This measuring probe comprises a pair of metal fittings (1) (1) formed by bending a metal strip member into a predetermined shape.
And a non-conductive shaft core member (2) made of plastic or the like having a substantially columnar shape, and a cylindrical elastic rubber member (3). The metal fitting (1) includes a clip portion (1a) having a groove (4) formed in a facing surface of a tip portion thereof, a shaft support portion (1b) at a central portion, and a grip portion (1c) at a rear end portion. Composed of. The shaft core member (2) is formed by integrally forming flange portions (2b) and (2b) on both sides of the columnar portion (2a).
The shaft support member (1) is fitted into the groove between the flange portions (2b) and (2b) of the shaft core member (2) so that the shaft core member (2) is mounted on the bracket. (1) Gripping with (1), in this state, the elastic rubber member (3) is externally fitted to the tip side part between the clip parts (1a) and (1a) of the metal fittings (1) and (1), and its elasticity The force exerts a biting force between the clip portions (1a) (1a) by the force. In addition, the lead wires (5) and (5) are soldered to the shaft core member (2) by soldering the core wire portion at the tip thereof to the elastic rubber member (3) of the metal fittings (1) and (1). After being inserted into the through holes (6) and (6), they are bundled into one cord (7) and led out to the rear. The grips (1c) (1c) of the metal fittings (1) (1) are covered with insulating tape members (8) (8).

The point of action of (1a) is arranged. If the distance between the fulcrum and the point of action is short, the clip portion (1a) (1a) should be clamped by the clip portion (1a) (1a) such that the object to be measured (a) such as a measuring terminal having a circular cross section is pinched. 1a) The expansion angle of (1a) must be increased. This way the clip part (1a)
When the spread angle of (1a) becomes large, the object to be measured (a)
The force that pushes out the front part is large, and this often causes the object to be measured (a) to be pulled out from between the clip parts (1a) and (1a), thus ensuring a reliable and stable electrical connection. It was difficult.

Via a pair of casings of the same shape integrally formed with a long grip portion extending rearward from the clip portion and a shaft support portion provided at the rear end of the grip portion. The neck of the other casing is fitted into the recess of the neck so that the casings of the other side intersect with each other at the neck, and the gripping force is applied between the clip parts by the elastic force of the spring interposed between the grips near the neck. That is, the shaft support portions of the opposite casings are pivotally attached to each other in a biased state.

る。In the measuring probe according to the present invention, since the shaft supporting portion is arranged at the rear end of the grip portion extending rearward from the clip portion, the shaft supporting portion is present at a position apart from the clip portion.
When the clip portion is expanded by pressing the grip portion around the shaft support portion as a fulcrum, the expansion angle of the terminal fitting of the clip portion is small and a movement similar to a substantially parallel movement of the terminal fitting is obtained. As a result, when the object to be measured is held by the terminal fitting, the force acting to push the object to be measured forward is reduced, and the holding of the object to be measured by the terminal fitting is reliably stabilized.

The lead wire (22) drawn from the terminal fitting (13) of the clip part (11a) has its core wire connected and fixed to the terminal fitting (13) with a screw (33). It is inserted from the lead wire (17) into the lead wire drawing space (18) of the neck portion (11d) and is drawn out to the gripping portion (11b), and the projection (20) () is formed in the lead wire housing portion (21) of the recess (19). 20)… The position is regulated and distributed. The two lead wires (22) pulled out from the gripping part (11b) of each casing (11) are bundled behind the shaft support (11c), and the bundled cords (26) are held by the protrusions (27). It is inserted, its position is regulated, and it is led out from the opening (28) of the grip (11b). The two casings (11) and (11) thus obtained are used to assemble in the following procedure. That is, as shown in FIG. 7, the positional relationship is such that the recesses (19) and (19) of the grips (11b) and (11b) face each other. Then, springs (24) are provided in the projecting walls (23) (23) near the necks of the grips (11b) (11b).
The two casings (11) and (11) are arranged in an X-shape as shown in FIG. That is, with the grips (11b) (11b) expanded, the neck (11d) of the other casing (11) is fitted into the recess (16) of the neck (11d) of the one casing (11). Then, the casings (11) (11) of the other side are crossed at the neck portions (11d) (11d). From this state, the guide pieces (15) of one clip portion (11a) are moved along the side surfaces of the other clip portion (11a) while the rear end portions of the grip portions (11b) (11b) are brought close to each other. The clips (11a) and (11a) are arranged so as to face each other. The grips (11b) (11b) are arranged substantially parallel to each other, and at the shaft support (11c) (11c) at the rear end, one outer protrusion (31a) fits into the other groove (32), and The other inner protrusion (31b) is fitted in the gap between the one outer protrusion (31a) and the inner protrusion (31b), and the shaft holes (30) (30) are concentrically arranged. By inserting the shaft core (29) into the shaft holes (30) (30), the opposite casings (11) (11) are pivotally mounted at the shaft support parts (11c) (11c).

By pressing the part where (25) ... Is formed against the elastic force of the spring (24), the terminal parts (13) of the clip parts (11a) (11a) are set with the shaft support parts (11c) (11c) as fulcrums.
Expand (13). And this terminal metal fitting (13) (1
3) Place an object to be measured (b) such as a measuring terminal with a circular cross section between them, and release the pressing force on the grips (11b) (11b), and the elastic force of the spring (24) will cause the object to be measured. The object (b) is held by the terminal fittings (13) (13). This time,
Since the shaft support parts (11c) (11c) are arranged at the rear ends of the long gripping parts (11b) (11b) extending rearward from the clip parts (11a) (11a), the clip parts (11a) ( Since the distance between the point of action of the terminal metal fittings (13) and (13) on the object (b) to be measured and the fulcrum of the shaft support parts (11c) and (11c) is set to be long, 13) The expansion angle of (13) is small,
The terminal fittings (13) (13) can be moved in a manner similar to a substantially parallel movement during the expansion. Therefore, when the object to be measured (b) having a circular cross section is held by the terminal fittings (13) and (13), the force acting to push the object to be measured (b) forward becomes small. The DUT (b) is the terminal fitting (1
3) There will be no removal from (13).

実現容易となり、その実用的価値は大である。According to the measuring probe of the present invention, since the shaft supporting portion serving as the fulcrum is arranged at the rear end of the long gripping portion extending rearward from the clip portion serving as the working point, the distance between the working point and the fulcrum is reduced. Since it can be set long, the expansion angle of the terminal fitting of the clip part can be made small, and it becomes possible to expand the terminal fitting in a movement that approximates the parallel movement, and the measured object can be expanded with the terminal fitting. When the object is held, the force acting to push the object to be measured forward is reduced, and the object to be clamped by the terminal metal fitting is reliably stabilized, and mistakes in mounting the terminal material are minimized to improve workability. It is greatly improved, the electrical connection is reliable, and highly accurate and reliable measurement is easily realized, and its practical value is great.
