1. To lift a disabled person in the bedding on the tatami,
In addition, in order to lift a disabled person to the bathtub in the bathroom washing room, the arm must be projected from the device by about 50 cm. This condition causes the device to tip over. That is, the first issue is the equilibrium (stability) when putting a disabled person in a bathtub. 2. In order to enter the bathtub, the handicapped person must be lifted by his arm. On the other hand, the size of the device is particularly limited in its bottom area, since it usually passes through the corners of a corridor, for example, when going from bedding on a tatami mat to a bathroom. There is a high risk of falling when a person with a disability is suspended and carried by such a device. That is, the second problem is miniaturization of the device and stability during movement. 3. The third issue is increasing the ability to cross steps. 4. When a person with a disability is transferred from a tatami mat or a bed to the seat of the apparatus using this device, the posture of the disabled person is that the upper body is almost vertical and the upper thighs (thighs) are substantially horizontal, that is, the left side as shown in FIG. Posture (called a key type) or central posture (called a L type)
is necessary. For example, in the right posture (referred to as V-shape) in FIG. 15, there is a risk of slipping from the seat. Or the seat becomes large and the device becomes large. On the other hand, the posture when moving from the seat to the tatami mat or to the bed is inconvenient for the key type or the L type. There is a risk of falling off the bed, especially when moving to the bed. For example, there is no such fear in the V type (the details will be described in the text). In other words, the body holder used in this device must change according to the purpose of use. That is, the fourth issue is the development of such a body holder.

1. The first problem, that is, the equilibrium by suspending the handicapped person on the arm protruding toward the front of the device, is solved by installing a weight balance weight at the rear part of the device. Or, a caregiver rides instead of the weight balance weight. 2. The second problem is solved as follows. This device can move a person with a disability suspended above the protruding arm up and down and back and forth along the protruding arm. When performing this operation, the movement by the device is stopped, the device is locked to the floor, and the assistance is provided by an assistant, so that the operation is not unstable. On the other hand, the movement of the device is performed while the disabled person is sitting on the seat,
The wheelchair is similar to a known wheelchair and there is no risk of falling. In addition, since all the protruding parts are on the side of the machine, the device is compact and can be moved in a narrow passage. 3. In order to solve the first problem, a method of installing a weight balance weight at the rear part of the device was adopted, but it was found that this method leads to a method of significantly increasing the step capability. 4. It is necessary for the handicapped person to have a different posture when moving from the tatami mat or from the bed to the seat, and vice versa, but the necessary conversion can be performed by a one-touch operation on the body holder.

[Structure] The structure of the first embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 is a trolley, 2 is a pedestal, 3 is a caster which can rotate freely with front wheels, and 4 is a caster with a rear wheel which is also a pneumatic tire having a diameter larger than that of the front wheels in order to enhance step performance. 5 is a seat where people with disabilities can sit. The vertical column 6 is fixed to the rear part of the loading platform, and the horizontal column 7 is fixed to the upper end of the vertical column. A hanger 11 is attached to the horizontal column, and the hanger can move up and down and back and forth. Body holder 120 for hangers
Can be removed. Next, the mechanism for moving the hanger back and forth along the horizontal pillar is described. The horizontal column is a hanger rail having a groove at the bottom, and the carrier 8 can move along the groove. 9 is a front and rear chain for moving the carrier along the horizontal column, one end of which is fixed to the right end of the carrier, and the sprocket 10 mounted on the upper end of the vertical column inverts the carrier.
