り機で筒貼りした後、充填部のみヨーグルト用に変えた
ミルク用成形充填機によって、成形、充填、シールを行
い、本発明による半固形物用紙容器にヨーグルトを充填
できた。この製品を無作為に抽出し、前述の手順に従っ
て開封、再封、再開封を行ったところ、いずれも容易に
行うことができた。また開封状態では、従来のカップ状
容器と変わらずヨーグルトをスプーン等で容易に取り出
すことができた。

うに蓋部を別に用意する必要が無く、また開封の補助手
段であるプルタブもカートンブランクの一部であって、
他の部材を組み込んだり、前もって加工しておく必要は
なく、また従来の液体紙容器のブランク製造方法、成
形、充填、シール方法がそのまま利用できるので、身、
蓋あるいは身、シール、蓋からなる従来の2ピースある
いは3ピース容器に比べて製造コストを下げることがで
きる。さらに、板紙主体の素材から構成されているの
で、使用後の廃棄処理が容易になり、環境負荷を下げる
効果がある。
