Abstract

PURPOSE:To concentrate cooling capacity only to an air conditioner when cooling load is high against the cooling capacity of a refrigerating machine. CONSTITUTION:Heat storage agent 28 is filled in a regenerative heat exchanger 24 in which a tube 29 to be cooled and a cooling tube 30 are arranged. When cooling load is low against the cooling capacity of a refrigerating machine, a first solenoid valve 43 is opened so as to let flow refrigerant in the cooling tube 30 and cool the heat storage agent 28. At the same time gasoline in the tube 29 is cooled. When the cooling load is high against the cooling capacity of the refrigerating machine, the first solenoid valve 43 is closed. In this case, gasoline flowing in the tube 29 is cooled by the heat storage agent 28. The height of cooling load against the cooling capacity of the refrigerating machine is judged by comparing the detected signal from a detecting means with a set value by a controller 45. For the detecting means, a vehicle speed sensor 46, an engine speed sensor 47, and a temperature sensor 48 are adopted.

2. Description of the Related Art When the ambient temperature is high such as in the summer, the temperature in the gasoline tank rises. Then, when the gasoline stored in the gasoline tank evaporates, gasoline vapor is generated. When this gasoline vapor is diffused into the atmosphere as it is, not only the apparent fuel consumption rate deteriorates due to the decrease of gasoline in the gasoline tank, but also
It may cause environmental pollution due to hydrocarbon (HC) which is harmful to the human body.

A vapor compression refrigerator is generally used as a refrigerator constituting an air conditioner for an automobile. FIG.
Shows the basic configuration of such a vapor compression refrigerator.
A vapor compression refrigerator has a compressor 1 and a condenser 2
And an evaporator 3 and refrigerant pipes 4 and 4 connecting these members 1 to 3. The compressor 1 is driven by an engine for running a vehicle to compress the refrigerant. Further, the condenser 2 condenses the high temperature and high pressure refrigerant discharged from the compressor 1. Further, the evaporator 3 evaporates the refrigerant sent from the condenser 2 and then returns it to the compressor 1. The refrigerant pipes 4 and 4 respectively connect the refrigerant outlet of the compressor 1 and the refrigerant inlet of the condenser 2, the refrigerant outlet of the condenser 2 and the refrigerant inlet of the evaporator 3, the refrigerant outlet of the evaporator 3 and the refrigerant inlet of the compressor 1, respectively. Connecting. In FIG. 4, 5 is a reservoir and 6 is an expansion valve. The liquid reservoir 5 temporarily stores the refrigerant sent from the condenser 2. Further, the expansion valve 6 rapidly expands the refrigerant sent to the evaporator 3.

During operation of the vapor compression refrigerator constructed as described above, the refrigerant circulates in the circuit shown in FIG. At this time, the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant sent from the compressor 1 exchanges heat with the air while passing through the condenser 2 to be condensed and liquefied, and is stored in the liquid reservoir 5. The refrigerant sent out from the liquid reservoir 5 is sent into the evaporator 3 in a state of being rapidly expanded by passing through the expansion valve 6. Then, after being evaporated in the evaporator 3, it is returned to the compressor 1. Since the liquid refrigerant evaporates in the evaporator 3 to lower the temperature of the evaporator 3, if air is passed through the evaporator 3, the air can be cooled or dehumidified.
The opening degree of the expansion valve 6 is adjusted by the refrigerant temperature at the outlet of the evaporator 3.

The conventional gasoline cooling apparatus described in each of the above publications cools the gasoline vapor by using the refrigerant of the vapor compression refrigerator as described above. For example, a first example of a conventional gasoline cooling device described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 61-102315 is configured as shown in FIGS. The gasoline cooling device of the first conventional example is a gasoline return pipe for returning excess gasoline, which has not been taken into an engine (not shown) by a pressure regulator, of the gasoline taken out from a gasoline tank to the gasoline tank. It is provided in the middle of 11. And
It is used to lower the temperature of the surplus gasoline. That is, the temperature of the surplus gasoline rises as it passes through the high temperature engine room in addition to adiabatic compression by a pump for sending out the gasoline. Therefore, if this surplus gasoline is returned to the gasoline tank as it is, the temperature in the gasoline tank rises and the evaporation and evaporation of the gasoline is promoted. Therefore, the surplus gasoline is cooled by the gasoline cooling device provided in the middle of the gasoline return pipe 11 to suppress the temperature rise of the gasoline stored in the gasoline tank. This suppresses the evaporation of gasoline itself.

