Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a synthetic resin food container that can preserve food under satisfactory conditions for keeping freshness, prevending dew condensation from being produced from drips exuding from the food and changing of temperature, and enables a user to see through food inside the container satisfactorily. CONSTITUTION: A food container is constructed of a container main body 1 and a transparent or translucent cover body 5 that are separable from each other. A water absorber 3 is provided at the inside on the bottom of the container main body, and antifogging agent is contained in the cover body, or antifogging treatment is applied to the cover body while a lens 7 available for seeing food 4 in the container through is provided integrally at the cover body. A gap 6 for gathering liquid is formed on the inside of a part where the container main body 1 and the cover body 5 are fitted together.

2. Description of the Related Art At present, a large amount of fresh food with a large amount of water such as raw sea urchin, salmon roe, sardine, and cod is packaged in a container for distribution. For example, as a container for raw sea urchin, a combination of a wooden container body and a transparent synthetic resin lid is generally used. The wooden container body absorbs more appropriate amount of water than raw sea urchin, and it is suitable as a container for foods of this type to prevent stuffiness due to the water absorption and hygroscopicity peculiar to trees and the air permeability from the gaps between trees. Has been done.

However, the wooden container body has environmental problems associated with resource depletion, labor and cost increase due to container assembly processing, it is difficult to obtain a uniform product because it is a natural product, and bacteria adhere and propagate. Since it is easy to use, it is considered to use a synthetic resin container.

However, since a synthetic resin container has neither water absorption nor hygroscopicity, when used as a container for fresh food,
Due to "drip" exuding from food and "condensation" caused by temperature change, the surface of the food excessively contains water and the freshness of the food rapidly deteriorates. There is a problem that it cannot be seen well and the product value is significantly reduced.

However, the main purpose of these containers is to absorb the drip liquid, and the condensation caused by the steam generated in the upper space cannot be solved. That is, this water vapor condenses on the inner surface of the transparent lid, drops not only on the food as water droplets to reduce the freshness of the food, but also impairs the transparency of the lid, from the outside of the food inside. This will make it difficult to see through, and will significantly impair the appearance.

As described above, according to the present invention, when fresh food containing a large amount of water is contained in the container body, the drip liquid exuded from the food is absorbed by the water absorbing material disposed on the inner bottom surface of the container body, and When the vaporized water vapor condenses on the inner surface of the lid body, it flows down along the inner surface of the lid body and is absorbed by the water absorbing material, the transparency of the lid body is not impaired by the dew condensation, and the food inside is integrated with the lid body. It is always magnified and seen through the formed lens part.

An antifogging material is provided on the inner surface of the lid 5. Glycerin fatty acid ester, sucrose fatty acid ester, which can be used for food as an anti-fog material (food additive),
Surfactants such as sorbitan fatty esters are preferred. As the processing method, there are a method of mixing an antifogging material with a resin in advance and molding, and a method of adhering it to the inner surface of the molded lid. The latter can be easily applied by spraying an antifogging material on the inner surface of the lid, or by leaving the lid in a box pre-filled with the antifogging material.

Further, a large number of fine grooves (not shown) are provided on the inner surface of the lid body 5 along the longitudinal direction so that the water condensed on the inner surface of the lid body flows down along the fine grooves. preferable. These narrow grooves, together with the effect of lowering the surface tension of the antifogging material, guide the condensed water to the water absorbing material 3 on the lower surface of the container body. Therefore, it is preferable to form the narrow groove on the inner surface of the container body along the vertical direction.

Further, a lens portion 7 for enlarging and seeing through the food 4 inside is integrally formed on the upper surface of the lid 5. The lens portion 7 is formed integrally with the lid when the lid is injection-molded from transparent synthetic resin. The lens portion 7 is preferably composed of a convex lens or a Fresnel lens, and it is desirable that the lens portion has a diameter of 10 to 30 mm and a focal length equal to or smaller than this diameter so that the focal length of the lens portion matches the upper surface of the food inside. Design the lens.

In order to improve the storability of the fresh food contained in the container body 1 and the lid 5, it is preferable to contain an antibacterial agent in the synthetic resin for molding the container body and the lid. As the antibacterial agent, hinokitiol-containing material clathrated in cyclodextrin, metallic silver ceramic antibacterial agent as silver apatite, and the like are suitable, and these are commercially available as a masterbatch kneaded with a synthetic resin, and synthesized to a desired concentration. It may be mixed with a resin raw material and molded. In addition, as a preferable content of the antibacterial agent, hinokitiol-containing material 10 to 100 mg / m 2 , silver apatite 0.
It is 2 to 2.0 wt%.

In the production of the container of the present invention, especially the lid, a multilayer sheet extrusion method can be adopted in addition to the injection molding method. In this method, a resin in which an antibacterial agent (containing hinokitiol) and an antifogging material (fatty acid ester) are appropriately mixed is extruded with a thickness of several microns, laminated with a substrate, and the surface thereof is subjected to corona discharge treatment,
Since the antibacterial action and the antifogging action can be maintained semi-permanently only on the inner surface portion, it is a superior production method with high productivity and low drug cost. The resin sheet manufactured by the multi-layer sheet extrusion method can be accurately processed into a desired shape by press working.

When fresh foods 4 such as fresh sea urchins and salmon roe are contained in the above containers, drip liquid exuding from the insides of these foods is absorbed by the water absorbing material 3 disposed on the inner bottom surface of the container body 1, Prevents deterioration of food freshness due to drip liquid. Further, the water vapor generated from the food is condensed on the inner surface of the transparent lid body 5. However, since the lid body contains an antifogging material or is subjected to an antifogging treatment, the condensed water is immediately condensed on the inner surface of the lid body. And flows down to reach the fitting portion between the container body 1 and the lid body 5. As shown in the figure, the fitting portion is formed with the liquid storage cavity 6 that opens to the inner surface side of the lid body, so that the condensed water flowing down along the inner wall surface of the lid body is collected here. It also prevents the downward flow and also serves as a sealing material that hermetically seals the fitting portion between the lid body and the container body. The condensed water overflowing from the liquid storage cavity 6 flows down along the inner wall surface of the container body and is absorbed into the interior thereof from the peripheral portion of the water absorbing material 3 arranged on the lower surface of the container body.

As described above, according to the present invention, a synthetic resin food container can be divided into a container body and a transparent or translucent lid, and a water absorbing material is disposed on the inner bottom surface of the container body. In the above, since the lid body contains an antifogging agent or is subjected to an antifogging treatment and the lid body is integrally formed with a lens portion capable of magnifying and seeing through the food inside, a fresh food with a high water content in the container body In the case of containing, the drip liquid exuded from the food is absorbed by the water absorbing material disposed on the inner bottom surface of the container body, without deteriorating the freshness of the food, and the water vapor evaporated from the food is condensed on the inner surface of the lid. Absorbed by the water-absorbing material flowing down along the inner surface of the lid body, the transparency of the lid body is not impaired by dew condensation, and the food inside is always magnified and seen through a lens portion formed integrally with the lid body,
It can be a container that enhances the commercial value of the food inside.
