Further, when the layout of the product display is changed, it is necessary to change the depth of the shelf board so that the depth matches the size of the displayed product. In that case, it is necessary to replace the existing shelf with a new one having a new size, which requires a lot of trouble and time.

A means is provided in which a connection recess is provided, the fitting piece is inserted into the fitting while rotating, and then a rotation preventing member is fitted into the fitting piece, and the plates are connected and fixed to each other in a flat plate shape. I took it. More specifically, the present invention has a cross-section substantially C having an outer wall surface having an arcuate cross-section at the lower end of one plate.
A connection in which a character-shaped fitting piece is provided so as to project downward, and an inner wall surface having a substantially C-shaped cross-section into which the arc-shaped outer wall surface of the fitting piece fits rotatably at a predetermined angle at the other plate end portion. Anti-rotation member having a cross-sectional shape which is provided with a concave portion for fitting, is fitted in the fitting piece in a state where the fitting piece is fitted in the concave portion for connection, and abuts against a lower end portion of the concave portion for connection. The plate connecting mechanism is characterized in that these plates are connected and fixed in a flat plate shape by using. Further, the present invention provides a plate connection structure including a plurality of plate units connected and integrated with each other through the plate connection mechanism.

The fitting piece is prevented from rotating in the connection recess, whereby the plates can be connected to each other in a flat plate shape and the upper surface of the plate can be expanded. When the upper surface of the plate is reduced, the anti-rotation member is pulled out from the inside of the fitting piece, and then the fitting piece is rotated in the opposite direction to release the fitting with the connection concave portion to remove the plate.

FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a plate connecting structure according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes a base plate 1, an intermediate plate 2 and a tip plate 3. The base portion of the base plate 1 is bent into a substantially U-shaped cross section. In the vicinity of the base of the base plate 1, a pair of fitting members 1a having a U-shaped cross section are provided so as to open further downward. The shape, position, etc. of this fitting member 1a can be changed as appropriate according to the place where it is installed. The base end plate 1 has a rear end bent in a U shape, and a front end is provided with a fitting member 1c forming a connection recess 1b so as to project downward as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. . As shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 3, the connecting recess 1b has an upper wall surface having an arc a (for example, an arc corresponding to 60 °), a lower part thereof constitutes a vertical wall surface b, and a lower part thereof faces inward. To form an inclined surface c, and the lower part thereof forms an arc d (for example, an arc corresponding to 120 °) about twice as large as the arc a described above. At the rear end of the intermediate plate 2, a fitting piece 2a which can be attached to and detached from the connection recess 1b while being rotated is provided so as to protrude downward. As shown in the enlarged view of FIG. 3 as well, the fitting piece 2a has upper and lower outer wall surfaces that form arcs (for example, arcs corresponding to 60 °) e and f corresponding to the above-mentioned connecting recesses 1b. , F form a vertical wall surface g, and the inner wall surface has a cross-sectional shape that substantially corresponds to the outer wall surface. Then, when the fitting knit 2a is fitted into the connecting recess 1b, as shown in FIG. 4, the fitting piece 2a is tilted and inserted into the connecting recess 1b, and then in the arrow X direction. By rotating the fitting piece 2a, the fitting piece 2a can be fitted and inserted in the state shown in FIG. In this state, as shown in FIG. 6, the head 4a is then attached to the fitting piece 2a.
The fitting piece 2a is non-rotatably fixed in the connection recess 1b by fitting the substantially convex anti-rotation member 4 fitted thereinto the fitting piece 2a. That is, the lower portion 4b of the rotation preventing member 4 serves as a stopper and abuts on the lower tip end h of the connection recess 1b, so that the arrow Y of the fitting piece 2a.
Rotation in the direction is blocked. At the front end of the intermediate plate 2, a fitting member 2b exactly the same as the fitting member 1c provided at the front end of the base plate 1 is provided downward. The front end plate 3 is provided at the rear end of the rear end of the intermediate plate 2 so as to face downward, and the front end is similar to the rear end of the base plate. It is bent into a substantially U shape. Reinforcing ribs 2c and 3b are provided below the substantially middle portions of the intermediate plate 2 and the tip plate 3 so as to project downward. The base plate 1, the intermediate plate 2, and the tip member 3 may all have the same depth dimension or different depth dimensions. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, a reinforcing rib 1d similar to the intermediate plate 2 may be added to the intermediate portion of the base plate 1 to make the depth dimension relatively large. When the base plate 1, the intermediate plate 2 and the tip plate 3 are integrally assembled as shown in FIG. 1, the connection recesses 1c and 2b are fitted with fitting pieces in the manner shown in FIGS.
The anti-rotation member 4 may be fitted by inserting into the 2a and 3a, respectively. When reducing the top surface of the plate in this way,
The anti-rotation member 4 is pulled out, and the fitting pieces 2a and 3a and the connection recess 1
The fitting with c and 2b may be appropriately released, and the tip plate 3 and the intermediate plate 2 may be removed. If necessary, the base plate 1 and the tip plate 3 may be directly connected to each other as described above. The connection recesses 1c, 2b and the fitting pieces 2a, 3a that fit with the connection recesses 1c, 2b may be provided over the entire width of each plate 1, 2, 3 or may be provided intermittently. Further, rib-shaped projections (not shown) may be formed on the entire surface of each plate 1, 2, 3 at an appropriate pitch in order to improve bending strength. FIG. 7 shows another embodiment of the plate connecting structure of the present invention, in which a central plate 11 (intermediate plate of the above-mentioned embodiment) is provided with connecting recesses 10 similar to those of the above-mentioned embodiment at the both ends thereof. And the side plates 14 and 15 (the tip plate and the base plate of the embodiment described above) which are arranged and connected on both sides thereof and which are provided with fitting pieces 12 and 13 similar to those of the above embodiment at the rear end portions, respectively. Equivalent to.) And. Incidentally, the rotation preventing member 4 is fitted to the fitting portion between each connection recess 10 and the fitting pieces 12 and 13 as described above. In the case of this embodiment, as shown in FIG.
Each 15 can be removed by rotating it downward. FIG. 9 shows another embodiment of the plate connecting mechanism of the present invention. The difference from the example shown in FIG.
17 and the fitting piece 18 to be fitted thereto are formed using a thick material, and the other basic configuration is the same as that of the above-mentioned embodiment. In this case, although the sectional shape of the rotation preventing member 4 is slightly changed as shown in the drawing, the basic structure is the same as that of the above-mentioned embodiment.