Such a gasoline cooling device is provided in parallel with the evaporator 3 as shown in FIG. That is, the refrigerant sent out from the condenser 2 and passed through the liquid reservoir 5 passes through the on-off valve 8 and the expansion means 9, and then the heat exchanger 7
It evaporates by being jetted out into the cooling container 10 constituting the above, and the temperature in the cooling container 10 is lowered. As shown in FIG. 6, the middle portion of the gasoline return pipe 11 is arranged in the cooling container 10 in a U-shaped folded state. Then, the heat radiation fins 12, 12 are provided on the outer peripheral surface thereof. Therefore, the temperature of the gasoline returned to the gasoline tank through the gasoline return pipe 11 is lowered, and the excess gasoline is prevented from raising the temperature of the gasoline stored in the gasoline tank. A temperature sensor 13 for detecting the temperature of surplus gasoline flowing in the gasoline return pipe 11 is provided in the upstream of the cooling container 10 in the middle of the gasoline return pipe 11. Only when the temperature of the surplus gasoline to be detected is a certain value or more, the on-off valve 8 is opened and the cooling container 1 is opened.
Refrigerant is sent into 0.

Further, FIG. 7 shows the above-mentioned actual development 63-67657.
The 2nd example of the conventional gasoline cooling device described in the gazette is shown. In the conventional gasoline cooling device of the second example, the bypass pipe 14 is provided between the outlet side of the liquid reservoir 5 and the inlet side of the compressor 1, and the heat exchanger 15 is provided in the bypass pipe 14. This heat exchanger 15 is an ejector 1
The ejector 16 has a compressor 1
By sending in the compressed refrigerant that has exited, a part of the refrigerant in the reservoir 5 is sucked into the heat exchanger 15. And
This refrigerant cools the gasoline. However, in the structure of the second conventional example, the on-off valve 1 is operated when the temperature of the gasoline tank detected by the temperature sensor 17 is equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature.
8a and 18b are opened and the gasoline cooling device is operated. When the temperature of the gasoline tank does not reach the predetermined temperature, the open / close valves 18a and 18b are closed. For this reason, when the temperature of the gasoline tank does not rise, the refrigerant can be used only for air conditioning in the vehicle compartment. Reference numeral 19 is a capillary tube provided for expanding the refrigerant.

Further, FIG. 8 shows the above-mentioned actual development 63-1137.
The 3rd example of the conventional gasoline cooling device described in Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 60 is shown. In the conventional gasoline cooling device of the third example, a bypass pipe 21 is provided in the gasoline return pipe 20, and a heat exchanger 15 a is provided around the bypass pipe 21. The conventional gasoline cooling device of the third example operates together with the refrigerator when the refrigerator constituting the air conditioner for an automobile is used. That is, the switch 23 is turned on with the operation of the refrigerator. Thereby, the three-way valves 22a, 22b
Both switch to the direction that allows gasoline to flow through the bypass pipe 21. In addition, the switch 23 is stopped when the operation of the refrigerator is stopped.
Turns off. As a result, both of the three-way valves 22a and 22b do not flow the gasoline to the bypass pipe 21, but switch to the direction in which the gasoline returns to the gasoline return pipe 20.

