Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a conductive sheet excellent in electric characteristics and enabled in the formation of an arbitrary design and capable of corresponding to a small lot by laminating a base fabric layer and a conductive nonwoven fabric through a mixture layer of a conductive powder and a layer positioned so as to thrust through the base fabric layer. CONSTITUTION:A base fabric layer 1 and a conductive nonwoven fabric layer 2 are laminated through mixture layers 3 each consisting of a conductive powder and a resin so that the mixture layers 3 are positioned so as to individually thrust through the base fabric layer in a reticulated or dot-like state as a whole. In the laminating mode, the mixture layers 3 are printed on the base fabric layer 1 so as to thrust through the base fabric layer and the base fabric layer 1 is bonded to the conductive nonwoven fabric layer 2 through an adhesive layer or the base fabric layer 1 and the conductive nonwoven fabric layer 2 are bonded through the adhesive layer and, thereafter, the mixture layers 3 are printed on the base fabric layer 1 so as to thrust through the base fabric layer 1. In both methods, the mixture layers 3 are directly brought into contact with the conductive nonwoven fabric layer 2 to provide conductivity as a whole.

Prior Art and Problems to be Solved by the Invention
As an insole for safety shoes, an insole made of a conductive non-woven fabric has been used. However, this insole made of a conductive non-woven fabric has a non-uniform surface, which causes a problem in appearance. Therefore, an attempt has been made to eliminate the drawback by adhering a base cloth to the surface of the conductive non-woven fabric. In this case, since the base cloth itself does not have conductivity, a conductive cloth woven with conductive threads such as carbon threads is used, and a conductive sheet obtained by adhering this to the surface of a conductive non-woven fabric is used as an insole. ing.

However, this conductive sheet has a problem that a small turn cannot be made because the production lot of the base cloth is large. In other words, since this conductive sheet has a large production lot of base cloth, the insole manufactured from this conductive sheet has a uniform design, and as a result, it is not suitable for safety shoes. Was difficult to differentiate. Further, since the conductive sheet has a large production lot of the base cloth, it is necessary to stock a certain amount of the conductive sheet, and there is a problem that the inventory risk increases. Furthermore,
As the conductive sheet, a sheet having further excellent electric characteristics has been demanded.

The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Figure 1
FIG. 4 is an explanatory view showing one aspect of the cross-sectional shape of the conductive sheet of the present invention. In the figure, reference numeral 1 is a base cloth layer, and reference numeral 2 is a conductive non-woven fabric layer. The base fabric layer 1 is not particularly limited as long as it is made of a woven fabric or a non-woven fabric, but it is preferable to use one having a coarse texture. This is because the coarser texture allows the mixture of the conductive powder and the resin to easily penetrate to the back surface. Specifically, for example, a mesh type polyester fabric is used. The thickness of the base cloth layer 1 is not particularly limited, but is 0.1 to 0.3 mm.
Is preferred.

Next, the conductive nonwoven fabric layer 2 is not particularly limited as long as it is made of a conductive nonwoven fabric. Usually, a non-woven fabric is used that has conductivity by mixing a conductive metal such as nickel, copper, or zinc. Specifically, for example, a conductive non-woven fabric (Fujiron 5000MX, manufactured by Columbus Co., Ltd.) formed by interlacing polyester fibers and nickel fibers can be used. The material of the non-woven fabric itself may be any one commonly used, and for example, a non-woven fabric made of a thermoplastic resin such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyester, polyamide or the like is used. In particular, from the viewpoints of sheet formability, shape retention, design as a shoe insole, prevention of fuzz, etc., the strength ratio (MD / T
It is preferable that a non-woven fabric sheet having a D) of 1 to 2 and a breaking strength of 80% or more in both the longitudinal and transverse directions is thermocompression bonded. As the non-woven fabric layer, it is preferable to use one having not only conductivity but also static eliminability and antistatic property.
The thickness of the conductive non-woven fabric layer 2 varies depending on the content, but the non-woven fabric layer is usually 100 to 150 in weight.
The thing of about 0 g / m 2 is used.

As described above, in the present invention, the base fabric layer 1 and the conductive non-woven fabric layer 2 are laminated via the mixture layer 3. As an aspect of lamination, as shown in the production method described later, the base cloth layer 1 and the conductive non-woven fabric layer 2 may be laminated by using an adhesive layer. That is, in order to enhance the adhesive force, an adhesive layer (not shown) can be separately interposed between the base fabric layer 1 and the conductive non-woven fabric layer 2 if necessary. As such an adhesive layer, since it is necessary to directly contact the mixture layer 3 positioned so as to penetrate through the base fabric 1 and the conductive non-woven fabric layer 2, a mesh-like adhesive sheet is used. Optimal. Specifically, for example, a mesh sheet (trade name: Daiamide Span) made of a nylon 12-based resin manufactured by Daicel Corp. can be mentioned.

The conductive sheet of the present invention as described above can be efficiently manufactured by the following method, for example. That is, as a method of using the adhesive layer, there are the following two types of methods. As a first method, a mixture of conductive powder and resin (mixture layer 3) is printed from above the base fabric layer 1 so as to penetrate through the base fabric layer 1, and then the base fabric layer 1 is formed. There is a method of bonding the conductive non-woven fabric layer 2 with an adhesive layer (not shown). As a second method, after the base cloth layer 1 and the conductive non-woven fabric layer 2 are adhered to each other via an adhesive layer (not shown), a mixture of the conductive powder and the resin (mixture layer 3) is used as a base material. There is a method of printing from above the base fabric layer 1 so as to penetrate through the fabric layer 1.

As shown in Table 1, the products of the present invention (Examples 1, 2 and 3) had the same volume specific resistance value as compared with the conventional product (Comparative Example 1), but the static decay The initial charge amount (only in Examples 1 and 3 and Comparative Example 1) was about 1
It was / 3 to 1/5, the half-life was about 1/60 or less, and the frictional electrification voltage was about 1/4 or less. Therefore, it is considered that the product of the present invention is less likely to be electrified than the conventional product, and the potential generated in the insole sheet due to friction with socks or the like can be suppressed to be lower than that of the conventional product. Further, as is clear from the comparison between Example 1 and Example 3, the one in which the mixture layer is formed in a mesh shape (Example 3) is better than the one in which the mixture layer is formed in a dot shape (Example 1), It can be seen that the electrical characteristics are excellent.
