"Prior art" Conventionally, in vehicle maintenance factories, gas stations, etc., in order to facilitate maintenance such as vehicle maintenance, oil changes, etc. A vehicle lift is arranged in the existing pit (recess), and predetermined vehicle maintenance and car washing are performed while the vehicle is being lifted and lowered using the lift.

Further, in the above-mentioned maintenance shop, various fail-safe mechanisms are provided in order to prevent a vehicle falling accident or the like due to an operation error in order to perform various works while the worker enters the lower part of the vehicle lifted by the lift. However, water is accumulated in the pit due to car washing or floor washing, and the environmental conditions are exposed to extremely high temperatures.

"Technical problem to be solved by the device" For this reason, conventionally, a blower or the like has been installed in the pit which is the recessed space to remove high-humidity air in the pit and to dry it, but the width of the pit is wide. Is about 60 cm, which is narrow, but, for example, with two lifts, it is about 2 m deep and 10 m long.
Also, since the three of them are about 15 m long and have a long recessed space in the longitudinal direction, it is possible to dry them uniformly with only one blower. It is difficult and requires a plurality of blowers or a blower with a considerably large capacity, which leads to an increase in equipment costs and operating costs.

Moreover, since the lifts and the like are formed of a material having a good thermal conductivity such as a metal material, dew condensation, water droplets and the like are likely to adhere, and various functional parts such as the safety lock portion are protective covers and the like. Since it is concealed by, it is almost impossible to completely remove the dew condensation adhering to the functional component and the high-humidity air around it even if the inside of the pit is simply dried.

In view of the drawbacks of the prior art, the present invention removes dew condensation, water droplets, etc. of various functional parts and high-humidity air, etc., which are likely to be a safety problem in performing the above-mentioned lift operation, and facilitates drying. An object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle lift safety mechanism that can be achieved automatically and in a short time, thereby completely preventing lift malfunctions and the like due to moisture and the like.

[Technical Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve the drawbacks of the prior art, the present invention forms various clearances between the functional parts attached to the vehicle lift and the lift wall to form an incomplete seal with a protective cover. A timer that is concealed in the stopped state and that is individually inserted in the protective cover of the various functional parts so that dry compressed air can be jetted, and that is driven in conjunction with the lift elevating / lowering operation switch, and is set by this timer. It is characterized in that an adjusting valve for sending the compressed air to the nozzle after opening for a certain period of time is provided so that the dry compressed air can be jetted for a predetermined time in conjunction with the lifting and lowering operation.

The protective cover is concealed in an incompletely sealed state by forming a gap with the lift wall so that the compressed air can be discharged to each part together with the high-humidity air inside, so that the replacement with the dry compressed air is facilitated. Done.

"Operation" The present invention basically does not dry-replace the entire high-humidity air in the pit, but locally and forcibly dry-replaces only the portion most likely to cause malfunction due to moisture or dew condensation. As a result, the substituents can naturally be substituted in a small amount and in a short time. Therefore, a compact compressor or dryer for producing the dry compressed air is sufficient, and since the replacement does not need to be performed continuously or for a long time, compared with the case where a conventional blower is installed. Thus, the equipment cost and the operating cost are significantly reduced, and the miniaturization of the entire system can be easily achieved.

Further, since the present invention directly injects dry compressed air into the target space surrounded by the protective cover, it exists not only in the dew condensation adhering to the functional parts but also in the deep part thereof. Highly humid air can be easily removed in a short time.

Furthermore, since the ejection of the dry compressed air is started in conjunction with the lifting / lowering operation of the lift and continues to be ejected for a predetermined time required for the dry replacement, it is possible to eliminate and prevent the dew condensation of the functional parts during the lifting operation. As a result, it is possible to perform the lifting operation while the functional parts are always dry, and therefore it is possible to completely prevent malfunction of the lift due to moisture or the like.

According to this embodiment, the timer 9 operates in conjunction with the operation switch 21 when the lift 1 moves up or down, and the adjustment valve 10 is operated for a predetermined time set by the timer 9.
Is opened and dry compressed air is introduced to the hose connection port 5a side, and the protective cover 13 is introduced through the air hose 3 / nozzle 4.
Compressed air is injected into A to 16A, and the dry air is ejected after the lifting and lowering operation, and continues to be ejected for a predetermined time necessary for dry replacement in the protective covers 13A to 16A, whereby the protective covers 13A to 16A. Condensation of the functional parts inside can be erased and prevented, and as a result, the lifting operation can be performed always in a dry state, so that the malfunction of the lift due to moisture or the like can be completely prevented.
