になって次の信号が入ってきたときは最も古い信号に対
応するデータは消去されることになる。6は判定する手
段であって記憶手段5に記憶された各データ群を読み出
す。そして読み出された各データ群を比較し、各データ
群間において一定以上のバラツキが生じた場合にはこれ
を異常として出力する。7は出力する手段であって判定
する手段6による判定結果を出力するもので、操作員11
