In the former floor base panel, a large number of supporting legs for setting a space between the panel and the floor base are interposed, and at least a spacer having holes or recesses or both for fitting into the supporting legs is butted against the panel. It is arranged between the floor base and the panel at a position or at the end of the panel, and the supporting leg is formed by a bulging convex portion of a synthetic resin sheet. The latter floor base panel is made by adhering a base material flat surface of a synthetic resin sheet with convex projections of supporting legs to a large number of positions at appropriate intervals on the back surface of the floor board, and reinforcing members are used to support the supporting legs. It is formed by appropriately combining and combining a reaction-curable liquid resin injected into the convex portion, a synthetic resin-based foam material filled and cured, and a frame-attached one.

Moreover, since many bulging convex portions are formed on one sheet, it is not possible to adjust the interval between the formed bulging convex portions. Further, in the latter conventional example, when the support leg convex portion is filled with a hard synthetic resin material to the full, the height is adjusted in the same manner as the conventional support leg made of a solid cylindrical solid resin mass. When the need arises, it takes time to cut on site, and the amount of resin is large, leading to high costs. When the amount of resin was reduced to avoid high cost, there was concern about strength. Also, the one filled with the foam material was worried about strength.

In addition, in the floor panel support leg that supports the floor panel at a predetermined interval from the floor base and allows wirings to be accommodated in the space formed under the floor panel, a thin plate is molded into a cup-shaped hollow body. The hollow body is filled with a hard filler, and the plurality of hollow bodies are connected to each other with a belt-like connecting material at predetermined intervals.

The molded hollow body can be filled with an inexpensive material such as cement or gypsum, and the cost can be reduced. When a load is applied to the floor panel supported by such support legs, the support legs themselves have sufficient strength due to the presence of the hard filler filled in the hollow body. Further, the hollow body can be formed into a free shape inexpensively and easily in order to form a thin plate.

Sometimes it is possible to connect the hollow bodies according to the site specifications. In addition, the belt-shaped one has a smaller mounting area on the floor base than the one-sheet-shaped one, and is less likely to be affected by the uneven portion.

A finishing material 5 is placed on the floor panel 2 supported by the support legs 4. The support leg 4 is formed by molding a thin plate into a cup-shaped hollow body 6 and filling the hollow body 6 with a hard filler 7. As a thin plate, for example, a synthetic resin sheet 8 is bulged to form a hollow body 6
It is possible to use a molded body in which a plurality of hollow bodies 6 are connected by a synthetic resin sheet 8 to form a shape. Synthetic resin sheet 8
The vacuum molding is performed on a thermoplastic resin material such as a vinyl chloride resin or a polyethylene resin having a thickness of 0.5 to 3.0 mm to form the hollow body 6 at a predetermined position. At the time of this vacuum forming, the protrusion 9 is formed at the tip of the hollow body 6 that is bulged. The protrusion 9 fits into a through hole 2A formed in the lower surface of the floor panel 2. Therefore, the protrusion 2 constitutes an engaging portion, and the through hole
2A constitutes the engaged portion. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, an elastic material 10 such as a polyurethane foam material is interposed between the synthetic resin sheet 8 and the floor base 1. The presence of the elastic material 10 has an effect of improving cushioning property and preventing rattling of floor noise. A plurality of hollow bodies 6 formed at predetermined locations on one synthetic resin sheet 8 can be easily cut and separated according to the situation of the construction site. The hard filler 7 may be filled at the factory after forming the hollow body 6 by vacuum forming the synthetic resin sheet 8 or may be filled at the construction site. Cement or gypsum is suitable as the filling material. Further, a pipe made of vinyl chloride or the like may be inserted into the hollow body 6 as the hard filler 7.
As the floor panel 2, one having a grid-shaped rib 2C formed on the upper surface of a flat plate portion 2B as shown in FIG. 2 was used. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the corner portion of the floor panel 2 is placed on a quarter of the upper surface of the support leg 4, and the support leg 4
The four floor panels 2 are butted on the upper surface of the. As a material for forming the floor panel 2, glass fiber reinforced concrete, aluminum die cast, particle board, calcium silicate, various synthetic resin materials and the like can be used.

In order to achieve strength, the hollow body was filled with a hard filler consisting of an inexpensive material such as cement or gypsum or a synthetic resin pipe material, so the cost was reduced and the workability was improved. I was able to plan.
Further, in the case where the thin plate is made of a synthetic resin sheet and the hollow body is formed by vacuum forming the synthetic resin sheet, the synthetic resin sheet other than the hollow body molding portion connects a large number of hollow bodies. The workability is far better than that of constructing the support legs by installing the hollow bodies one by one at predetermined positions. Compared to the one connected with a sheet, the hollow body connected with a belt-shaped connecting material uses less material, resulting in cost reduction, and at which position of the belt-shaped connecting material the hollow body is connected according to the site. The degree of freedom is increased, the intervals between the hollow bodies are not uniform, and it is easy to design according to the site. Furthermore, in the case where an engaging portion for engaging the floor panel is formed on the floor panel mounting surface of the hollow body, the formation of the engaging portion itself is easily formed on the upper surface of the thin hollow body. And the engagement with the floor panel is easy and reliable.
