(57) [Summary] [Purpose] To prevent the tubular member from rolling when tightening and loosening bolts and nuts, and to improve workability when assembling and disassembling the backstay. [Structure] A jig 21 for assembling and disassembling a backstay is provided on a jig main body 23 formed in an elongated flat plate shape, and a head 13A of two adjacent bolts 13 provided on the base end side of the jig main body. Engaging portion 23 having two engaging holes 24, 24 engaging with each other
And a grounding portion 25 located on the tip side of the jig body 22 and grounded to the ground G radially separated from the tubular member 11. Therefore, when tightening the bolts 13 to connect the tubular members 11, the two engaging bolts 13 and 13 on which the tubular member 11 is about to roll during tightening are engaged with the engaging portions 23. While engaging the dowel hole 24, the grounding portion 25
When the cylinder member 11 is grounded on the ground G, the cylindrical member 11 is prevented from rolling by the jig 21, and is prevented from rotating by the engagement between the bolts 13 and the engaging portions 23.

The engaging portion of the jig is engaged with the bolt or nut (which is in a temporarily fixed state in advance) on which the tubular member is about to roll, and the grounding portion is grounded. If, for example, bolts and nuts are tightened with a tool such as a wrench in this state, the tightening torque at this time works to roll the tubular member, but the tubular member does not roll due to the ground portion of the jig. In-situ rotation is prevented by an engagement portion which is prevented and which engages the bolt or nut. The same applies when loosening the bolts and nuts.

Since the cylindrical member 11 is prevented from rolling and the bolts 13 and the engaging holes 24 are engaged with each other by being grounded on the ground, the jig 21 and the cylindrical member 11 are not connected to each other. It prevents slippage and does not rotate on the spot.

By engaging the grounding portion 25 with the ground G while engaging the bolts 13 with each other, it is possible to effectively prevent the tubular members 11 from rolling, and perform the fastening work of each bolt 13 efficiently. At the same time, even a small number of workers can connect and assemble each tubular member (it can be done by one person if only the bolts 13 and nuts 14 are tightened), and the assembly work of the back stay 10 can be performed. It can be made easy and work efficiency can be greatly improved.

With the nut temporarily fixed, the bolt or nut on which the tubular member is about to roll is engaged with the engaging portion of the jig and the ground portion is grounded. This allows the bolt,
When tightening the nut with a tool such as a wrench, the tightening force at this time works to roll the tubular member,
It is possible to prevent the tubular member from rolling by the grounding portion of the jig, and also to prevent the tubular member from rotating in place by engaging the engaging portion with a bolt or a nut. Therefore, the tightening force of the spanner can be reliably transmitted to the bolt or nut to eliminate the tightening loss, and the workability at the time of tightening with the bolt and nut can be improved and the work efficiency can be improved. On the other hand, the same applies when loosening the bolts and nuts to disassemble the back stay. Further, the jig main body can be made lighter and formed with high strength.