By the way, in the case of the structures of the conventional first to third examples as described above, as long as the temperature of gasoline is high (in the case of the structures of the conventional first and second examples), or the refrigeration With the operation of the machine (in the case of the structure of the conventional third example), the refrigerant is sent to the heat exchangers 7, 15, 15a regardless of the cooling load of the air conditioner. For this reason, depending on the conditions, it may not be possible to sufficiently cool the interior of the automobile, resulting in a loss of comfort. For example, in the structure of the first example of the related art, when the engine speed is low such as during idling, the gasoline return pipe 1
The amount of surplus gasoline sent to the heat exchanger 7 forming the gasoline cooling device through 1 increases. On the other hand, the condition that the temperature of the surplus gasoline is high and the condition that the cooling load (load of the refrigerator) in the vehicle interior is high substantially match. Therefore, if the refrigerant is sent to the heat exchanger 7 immediately after the temperature of the surplus gasoline rises, it may not be possible to sufficiently cool the vehicle interior. The same applies to the second to third examples of the related art.

As a gasoline cooling device which solves the above-mentioned inconvenience and controls the refrigerant feeding to the gasoline cooling device according to the load of the refrigerator, as shown in FIG. 9 in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 4-129670. A gasoline chiller is disclosed. In the conventional gasoline cooling device of the fourth example, an electromagnetic valve 25 is provided on the upstream side of the heat exchanger 24. The solenoid valve 25 opens and closes according to a command from the controller 26. A detection signal from a temperature sensor 27 provided on the upstream side of the compressor 1 is input to the controller 26. When the temperature of the refrigerant detected by the temperature sensor 27 is high,
The controller 26 determines that the cooling load is high, closes the solenoid valve 25, and does not send the refrigerant to the heat exchanger 24. On the contrary, when the temperature of the refrigerant detected by the temperature sensor 27 is low, the controller 26 determines that the cooling load is low and opens the electromagnetic valve 25 so that the refrigerant can be sent to the heat exchanger 24.

Inside the heat exchanger 24, a heat storage material 28
And a pipe to be cooled 29 and a cooling pipe 30 are arranged. Therefore, even when the solenoid valve 25 is closed, the gasoline can be cooled by the action of the heat storage material 28, and the cooling of the gasoline can be performed despite the fact that the feeding of the refrigerant to the gasoline cooling device can be controlled according to the magnitude of the cooling load. I can continue.
Therefore, it is possible to suppress the evaporation amount of the gasoline as low as possible and to sufficiently cool the interior of the automobile.
Incidentally, in FIG. 9, 31 is an engine for running a car,
32 is a gasoline feed pipe, 33 is a gasoline return pipe, 3

However, in the fourth example of the conventional engine cooling device described above, the controller 26 determines whether the cooling load is high or low according to the temperature of the refrigerant sent to the compressor 1.
Based on this judgment, so-called feedback control is performed to control the opening / closing of the solenoid valve 25. Therefore, some time delay (time lag) occurs between the moment when the cooling load actually changes and the switching of the solenoid valve 25. Therefore, although it is much improved as compared with the structures of the first to third examples of the related art, although it is a short time, the cooling load is high with respect to the cooling capacity of the refrigerator, Refrigerant may be pumped into the gasoline chiller.
The inconvenience that occurs when the refrigerant is sent to the gasoline cooling device in spite of the high cooling load with respect to the cooling capacity of the refrigerator is as described above. The gasoline cooling device of the present invention is
This is what was considered in view of the above circumstances.

First, when the controller determines that the cooling capacity of the refrigerator is sufficiently large with respect to the cooling load based on the detection value of the detection means, the controller opens the opening / closing means to configure the gasoline cooling device. Send the refrigerant to the heat exchanger. As a result, the gasoline is cooled and the evaporation amount of the gasoline is suppressed. In this case, since the cooling capacity of the refrigerator that constitutes the air conditioner for a vehicle is sufficient, the interior of the vehicle can be sufficiently cooled.

On the other hand, when any one of the vehicle speed v, the engine speed n, and the room temperature T does not satisfy the above-mentioned condition, the controller 45 causes the cooling capacity of the refrigerator to be insufficient for the cooling load. It is judged that there is, the first and second solenoid valves 43,
44 is in the first switching state. In the present embodiment, the controller 45 operates when switching from the first switching state to the third switching state and when switching from the third switching state to the first switching state. , The second switching state is set only for a preset short time.

