【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 矢板を搬送する搬送装置の基端部に使用
済の矢板を次々と搬送装置に供給する供給装置を設け、
この搬送装置の途中に、搬送されて来る矢板に水若しく
は洗浄水を吹き付け射出する射出洗浄装置と、矢板表面
に付着する泥をかき取る泥落とし洗浄装置とを設けた洗
浄装置を設け、この洗浄装置により洗浄された矢板を位
置決め保持する位置決め部と、位置決め部に位置決めさ
れた矢板に当接若しくは接近させて矢板の変形度を検出
し得る検査装置とを設けて、矢板の変形度が許容範囲内
か否かを判定する検査判別装置を搬送装置の前記洗浄装
置より搬送下流側に設け、この検査判別装置若しくはこ
の搬送装置よりも搬送下流側に、この検査判別装置によ
る判別結果に応じて搬送されてきた矢板を少なくとも異
なる排出位置に振り分け排出する振り分け排出装置を設
けたことを特徴とする矢板洗浄点検装置。
