Description of the Related Art It has been many years since a packaging machine for putting an article to be packaged in a dish-shaped container, that is, a tray, and packaging the article together with the transparent stretch film was put into practical use. During this period, various packaging machines have been proposed and improvements have been made. The same applies to the control device that controls the operation of each part that configures the packaging machine, but in the conventional control device, the operation timing of each part that configures the packaging machine is mainly performed by mechanical means such as a cam mechanism.

Since the operation timing of each part of the packaging machine is adjusted mainly via the cam mechanism, it can be easily adjusted by a person who does not have specialized knowledge in the assembly work, adjustment work and maintenance service work in the factory. It is difficult and requires a lot of time to educate these workers.
Further, since the manufactured packaging machine cannot obtain a constant mechanical timing due to the processing accuracy and assembly error of the parts, mechanical efficiency must be adjusted each time, and the work efficiency decreases.

た。SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a control device for a packaging machine, and timing signal generating means for generating a timing signal in synchronization with rotation of a main power unit for driving the packaging machine. Among the operating parts that repeat the operation and stop of the packaging machine, it is necessary to adjust the operating time of the operation start timing and the stop timing. The basic operating time of each operating part is the timing signal from the timing signal generating means. Basic timing data storage means for storing as a count value, and adjustment operation means for adjusting the operating time, which is provided corresponding to each operating part requiring adjustment of the operating time, and which is the basic operating time of each operating part, An operation time data storage means for storing the adjusted operation time of each operation part, and a count value indicating the basic operation time from the basic timing data storage means The actuation time of each actuation unit is determined as the count value of the timing signal based on the actuation time adjustment amount from the adjusting operation means, the count value is stored in the actuation time data storage means, and the timing from the timing signal generation means is determined. The signal is counted, the count value is compared with the count value indicating the operating time of each operating portion stored in the operating time data storage means, and when the difference becomes 0 or a predetermined value, the operating portion is operated or stopped. It is composed of control means for controlling.

And the operation time data storage means for the user, and the control means is based on the count value indicating the basic operation time from the basic timing data storage means and the operation time adjustment amount from the adjustment operation means for manufacturer adjustment. The operating time of each operating part is determined as the count value of the timing signal, and the counted value is stored in the operating time data storage means for the manufacturer, and the operating time of each operating part from the operating time data storage means for the manufacturer is determined. Of the operating time of each operating part based on the count value indicating Determined as the count value of the signal, and configured to store the count value in the operating time data memory means for the user.

The control means compares the count value of the timing signal from the timing signal generating means with the count value of the first operation time data of each operating part, and the difference is 0 or a predetermined value. When it becomes a value, the second of the operating part concerned
The operating unit is configured to be activated after the timer of the operating time data of elapses.

Determine the operating time of each operating unit based on the amount as the count value of the timing signal,
The count value is stored in the operating time data storage means, the timing signal from the timing signal generating means is counted, and the count value and the count value indicating the operating time of each operating portion stored in the operating time data storage means. Compare
When the difference becomes 0 or a predetermined value, the operation part is operated or stopped. Therefore, the basic operation start timing and stop timing of each operation section that requires adjustment of the operation time of the packaging machine are digitally set on the basis of the timing signal count number from the timing signal generating means, and this is the basic operation. Since each operation time is determined by digitally adjusting the operation start timing and the operation stop timing, it is possible to easily set and adjust the operation time of each operation unit of the packaging machine.

When the electric motor 16 is rotating in the normal direction, the direction detection signal tpb is at the L level at the rising edge of the timing signal tpa as shown in FIG. 7A, and when the electric motor 16 is rotating in the reverse direction, it is shown in FIG. As shown in, the direction detection signal tpb is at the H level at the rising edge of the timing signal tpa. Therefore, if the relationship between the timing signal tpa and the direction detection signal tpb is known, it is possible to detect whether the electric motor 16 is rotating normally or reversely.

When the output signal rm of the direction detection circuit 136 is input to the central processing unit 120 via the input / output control circuit 124 and the reverse rotation of the electric motor 16 is detected, the electric motor 16 is immediately stopped to generate an error signal and the display unit 121b. With the above configuration, even if the connection of the three-phase outlet and the connection of the three-phase motor do not match, such as when the packaging machine is delivered or when the installation location is moved, the reverse rotation of the motor is immediately detected and the motor is stopped. , The packaging machine will not be damaged.

As shown in the figure, the time interval of the timing signal tpa changes from t1, t2, and t3 at the time of starting the motor, before steady rotation, and during steady rotation.
In the case of overload, the time intervals t1, t2, t3 become long. Therefore, by monitoring the time intervals t1, t2, t3, it is possible to determine whether or not there is an overload.

It may be determined whether or not it is. Then, the set time of the timer is switched to a predetermined value at the time of starting the motor, before steady rotation, and during steady rotation. In the above embodiment, the slit disc 84 is provided with the slit T for the timing signal.
Although both PA and the direction detection slit TPB are provided, it is possible to generate the timing signal tpa and the direction detection signal tpb with only one of the slits. In this case, the signals generated by the detection sensors are arranged at positions having a predetermined phase relationship.

Adjusting operation switch US for the user's scale
The apparatus is operated with W all set to a predetermined scale, for example, "1". In this case, if mechanical conditions such as machining accuracy and mounting accuracy are completely as designed, the device operates according to a predetermined mechanical chart and does not require any particular adjustment. However, in reality, it does not normally operate as designed due to manufacturing errors associated with processing or assembly.