It is inverted at the tip pulley 12 at the tip of the horizontal column and fixed to the left end of the carrier 8. Reference numeral 13 is a handle for turning the sprocket 10. The configuration of the handle is as follows. A handle plate 15 is fixed to the sprocket drive shaft 14 to which the sprocket is fixed, and a handle shaft 16 is fixed to the handle plate. The handle shaft has a spring bearing plate 17 at its tip. Reference numeral 18 denotes a handle pipe that can reciprocate in the axial direction of the handle shaft 16, and the handle pipe has a pipe plate 19
And the lock rod 20 is fixed to the pipe plate. A compression spring 21 is inserted between the spring receiving plate 17 and the handle pipe 18. Reference numeral 22 is a lock plate having a plurality of lock holes formed at equal intervals on the periphery thereof and fixed to the horizontal column. The lock rod 20 can be inserted into a handle hole formed in the handle plate 15 and fitted into the lock hole. Since the locking rod 20 is a plain spring and the compression spring 21, it is fitted into one of the locking holes. Next, the horizontal pillar protrudes from the dolly, so the mechanism to shrink it will be described. The horizontal pillar is composed of a fixed horizontal pillar 23 and a rotating horizontal pillar 24, which are connected by a hinge 35, and therefore have the following structure. Reference numeral 25 is a tip pulley shaft that supports the tip pulley 12, 26 is a moving frame that is equipped with the tip pulley shaft and can smoothly reciprocate with respect to a horizontal column, and 27 is a lateral groove engraved on the horizontal axis. Mating. Reference numeral 28 is a pipe fixed to the moving frame and also serving as a spring fulcrum, and has a compression spring 29 built therein. 30 is a free shaft loosely attached to the inside of the compression spring, 33
Is a moving shaft having an outer diameter substantially equal to the outer diameter of the compression spring 29 and having a stopper 34, one end of which is in the pipe and can compress the compression spring 29. Numerals 31 and 32 are pipes fixed to the hinge 35, and 37 is a rotating horizontal pillar locking rod to which a handle 38 is fixed, which comes into contact with the moving shaft 33 due to the compression spring 29. If the handle 38 is moved to the left and the locking ring 41 having the notch 36 is moved to the left against the compression spring 42 and is turned 90 degrees forward along the groove 40, the rotating horizontal column and the fixed horizontal column are aligned. maintain. When the handle 38 is moved to the left, the compression spring 29 is compressed and the moving shaft 33 contacts the free shaft 30. Further, the moving frame 26 moves to the left, the tip pulley shaft 25 moves to the left, and the front-rear chain 9 is tensioned. Further, when the rotating horizontal column locking rod 37 is moved to the right and the rotating horizontal column is rotated, the front and rear chains are located at the connecting portion of the hinge 35, so that the tip pulley is pulled and the moving frame moves to the right. After that, the front and rear chains do not sag due to the compression spring 29 when the rotary cross column is returned to the straight line.
Next, the mechanism for moving the hanger up and down will be described. Reference numeral 43 is a known chain block mounted on the upper end of the vertical column 6. Reference numeral 44 is a load chain on the side of the chain block on which the load is applied, and the carrier chain and the hanger pulley 45 are fixed to the support rod 46. 47 is a load chain on the side where no load is applied and is stored in a load chain storage box 48 mounted on the upper part of the vertical column. 49 is the chain chain of the chain block. 50 is a hook support rod fixed to the hanger pulley 45, 51 is a hook, and the hanger 11 is a hanger pulley, a hook support rod and a hook. Since the two load chains descending from the carrier 8 are located parallel to the horizontal column, the marking can be placed closer to the vertical column of the cylindrical case of the hanger pulley. It is called a hanger direction display mark. The mechanism for expanding and contracting the vertical columns is described. The vertical column 6 includes an upper vertical column 55, a central vertical column 56 and a lower vertical column 57. The upper vertical column and the central vertical column can be easily attached and detached by connecting with four bolts. The central column slides inside the lower column. The lower vertical column has a vertical groove 58, and 59, 60 and 61 are widening holes. 64
Is a columnar handle, and the inner handle shaft 65 and the outer handle pipe 6
6, one end of the handle shaft is fixed to the central vertical column and its outer diameter is equal to the width of the vertical groove and movable along the vertical groove. A screw is engraved on the right end of the handle shaft, and a nut 67 with a knob is screwed into the screw. The handle pipe 66 can move left and right with respect to the handle shaft 65. The outer diameter of the handle pipe 66 is larger than the width of the vertical groove and smaller than the widening hole. Next, the configuration for balancing the weight of the disabled and the configuration of the step device will be described. 68 is a balance weight installation plate for fixing the balance weight support plate 69 and the small wheel 70. The balance weight support plate is engraved with a handle hole 71 for lifting the balance weight installation plate by hand and a half-moon shaped hole 72 belonging to a step device, and a screw 73 with a knob.