The operation of the gasoline cooling device of the present invention constructed as described above is as shown in FIG. That is, by stopping the engine 31, the first and second solenoid valves 43,
44 is in the first state in which the refrigerant is not sent to the heat exchanger 24 (STEP 1). Therefore, when the engine 31 is started from the stopped state of the engine 31, the refrigerant only circulates in the refrigerant circuit that constitutes the refrigerator, and is not immediately fed into the heat exchanger 24. As the engine 31 is started, the sensors 46, 47,
48 detects the vehicle speed v, the engine speed n, and the room temperature T, respectively, and inputs these detected values to the controller 45.

In STEP 3, the controller 45 determines whether or not the immediately preceding switching states of the first and second solenoid valves 43 and 44 are the above-mentioned third switching state. And
When the above switching conditions are not satisfied for the first time after the engine 31 is started, for example, when the immediately preceding switching state is not the above third switching state, the controller 45 controls the first and second solenoid valves 43 for a short time. , 44 are set to the second switching state. In this embodiment, the short time is set to 10 seconds. Then, after the lapse of this short time, the state is switched to the third switching state. In this way, the cooling pipe 3 that forms the heat exchanger 24 by causing the refrigerant to flow in the refrigerant circuit including the interspace portion 42.
From the state where the refrigerant is not sent to
Also, since the refrigerant flows through both the cooling pipe 30 and the cooling pipe 30 for a short time, and thereafter the refrigerant flows only through the cooling pipe 30, it is possible to prevent the temperature of the air blown from the air outlet of the vehicle forming the air conditioner from changing significantly. In the present embodiment, both the first and second solenoid valves 43 and 44 are opened for 10 seconds as described above. The point is that these first and second solenoid valves 4 are opened.
When switching between 3 and 44, a time lag may be set between the opening and closing of each solenoid valve 43 and 44 in order to reduce the change in the blowout temperature, and the time when both the opening and closing valves 43 and 44 are opened simultaneously may be set.

In P3, when the immediately preceding switching state is the third switching state, since the gasoline cooling device and the refrigerator are both operating at this point, the controller 45 keeps switching. The state is maintained, and the process returns to STEP 2 in which the vehicle speed v, the engine speed n, and the room temperature T are compared with each set value again.

On the other hand, when any one of the above conditions (1) to (3) is not satisfied, the controller 45 determines that the cooling capacity of the refrigerator is not sufficiently large with respect to the cooling load. Then, the process proceeds to STEP7. This STEP
In 7, the controller 45 determines whether or not the immediately preceding switching states of the first and second solenoid valves 43 and 44 were the above-mentioned third switching state, as in STEP 3. Then, when the immediately preceding switching state is not the third switching state, the process returns to STEP2 in which the vehicle speed v, the engine speed n, and the room temperature T are compared again with the respective set values. On the other hand, when the last switching state was the third switching state, the cooling of gasoline and the air conditioning of the interior of the automobile were performed until then, but the cooling capacity of the refrigerator was reduced due to the deceleration, the rise in the room temperature, etc. Indicates that it is necessary to stop the feeding of the refrigerant to the gasoline cooling device because it becomes insufficient for the cooling load. Therefore, as described above, the controller 45 switches to the second switching state for the short time (10 seconds) and then switches to the first switching state. Hereinafter, the same cycle as described above is repeated.

The gasoline cooling device of the present invention, as described above,
For the operation and non-operation of the gasoline cooling device, each value of the vehicle speed v, the engine speed n, and the room temperature T, and a set value (in the case of the vehicle speed and the speed) stored in the controller 45 in advance or the controller 4
The control is performed by comparing with the set value calculated in 5 (at room temperature). That is, since so-called feedforward control is performed, it is possible to quickly respond to changes in the difference between the cooling capacity and the cooling load of the refrigerator.

