2. Description of the Related Art Generally, most of the resonator market is currently of resin mold type. The resin mold type is configured as shown in FIG. 4, in which vibrating electrodes 12 are formed on both surfaces of a piezoelectric body 11 made of ceramic or the like, and a vibrating gap 17 for vibrating is formed around the vibrating electrodes 12. Has been done. The periphery of the piezoelectric body 11 is covered and fixed with the resin 16 via the vibration gap 17. In this way, this type of piezoelectric body 1
Since the area around 1 is firmly fixed with resin 16,
Generation of unnecessary vibrations such as ripples is suppressed, and stable frequency characteristics can be obtained.

On the other hand, as electronic devices have become lighter, thinner, shorter and smaller in recent years, various electronic parts have been rapidly miniaturized and made into chips. Also in the oscillator circuit, a case type structure has been developed in which a capacitor connected in parallel to the resonator is incorporated in the resonator chip to reduce the number of components and downsize.

The chip-type piezoelectric component shown in FIG. 5 has a dielectric layer 28 disposed on an insulating substrate 31 and also has a capacitor function. Since the body layer 28 and the body layer 28 are laminated and printed, a short circuit due to migration of Ag or the like is likely to occur, which not only lowers the reliability of the chip-type piezoelectric component but also increases the manufacturing cost.

However, also in the chip type piezoelectric component shown in FIG. 7, the piezoelectric element 10 is fixed to the dielectric substrate 21 with the conductive adhesive 23, and the amount of the conductive adhesive 23 is large. If the amount is too large, the vibration of the piezoelectric element 10 is suppressed and its oscillation intensity is reduced, and when the piezoelectric element 10 is mounted, it is pushed by the piezoelectric element 10 and the input / output electrode 2
There is a problem that the conductive adhesive 23 protruding from 5a and 25b reaches the adjacent earth electrode 27a and causes a short circuit between the electrodes. Further, when the amount of the conductive adhesive 23 applied is reduced, the support of the piezoelectric element 10 becomes weak, and the piezoelectric element 10 is likely to come off due to an impact such as a drop, which causes a problem of non-oscillation.

Further, the piezoelectric substrate 10 has a flat dielectric substrate 2
1 is bonded directly to the piezoelectric element 10 and the dielectric substrate 2
1 cannot be sufficiently secured, and in particular, after fixing the piezoelectric element 10 with the conductive adhesive 23 and after mounting the chip-type piezoelectric component by solder reflow, the influence of residual strain when heat is applied As a result, the vibrating portion such as the vibrating electrode 12b comes into contact with the piezoelectric element mounting surface of the dielectric substrate 21,
There is a problem that vibration is disturbed and oscillation failure occurs.

According to the chip-type piezoelectric component (1) having the above structure, even if the conductive adhesive extends from the input / output electrodes, the ground electrode does not exist on the piezoelectric element mounting surface of the dielectric substrate. Therefore, there is no risk of short circuit between the input / output electrode and the ground electrode. As a result, it is possible to reduce the occurrence of short circuit between electrodes without impairing the load capacitance value of the built-in capacitor, and to avoid the risk of detachment of the piezoelectric element from the dielectric substrate due to too little conductive adhesive. It can be avoided. Therefore, it is possible to provide a highly reliable and low-cost chip-type piezoelectric component without causing an accident such as non-oscillation.

According to the chip type piezoelectric component (2) having the above structure, the same effect as that of the chip type piezoelectric component (1) can be obtained and, at the same time, the piezoelectric element and the dielectric are affected by the residual strain when heat is applied. Even if the space between the piezoelectric substrate and the body substrate is narrowed, a sufficient gap is secured between the piezoelectric element and the dielectric substrate by the two pedestal portions, so that the piezoelectric element and the dielectric substrate come into contact with each other. It is possible to prevent the occurrence of oscillation failure.
