2. Description of the Related Art As a conventional seat spring structure of this type and its related art, there is a seat cushion for a vehicle seat as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, for example. What is shown in FIG. 11 is a full-form type seat cushion 1 that does not use any seat spring made by processing a steel wire or the like. That is, the pad 3 having a predetermined shape is integrally formed directly on the bowl-shaped frame 2, and in the seat cushion 1 of this type, the pad 3 itself is also required to have a spring action. Therefore, the pad 3 is made of a highly elastic foam material.

However, as shown in FIG.
In the prior art shown in (1), the front surface side of the seat cushion 1 is also made of a highly elastic foam material, and the entire surface has a substantially uniform feel to some extent. Therefore, it is not possible to give a soft feeling to the buttocks of the seated person, and it is difficult to appropriately adjust to a body pressure distribution with a good seating feeling, and the cushioning property may be lacking and the seating feeling may be impaired. However, there has been a strong demand for further improvement in ride comfort performance.

Further, one of the important dynamic performances of the seat is a buffering function of vehicle vibration, and it is necessary to properly set the vibration characteristics of the seat so as not to match the resonance point of the vehicle. . However, in the full-form type,
Since it is difficult to lower the resonance frequency of the seat cushion 1, it is more difficult to improve the riding comfort performance.

Further, in the prior art shown in FIG. 12, the pitch of the formed wires 6, 6 ... Can be freely set to give optimum cushioning to a portion required for riding comfort. It is generally difficult to keep the height (length in the vertical direction) of the formed wires 6, 6 ... Low while maintaining the strength and elasticity of the structure. Therefore, it is difficult to reduce the thickness of the seat cushion 4, and there is a problem that a large installation space for arranging the seat is required.

Since the spring member (30) is formed by bending a narrow flat plate in a meandering shape and has strength and resilience as compared with a formed wire formed by processing a wire rod, a predetermined spring is used. It is possible to suppress the height that is bulky in the vertical direction while ensuring the feeling (spring strength). Therefore, the seat cushion (10) can be made thin.

Next, the operation will be described. As shown in Figure 1,
The upper ends 31 of the spring members 30 are fitted and fixed to the mounting portions 28, 28 of the plate member 20 in the same direction, and the lower ends 34 of the spring members 30 are mounted to the frame 40, respectively. The parts 42, 42 ... Are fitted and fixed. The upper surface side of the plate member 20 assembled in this way forms a receiving surface portion 20a, and the receiving surface portion 20a
The pad 50 may be mounted so as to be placed on it.

By the receiving surface portion 20a of the plate member 20,
The pad 50 in the vicinity of the buttocks of the seated person can be received face-to-face, but the plate member 20 is a resin molded product, and the receiving surface 20a thereof can bend to some extent along the seated buttocks. By devising its shape,
The plate member 20 itself can also have cushioning properties. The plate member 20 is supported by the plurality of spring members 30 above the frame 40 with sufficient cushioning properties.

Each spring member 30 is formed by bending a narrow flat plate in a meandering shape. The thickness and width of the narrow flat plate can be appropriately selected, and the bending pitch and bending shape can be freely set. Therefore, the spring constant can be appropriately set. For example,
FIG. 8 shows a spring member 30B according to a modified example. Like the W-shaped spring member 30B, the spring member 30
If the number of bending of the narrow flat plate is increased and the number of the intermediate portion 33 and the loop portion 33 is increased one by one, the repulsive force can be further increased.

Further, the mounting portions 28 are formed on the lower surface side of the plate member 20 at a predetermined number of locations. The location of the mounting portions 28 and the number and direction thereof are the pads 50.
It may be appropriately set according to the desired body pressure distribution above. That is, by arbitrarily setting each mounting portion 28, it is possible to easily control the number of mounted spring members 30 and the positions thereof.

Thus, even if the spring constant of the spring member 30 itself is not changed, the body pressure distribution with respect to the pad 50 on the receiving surface portion 20a of the plate member 20 can be adjusted in advance so as to obtain an optimal seating feeling, and the riding comfort can be improved. Can be further improved. For example, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the seat spring structure 11 according to the above-described embodiment can be obtained by simply changing the position, the number, or the orientation of the mounting portions 28 provided on the lower surface side of the plate members 20A and 20B. A completely different body pressure distribution can be obtained.

As described above, according to the seat spring structure 10 of the present invention, it is easy to appropriately adjust the body pressure distribution to provide a comfortable seating feeling, and the ride comfort can be adjusted according to the desired body pressure distribution. The seating feeling can be further improved by, for example, providing an optimal cushioning property to a necessary portion. In addition, one of the important dynamic performances of the seat is the cushioning effect of the vehicle vibration, but it is also possible to set the vibration characteristics of the seat appropriately so that it does not match the resonance point of the vehicle. This is extremely easy in comparison.

Further, the spring member 30 is formed by bending a narrow flat plate in a meandering shape and has strength and resilience as compared with a formed wire material obtained by processing a wire material, so that a predetermined spring feeling is obtained. (Spring strength) can be ensured while suppressing the vertical height. Therefore, the seat cushion 10 can be made thinner than the conventional one in which a foamed wire is incorporated, and it is possible to sufficiently meet the request for space saving.

Although the seat spring structure 11 according to the present embodiment constitutes the seat cushion 10 of a vehicle seat, the present invention is not limited to this, and other various types such as furniture sofas. May be used for seats. Also,
On the lower surface side of the plate member 20, the upper end portion 3 of the spring member 30 is provided.
Although the cap-shaped mounting portion 28 to which 1 is fitted is formed,
The shape of the mounting portion is not limited to that shown in the figure, and may be any form as long as the upper end portion of the spring member can be fixed.

According to the seat spring structure of the present invention, the mounting portions for fixing the spring members are formed at a predetermined plurality of positions of the plate member. By arbitrarily setting in accordance with the desired body pressure distribution, it is possible to appropriately control the number of spring members attached, their positions, etc., and adjust the body pressure distribution on the pad in advance so as to obtain an optimal seating feeling, The riding comfort can be further improved.

Further, since the spring member is formed by bending a narrow flat plate in a meandering shape and has strength and resilience as compared with a formed wire or the like obtained by processing a wire rod, a predetermined spring feeling is secured. At the same time, it is possible to make the seat cushion thin by suppressing the height of the seat cushion in the vertical direction, and it is possible to sufficiently meet the request for space saving.