In the present embodiment, the inner diameter of each of the refrigerant feed pipe 40 and the refrigerant feed pipe 41 is made equal to the diameter of the pipe 4 forming the interspace 42. For example, the inner diameter of each of these tubes is 16 mm or 19 mm. This allows the refrigerant to flow into any of the tubes under the same conditions. Further, in the present embodiment, the refrigerant feed pipe 40 is provided with the first solenoid valve 43 as the opening / closing means.
This can be provided in the refrigerant delivery pipe 41. Furthermore,
Instead of the first and second electromagnetic valves 43 and 44, one electromagnetic three-way valve may be provided at the branch portion of the refrigerant feed pipe 40 or the refrigerant feed pipe 41 from the refrigerant circuit.
However, as a three-way valve, it is common to allow a fluid to flow through either one of the pipes and the other pipe. When such a general three-way valve is adopted, the control for reducing the temperature change of the blowout temperature as described above cannot be performed. However, as a three-way valve, there are three ways of opening and closing: a state in which the refrigerant flows only in the interspace portion 42, a state in which the refrigerant flows only in the cooling pipe 30 constituting the heat exchanger 24, and a state in which the refrigerant flows in both. If the one that can take the state is adopted, the above-described control for reducing the temperature change of the blowout temperature can be performed.

Further, in the present embodiment, an example in which the refrigerant feed pipe 40 and the refrigerant feed pipe 41 are provided between the evaporator 3 and the compressor 1 has been described. In the case of this embodiment, the refrigerant sent to the heat exchanger 24 is completely evaporated by passing through the evaporator 3. Therefore, the cooling capacity is inferior to that of the liquid refrigerant. However, the heat storage agent 28 that constitutes the heat storage type heat exchanger 24
Is low enough to lower the temperature of. Therefore, the inconvenience that the gasoline cooling device does not operate sufficiently does not occur. The same applies when a heat exchanger other than the heat storage type is adopted. The heat exchanger that constitutes the gasoline cooling device may be provided upstream of the evaporator 3.

Even if the controller 45 controls that the refrigerant is not sent to the gasoline cooling device because the cooling load against the cooling capacity of the refrigerator is large, the heat storage type heat exchanger 24 of the present embodiment can store the heat. The gasoline is continuously cooled until the temperature of the agent 28 rises.

Next, FIG. 3 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. While the evaporator 3 and the heat exchanger 24 are arranged in series in the first embodiment described above, this embodiment is
The evaporator 3 and the heat exchanger 24 are arranged in parallel. Therefore, in the case of the present embodiment, the upstream end of the refrigerant delivery pipe 40 is connected between the expansion valve 6 and the evaporator 3, and the downstream end of the refrigerant return pipe 41 is connected between the evaporator 3 and the compressor 1, respectively. are doing. Further, the refrigerant feed pipe 40 is provided with an opening / closing valve 49 as an opening / closing means. The controller 45 controls opening / closing of the opening / closing valve 49 based on the detection signals sent from the vehicle speed sensor 46, the rotation speed sensor 47, and the temperature sensor 48. In the present embodiment, since the evaporator 3 and the heat exchanger 24 constituting the gasoline cooling device are provided in parallel, when the opening / closing valve 49 is opened, the amount of the refrigerant sent to the evaporator 3 becomes insufficient, and the like. Can be considered. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the throttle channel 39 is provided immediately in front of the heat exchanger 24 to increase the resistance of the portion flowing through the heat exchanger 24. As a result, the amount of refrigerant sent into the evaporator 3 is prevented from extremely decreasing. Further, in this embodiment, since only one on-off valve is provided, the first to third switching control cannot be performed as in the first embodiment. However, in the case of this embodiment, the evaporator 3 is switched by switching the opening / closing valve 49.
Since the amount of refrigerant fed into the chamber does not change significantly, the blowing temperature does not change significantly, and the switching control as described above can be omitted. Other configurations and operations are similar to those of the first embodiment.

Since the gasoline cooling device of the present invention is constructed and operates as described above, the refrigerant is fed into the gasoline cooling device in a quick response to the change in the difference between the cooling capacity and the cooling load of the refrigerator. Can be controlled. Therefore, the air conditioning in the vehicle compartment can always be sufficiently performed. Moreover, if a heat storage type heat exchanger is adopted as the gasoline cooling device, both the air conditioning of the vehicle interior and the cooling of the gasoline can be performed well.
