cm 3 aluminum specific gravity 2.56 g / cm 3 of unit volume per water heat capacity of water 4.21 × 1 = 4.21J / cm 3 ° K unit heat capacity per volume of aluminum 0.88 × 2.56 = 2.2J / cm 3 ° It becomes K. Therefore, if the volume is the same, the specific heat of water is about twice that of aluminum. This means that if the water tank is built in, the usage time of the camera device can be extended without causing image distortion. When the water in the tank is heated, the screw 27 can be removed and the warm water inside can be extracted and discarded. After that, if cold water is injected, the camera can be used again. Further, by discarding the warm water and then spraying a cooling spray agent or the like, the inside of the camera device can be cooled to a low temperature in a short time. When the water temperature in the tank rises, the pressure may rise, but in this case, the pressure is not a problem because it is relatively low. If pressure is a problem, it can be avoided by adjusting the sealing material of the screw 27. As described above, the present camera device can suppress the disturbance of the image due to the influence of the heat of the lighting device on the solid-state imaging device camera by incorporating the cooling tank. In addition, since the outer shape is spherical, smooth movement is possible when inserting or pulling out from a curved pipe 4a or a pipe with a step 4b as shown in Fig. 4, and heat due to friction is greatly reduced. This is also effective for preventing image distortion and improving work efficiency. Furthermore, the cable 13 has appropriate rigidity and flexibility.
The workability is extremely good because the FRP cable is used. It should be noted that the actual diameter of the outer sphere is about 85 mm, although it is enlarged in FIG. 1 for the sake of clarity.