[Operation] The operation of the mechanism relating to the handle 13 will be described. The caregiver turns the handle to move the handicapped person on the carrier back and forth, but when the caregiver releases the handle,
If some kind of external force is inadvertently applied to the physically handicapped person who has been suspended, the physically handicapped person may start moving along the horizontal column, especially toward the tip of the horizontal column. A mechanism associated with the handle prevents it. That is, when the caregiver releases his hand from the handle pipe, the lock rod 20 is fitted into the lock hole of the lock plate 22 fixed to the horizontal column by the compression spring 21, and the rotation of the handle is stopped.
When the caregiver rotates the handle, the compression spring 21 is rotated while being compressed. Next, the operation related to the mechanism of the rotating horizontal column will be described. The horizontal column is rotated by a hinge. At this time, the front and rear chains change the direction by 180 degrees along the hinge joint,
The distance between the sprocket 10 and the tip pulley 12 is reduced with the rotation. Further, when the rotating horizontal column whose direction is changed by 180 degrees is extended in a straight line, the distance between the sprocket and the tip pulley increases with rotation. The configuration of this device makes this smooth.
The operation of the lock ring 41 and the compression spring 42 relates to the safety of this device. In this device, when the load is applied to the hanger 11, the rotary crossbar locking rod 37 is inserted into the groove 40.
It is dangerous to turn it up along the way. This mechanism prevents accidental operation. That is, the notch 3 carved in the locking ring
Therefore, unless the knob 39 is pushed to the left by the finger 6, the rotating crossbar locking rod cannot be separated from the groove 40. Next, the action based on the mechanism for expanding and contracting the vertical column will be described. The helper is the vertical column handle 64
Grip and move the central vertical column up or down along the vertical groove, and when the vertical column handle reaches the position of the widening hole, push the handle pipe into the widening hole and turn the nut 67 with knob. The vertical column and the lower column are fixed. Since the device has three widening holes, the height of the device can be changed in three steps. 130c
m, 165 cm and 178 cm. It is adjusted in advance according to the height at which this device should pass and the height of the ceiling. Next, the operation of the mechanism relating to the balance weight installation plate will be described. In order to extend the horizontal pillar and maintain the balance when suspending a person with a disability at the tip, the caregiver pulls out the balance weight installation plate from the trolley in advance. Since the balance weight installation plate comes into contact with the sliding pulleys 86 to 91 and the rings 92 and 93 and is in contact with the floor by the small wheel 70, it can be pulled out lightly. If necessary, put the weight balance weight on the balance weight installation plate beforehand. One weight balance weight is usually enough. The curve of 102 is to prevent interference with the casters of the rear wheels. When the balance weight installation plate is pushed all the way into the gantry 2, 101 of FIG. 5 collides with the ring 93 and stops. The length from 101 to the tail of the equilibrium weight installation plate is about 15 cm. This device is mainly moved in this state, but since the small wheel 70 is separated from the rear wheel 4, it is useful for stabilizing the front-rear direction during the movement. Next, the operation of the step device will be described. The balance weight installation plate 68 is provided with sliding pulleys 88, 90 and 8
It is sandwiched between 9 and 91. It is also sandwiched by the sliding pulley 86 and the step piece 96, and the sliding pulley 87 and the step piece 97, but the latter has a space (play) of d 1 . When the device is on a flat floor, front wheels, rear wheels and small wheels 7
0 touches the floor and sliding wheels 86, 87, 88, 89,
90 and 91 are in contact with the balance weight installation plate, and the balance weight installation plate and the step piece have an interval of d 1 . When the caregiver pulls up the handle hole 71 of the balance weight support plate 69 by hand, the balance weight installation plate rotates around the position of the slide wheel 88.
That is, the play of d 1 disappears and the balance weight installation plate easily rotates until it comes into contact with the step pieces 96 and 97. When the device has changed is being moved over the floor of the floor inclination, it does not disturb the movement due to the presence of d 1. Next, when the front wheel comes into contact with the step while the apparatus is passing, the caregiver places his hand on the handle hole 71 of the balance weight support plate to retract the balance weight installation plate, and the vertical support rod 80 is positioned at the step cutout 78. Whenever, lift the balance weight plate. The balance weight installation plate easily rises because of the stepped notch, but the balance weight installation plate contacts the inclined plate 98 and stops. At that time, if the balance weight installation plate is retracted to its inclination, the step piece can move away from the position of the step cutout and come into contact with the balance weight installation plate, and the state shown by the dotted line in FIG. The installation plate stands still in a tilted state. Next, the locking lever 105 is engaged with the central cutout portion to lock the locking pipe 77.
