2. Description of the Related Art As one of fish and shellfish breeding equipment, foam separation that discharges organic substances dissolved in water to the outside of a tank (outside of an aeration tank) by a flotation effect of bubbles generated by an oxygen supply device such as a blower and a compressor. The system is widely used (see Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 3-47087, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 3-229689, and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 3-272630). This method is excellent in that pollutants in water can be discharged out of the system without accumulating in the purification system.
By using this together with the conventional general filtration tank,
The pollution load on the filter medium in the filter tank can be reduced, and the nitrification of bacteria in the filter medium can be efficiently promoted. In particular, with the advent of a self-priming type aeration device (aerator) disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 59-160516 in recent years, a larger amount of fine bubbles than a conventional diffuser or ejector system using a blower or a compressor has been developed. It is now possible to feed and more rapid foam separation is feasible.

However, in these methods, the foam discharge surface in the aeration tank is open, and the foam is immediately discharged from the aeration tank via a short path to an external open space, and the foam is discharged. There is a problem that the foam is not concentrated well because the vertical distance is not ensured in the discharge path through which the air flows. In addition, raising and lowering the water level for adjusting the discharge speed of the foam is delicate and difficult, and water is easily discharged together with the foam. For these reasons, a large amount of breeding water was often lost together with the foam, resulting in a hindrance to breeding. Therefore, the method of adjusting the foam, that is,
It is required to concentrate the foam and discharge it with a small amount of water. In view of the above circumstances, the present invention aims to control the discharge amount by concentrating polluted foam generated from an aeration tank provided for a fish and shellfish breeding device with a simple device as much as possible and discharging it to the outside. The purpose is to properly separate bubbles.

In the present invention, the aeration tank polluted foam is collected in the foam collector, and due to the exhaust pressure from below, the polluted foam advances from the top of the foam collector to the discharge pipe and reaches the U-shaped part of the discharge pipe. The water entering the discharge pipe together with the polluted foam or the water obtained by breaking the polluted foam in the middle returns to the aeration tank side so that the polluted foam is concentrated and the discharge pipe passes through the U-shaped portion. Will be discharged outward from the discharge part of. Then, by changing the position of the U-shaped portion vertically by the discharge pipe height fine adjustment device, the distance in the height direction from the water surface of the aeration tank to the U-shaped portion changes, and the degree of concentration of the polluted foam changes. . In addition, a polluted foam water storage tank is provided on the discharge side of the discharge pipe to receive the polluted foam from the drain pipe, and when the water is collected in the storage tank, the water level rises and the discharge port of the discharge pipe is covered. The discharge of the polluted foam from the aeration tank side is suppressed, and the discharge of the polluted foam is stopped.By changing the upper limit position of the outlet, the water level of the water storage tank that stops the feeding of the polluted foam is changed. . If a plurality of discharge ports are provided on the discharge side of the discharge pipe via an open / close valve, the water level of the water storage tank can be changed by selecting and opening / closing the open / close valve.

The discharge pipe 3 has a U-shaped part 5 projecting upward at a position above the top of the foam collector 2, and the U-shaped part 5 is supported by a discharge pipe height fine adjustment device 6. I have. As described above, the polluted foam is sent from the foam collector 2 to the discharge pipe 3, and water (breeding water) in the aeration tank is also sent together with the polluted foam. Therefore, since the discharge pipe 3 has the U-shaped portion 5, the water in the aeration tank or the water in which polluted foam is broken during the process from the foam collector 2 to the U-shaped portion 5 in the upper position is aerated. It is installed so as to return to the tank side, and the polluted foam will be concentrated. When a large amount of water in the aeration tank is discharged to the outside through the discharge pipe 3, the height of the U-shaped portion 5 is adjusted by the discharge pipe height adjusting device 6 to obtain an appropriate degree of concentration. Try to be. By doing so, it is possible to reduce the amount of water loss in the breeding water in the entire breeding apparatus. On the other hand, when the purification of the breeding water is urgent, the height of the U-shaped portion 5 may be lowered by the discharge pipe height fine adjustment device 6.

As described above, the foam separator of the present invention is provided with a shade-shaped foam collector connected above the aeration tank to collect the polluted foam generated in the aeration tank, and a top of the foam collector. U which is connected upwardly and projects upwardly above the foam collector.
It is characterized in that it is provided with a flexible discharge pipe having a character portion for guiding polluted foam to the outside, and a discharge pipe height fine adjustment device for raising and lowering the U-shaped portion of the discharge pipe. As a result, the discharge speed of the polluted foam can be freely controlled by adjusting the U-shaped portion of the drain pipe up and down without any trouble as compared with the conventional water level adjustment method using a baffle plate. In addition, it is necessary to regularly clean the foam collector, drainage pipe, and the like, because adhesive dirt gradually accumulates and hinders normal discharge. However, in a foam separation device incorporating a conventional aerator, it takes a lot of work to remove it, but in the device of the present invention, a foam collector, a discharge pipe, and a discharge pipe height adjustment device are basically configured. Since it is easy to remove, it can be washed without labor. Furthermore, by placing a polluted foam water storage tank on the discharge side of the discharge pipe and changing the upper limit position of the discharge pipe outlet in the polluted foam water storage tank, the total amount of foam discharged from the aeration tank can be controlled. It has an effect that is excellent in practicality, for example, the loss of water can be reduced.
