[Operation] As described above, the single wire 4 is connected to the tip of the core wire 2 of each stranded wire of the cord 1 by the crimp terminal 3, and the terminal body 5 is provided with the insulating through hole 6 for independently penetrating the single wire 4. Formed,
A portion of the terminal body 5 on the rear side of the insulating through hole 6 is divided into two parts, and the divided half bodies 8 are foldably connected to the terminal body 5 at hinge portions 7, respectively, and a pair of divided half bodies 8 and 8 are formed. Are close to each other, and the fitting connecting means 9 for fitting and connecting by sandwiching the cord 1 via the cord covering 10 is divided half bodies 8,8.
By forming the single wire 4 crimped by the crimp terminal 3 to the core wire 2 of the stranded wire by being formed between them, there is no possibility of insertion connection unlike the commercially available rod-shaped crimp terminal. The plurality of single wires 4 can be sufficiently connected, and the plurality of single wires 4 are inserted into the insulating through holes 6 to achieve insulation.
Can be easily connected to a screwless terminal such as a quick-connect terminal by determining the interval pitch thereof, and the split halves 8 and 8 can be fitted in the fitting coupling means 9 to connect the cord 1 through the cord coating 10.
By sandwiching the cord 1, the tension applied to the cord 1 is applied to the terminal device body 5 side and not applied to the core wire 2 side, so that the connection between the core wire 2 and the single wire 4 is prevented from being destroyed.

A single wire 4 such as an IV wire is electrically connected to a tip of a core wire 2 of three twisted wires of a cord 1 such as a cabtire cable by a crimp terminal 3. In such a case, the coating on the side of the core wire 2 is also caulked so that the pulling force of the single wire 4 can be sufficiently endured. The terminal main body 5 is a synthetic resin molded product, and is formed with an insulating through hole 6 for independently penetrating the three single wires 4. The rear part of the terminal body 5 with respect to the insulating through hole 6 is divided into two parts, and each of the divided halves 8 is foldably connected to the terminal body 5 at a hinge portion 7. A fitting protrusion 9a is projected on one of the pair of split halves 8 and a fitting recess 9b is formed on the other fitting half 8. Then, the fitting halves 8 and 8 are brought close to each other, and the cord 1 is sandwiched between the fitting halves 8 and 8 through the cord coating 10 to fit the fitting projection 9a and the fitting recess 9b. It is connected to handle the terminal of code 1. The fitting form of the fitting protrusion 9a and the fitting recess 9b can be variously changed in design, and these configurations are collectively referred to as the fitting connecting means 9.

Then, by lengthening the single wire 4 crimped by the crimp terminal 3 to the core wire 2 of the stranded wire, there is no possibility that the insertion connection cannot be made unlike the commercially available rod-shaped crimp terminal. Is something that can be done. The plurality of single wires 4 are respectively inserted into the insulating through holes 6 and are insulated by the insulating wall 11. The three single wires 4 are fixed at intervals to determine a screwless terminal (Fig. (Not shown) can be easily connected. Moreover, the split halves 8 and 8 are fitted to each other by the fitting and coupling means 9 and the cord 1 is sandwiched by the cord covering 10, so that the tension applied to the cord 1 is reduced.

The insulating through-hole 6 and the insulating wall 11 are formed in two layers by thermosetting synthetic resin on the inner surface of the terminal body 5 made of thermoplastic resin.
Then, the shape of the insulating through hole 6 made of a thermosetting resin is maintained even by an arc or the like, and the insulating property between the single wires 4 is sufficiently enhanced.

[Effects of the Invention] In summary, the present invention is an insulation in which a single wire is connected to the tip of the core wire of each stranded wire of a cord such as a cabtire cable with a crimp terminal, and the single wire is independently penetrated through the terminal body. A through hole is formed, and a portion of the terminal tool body that is closer to the rear side than the insulating through hole is divided into two parts, and each of the divided half bodies is foldably connected to the terminal tool body at the hinge part, and a pair of divided half bodies are close to each other Since the fitting connecting means for fitting and connecting the cord by sandwiching the cord through the cord coating is formed between the split halves, the single wire crimped by the crimp terminal to the core wire of the stranded wire is made long. By doing so, it is possible to make a sufficient connection without being unable to make an insertion connection like a commercially available rod-shaped crimp terminal, and to insulate multiple single wires by inserting each into a through hole. Decide the interval pitch There is an advantage that a screwless terminal such as a quick-connect terminal can be connected easily, quickly and surely. Also, since the split halves are fitted by the fitting connection means and the cord is sandwiched through the cord coating, the tension applied to the cord is applied to the terminal body side, not to the core side, and the core wire and the single wire are connected. There is an advantage that it is possible to avoid destroying the vehicle and to improve safety.

Further, since the insulating through hole is formed of two layers of thermosetting synthetic resin, there is an advantage that the shape of the insulating through hole can be maintained even by an arc or the like, and the insulating property between the single wires can be sufficiently enhanced.