Is fitted into the lock hole 76. The front wheel can then easily be lifted over the step by placing the foot in the half-moon shaped hole 72, applying weight and pulling on the foot and pulling on the top of the column (eg, the rope attached to it). The greater the inclination of the balance weight installation plate, that is, the greater d 2 , the larger the step can be.
Further, in this state, the rear wheel and the small wheel are largely separated from each other, so that the stability is maintained. The state in which the balance weight installation plate can be tilted and a large step can be exceeded also occurs at a position where the balance weight installation plate is fully inserted in the carriage. Next, the action of the body holder will be described. There are two types of methods using the armpit-integrated belt 122 of FIG. 6, one of which is shown in FIG. 13 and the other of which is shown in FIG. FIG.
Are classified when the ankle belt 150 is used and when it is not used. Next, the case where it is not used is described. The caregiver passes the knee belt 125 from the disabled person's foot to below the knee. Next, the armpit belt 124 is passed under the head and inserted under the armpit. Next, spread the shin tape 130 under the knee and fasten it with the magic belt 131. This is because the knee belt 125 does not shift. A suitable one of the four rings of the seating ring 126 described below is hooked on the hook 51. At this time, make sure that the two chains are not twisted, and that the hanger direction indicating mark should face the head of the handicapped person. The ring 127 is not used. If the handicapped person is lifted, the posture shown by the solid line in FIG. 13 is obtained. It is called a key-shaped posture. In this state, when the caregiver turns the handlebar 13 to bring the handicapped person closer to the seat, the handicapped person approaches with his or her back facing the seat, which is convenient. Next, the case of using an ankle belt is described. Wrap the ankle tape 153 around the ankle of the handicapped person once and fasten it with Velcro. Tilt the trip arm 169 of the belt adjuster 155 toward the belt 159, pull and loosen the main belt 151, hook the ring 158, and the caregiver loops with one hand.
If the user lifts 2 and pulls the free end 156 with another hand, the posture shown in the dotted line in FIG. 13 will be obtained when the handicapped person is lifted. This posture is called L-shape. Next, FIG. 14 will be described. The disabled person is lifted by the same operation as in FIG.
On the hook. The posture is as shown in FIG. It is called a V-shaped posture. In the case of the armpit-knee separation type, the hook has a side belt 1
Multiply one of 36 and 143 rings for the key or L type and 144 rings for the V type. Next in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 3, 127 can be omitted by increasing the diameter of 133 of the main belt 123 and lengthening the rings of 132. If a V-shape is required, move the 132 ring to the 127 position. 1
If the ring of 32 is loaded, the ring does not exceed 133.

The first object of the present invention is to lift a handicapped person from the bedding on the tatami mat, to transfer the person from the washroom to the bathtub,
Balance when transferring to a toilet bowl or lifting from a wheelchair. The second purpose is stability on the move, but both of these have been achieved. In addition, when the ability of the step is increased, the step mechanism allows a person with a disability of 100 kg to easily pass a step of 3 cm by a helper of 38 kg, for example. When passing over a step, it is desirable to orient the caster in the traveling direction. In addition, this device has many safety functions as described above. Next, the reason why the chain block is used to move the hanger up and down is described. Avoid using electric power from electric motors, etc., as water is included in the bath. In the case of manual operation, the caregiver performs the manual operation with a narrow balance weight installation plate, so that it is easier to use and less fatigue than the known hand-operated winch or loading machine in which the method of pulling the hand chain downward is known. Next, the effect of the body holder will be described. The posture of the handicapped person when moving to the seat, wheelchair, toilet bowl and small bathtub of this device should be such that the upper body is almost vertical and the upper thighs (thighs) are almost horizontal. For example, in the posture of FIG. 14, there is a risk of slipping from the seat. The posture of FIG. 13 makes this possible.
