先ずマニピュレータ装置により放電クランプ11に取り付
けられている活線状態の配電線12取り外す。放電クラン
プ11から外された配電線12は、垂れ下げられた状態にお
かれる。しかして、D型アーム13より前記放電クランプ
11は取り外され、この放電クランプ11の取り外された後
の螺子孔13aを利用して前記耐張碍子ブラケット10が取
り付けられる。この耐張碍子ブラケット10のD型アーム
13に対する取り付けは、螺子孔13aに耐張碍子ブラケッ
ト10の一端に取り付けたストラップ10b(Y字状に成っ
ている)の先端の螺子孔10b1を合わせて両螺子孔13a、1
0b1に螺子14を挿入することによって行う。そして、前
記耐張碍子ブラケット10の他端に取り付けたクランプ10
cにて外した配電線12を係止し、最終的に前記D型アー
ム13の上に装柱した開閉器15の支線15aを配電線12に接
続し、開閉器15が通電状態に入った後、前記クランプ10
c、10c間に位置する配電線12をカットして所定の装柱作
業を完了するのであるが、上記の作業手順により装柱作
業は、D型アーム13に対する耐張碍子ブラケット10の取
り付けにおいて、螺子孔13aにストラップ10bの先端に螺
子孔10b1を合わせ両螺子孔13a、10b1に螺子14を挿入す
る作業がマニピュレータ装置に馴染まず非常に困難であ
り、殊に螺子14の装着はストラップ10bの裏表より、所
謂共締により装着するものであるからその作業はマニピ
ュレータ装置での作業には全く不向きである等種々の問
