中、特にスラグによる浸食が大きいため、特にスラグラ
イン部Aは鋳込み成形体2の外径をメタルライン部Bに
比べ大きく構成し、耐火物の厚みを大きくとっている。
又スラグライン部Aの鋳込み成形体2の材質を、スラグ
に対して耐食性の高い耐火材料に変更して部分的に強化
した構成の鋳込み成形体2のランスパイプが一般的であ
る。

用ランスパイプである。この定形耐火物4は、スラグラ
イン部Aを一体物又は数分割に分割された上端と下端を
外周に対して斜めに形成し、定形耐火物固定用金物3が
上下に配設され、スラグライン部Aの定形耐火物4が外
周に脱落することのない様に芯金1に溶接固定されてい
ることを特徴としている。