In addition, when moving from the bathroom washroom to the bathtub, the caregiver must lift the handicapped person at a distance between the washroom top and the bathtub top (hereinafter referred to as the stride height). That is, this device requires the height. However, if the entrance to the bathroom is low, disable it. Also, when the washroom is small, it may not be possible to extend the knee even if the person enters the washroom with a key. These inconveniences can be eliminated if you enter the washroom with an L-shaped posture outside the bathroom. As described above, the L type is effective not only in a small washroom but also when the apparatus is moved to a high bed. Next, when moving from the seat of this device to the bedding on the tatami, especially when moving to the bed,
The key type or L type is unsuitable and the posture of the handicapped person is required to be horizontal or at least V type. The reason for this is as follows. For example, when an L-shaped body is lowered onto the bed, the bed first has a butt, and when further lowered, the direction in which the upper body of the handicapped person inclines cannot be determined. There are cases where it crouches forward or falls toward the direction where the width of the bed is narrow. In the latter case, people with disabilities could fall out of bed. Even if it is L-shaped or V-shaped, after the buttocks are attached, the upper body draws an arc centered on the buttocks and falls to the bed,
During that time, the load chain pulls the device at an angle and the device becomes unstable (usually the device moves slightly in that direction, but there is no concern as long as the caregiver is on the balance weight plate).
If the pulling amount is d, d is V as shown in FIG.
Type, L-type, and key-type. Next, the case where the disabled person is lowered by V type is described. When the person with a disability is lifted up, the direction of the body depends on whether the caregiver pulls the arm of the person with a disability,
Since the ring of the guide rod 1 is easily changed by pulling it on a hook, the caregiver orients the body of the disabled person in a proper direction before the body of the disabled person contacts the bed. After a part of the body (usually the hips) reaches the bed, the upper body of the disabled person lays on the bed in the direction in which the body rest was in contact with the bed due to the action of gravity. In this way, the posture of the physically handicapped person when moving to the seat or the like of the present apparatus and the posture when moving to the bedding such as the bed must be different. Moreover, it is desirable that the conversion be extremely easy. In this device, the sitting ring (126 of FIG. 6 or 143 of FIG. 8) is hooked on the hook 51 when the handicapped person is sitting, and the bedding ring 127 or 144 is hooked on the hook when facing the bedding. In the former case, wear an ankle belt if necessary. Next, it will be noted that the seating ring 126 and the ring 136 have a plurality of holes. In the case of FIG. 13, the head or face of the handicapped person may come into contact with the hanger. To prevent this, hook support rod 50
It is only necessary to raise the center of the, but this method is disadvantageous to the low entrance of the bathroom, because the whole device is so high. Varying the height of the hook holes alleviates this disadvantage. The effect of vertical pillar tape is described. The vertical column tape should be attached firmly to the vertical column or loosely when the handicapped person moves up and down along the vertical column. Prevents the upper body from collapsing and swaying while moving, even when the physically handicapped person does not have the strength to support his / her upper body. Armpit type belt 122 and separation type belt 134
The effect of depends on how people with disabilities are physically handicapped. For example, if the knees cannot be flexed and extended, the separation type is superior. The guide bar in FIG. 11 is for changing the direction of a disabled person who is suspended in the air. Usually, the ring 173 is pulled by hooking it, but it may be necessary to push the back of the handicapped person for the convenience of urination. The elastic protrusion 172 is used at that time. The chin belt 176 or the tail belt 177 of FIG. 12 is applied to persons with physical disabilities who do not have a neck sitting.
The effect is great because the belt is connected to the vertical column 6. The bottom area of this device is minimum width 40cm, depth 55cm, diameter 64c.
It can be used in a small washroom by using casters with a small diameter for both the front and rear wheels, which can fit within m (the width of the tail of the balance weight installation plate is 20 cm). If the washroom is large, the diameter of the rear wheel can be increased to allow access to both sides of the seat. With this device, the upper vertical column 55 and the equilibrium weight installation plate 68 are removed, and the wheelchair becomes like a normal wheelchair.

[Modification of mechanism] The modification of the step device will be described. In the first embodiment,
In the step device, a stepped notch 78 is provided on the balance weight installation plate 68 and an inclined plate 98 is provided on the vertical support rod 80. Except for these, the distance d 1 between the step pieces 96 and 97 and the balance weight installation plate 68 is eliminated.
By making the vertical support rod 81 up and down while keeping the above, the same step effect as in the first embodiment can be obtained. As the mechanism for moving up and down, for example, like the lock mechanism of the present device, an operating rod that moves up and down, a manual lever and a guide piece are used. The caregiver lifts the handle hole 71 with one hand and moves the manual lever.
