[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial field of application] The present invention is directed to fumes, oil mist, and various fine dusts generated during cutting, grinding, forging, die casting, etc. The present invention is used in the technical field of an electrostatic precipitator that collects (hereinafter simply referred to as "fine dust"), and specifically relates to improvement of a discharge electrode suitable for use in the above electrostatic precipitator.

In order to coarsen and collect the above-mentioned fine dust, an electric dust collector has been conventionally used, but the discharge electrode for charging used in this electric dust collector has been conventionally used for charging dust particles. A high voltage was applied to a finer wire to cause discharge, or a high voltage was applied to a large number of needles to cause discharge.

However, in the case of a discharge electrode using the above-mentioned thin wire (discharge wire), as seen in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 61-40360, since the thin wire is stretched with a strong tension with a peen, the thin wire is broken when it is broken. Has a problem that it is entangled with other members and causes a short circuit, which hinders the operation of the dust collector.

On the other hand, in the case of a discharge electrode using a needle, the problem of short circuit due to disconnection such as the above thin wire can be avoided, but because a discharge action from only the tip portion of the needle is used, a large number of needles are arranged side by side. Even if discharged, there was a problem in uniformity and stability of discharge.

Therefore, the technical problem of the present invention is that it is easy to handle and assemble, moreover, uniform and highly stable discharge can be performed, and even if the wire is broken, a uniform discharge can be obtained continuously without causing a short circuit accident. The purpose is to provide electrodes.

A thin wire for discharge, which is preformed into a non-linear shape that repeats bending or refraction continuously in the left-right direction with respect to the center line, and a conductive material are used to form a thin and slender thin plate as a whole, and a large number of them are formed in the longitudinal direction. Each support part of the support plate is composed of a support plate in which the mounting parts are arranged side by side with a gap, and the bent parts or bending parts formed by forming the thin wires in the left and right directions are traveled to the left and right sides. Since a thin wire that has been formed into a non-linear shape is used as the discharge electrode, the thin wire still maintains its forming state even if the wire is broken, so it will not come into contact with other members to cause a short circuit. The point of using is that the handling is very simple as compared with a thin wire stretched with a strong tension or a needle-shaped electrode, and it is possible to smoothly proceed the assembly work of the electrode and the like.
