Since the pattern can be shaped by the above, it is possible to form a beautiful pattern with high accuracy and enhance the design effect. Moreover, the overall thickness of the pattern layer (2) and the filler (3) can be improved. In addition, since the pattern layer (2) includes fibers extending in the circumferential direction of the tubular body (1), the crushing and bending strength of the tubular body can be increased.

The carbon fiber (2c) extending in the length direction of the is laminated without forming it to form a diamond pattern, but the shape of the pattern is not particularly limited. It may be formed by knitting, or may be formed by directly or spirally winding one or more carbon fibers around the outer periphery of the tubular body (1) in a spiral or traverse shape. Then, the synthetic resin sheet in the filler (3) is wound around the outer surface of the pattern layer (2), or the filler (() is formed on the outer surface of the tubular body (1). After winding the synthetic resin sheet in 3), the pattern layer (2) is formed, and then a cellophane tape is wound around the outer surface of the filler (3) layer or the outer surface of the pattern layer (2) and tightly bound, It is heated and fired in a heating furnace, and the firing causes the synthetic resin in the filling material (3) to be melted and filled into the pattern space (21). The synthetic resin of the filling material (3) is charged into the tubular body (1). It is integrally combined with the synthetic resin of.

That is, without filling the pattern space of the pattern layer (2) with the filler (3), a cellophane tape is wound around the outer surface of the pattern layer (2) and tightly bound. The fibers of the pattern layer (2) bite into the tubular body (1) and the high-strength fibers in the tubular body (1) are deformed or cut, so that the strength of the tubular body (1) increases. Not only is it greatly reduced, but the fibers of the pattern layer (2) are displaced due to the pressure applied by the binding, resulting in a deformed pattern. As described above, the filling space (3) is filled in the pattern space. As a result, the pattern space can be filled and the pressing force due to the binding can be applied almost uniformly over the entire peripheral surface, so that the fibers of the pattern layer (2) do not bite into the tubular body (1). It is possible to prevent the deformation and cutting of the high-strength fiber in this tube body (1). As a result, it is possible to prevent the strength of the tubular body (1) from being lowered, and also to prevent the fibers of the pattern layer (2) from being displaced, and to form a beautiful pattern with high precision without deformation. .

For example, since the hollow microspheres of silica balloon are white, while the carbon fiber is black, carbon fiber is used as the fiber in the pattern layer (2) and the filler (3) is white. It is possible to form an arbitrary pattern consisting of black, white and white.

However, by using the synthetic resin with the micro hollow spheres intervening, the tubular body (1) During firing, the hollow spheres enter the pattern space (21) to prevent deformation of the fibers forming the pattern layer (2), and the pattern of the pattern layer (2) can be retained with high precision, so that the precision is even higher. The pattern can be formed, the design effect can be further enhanced, and the weight can be reduced.

In this case, the synthetic resin sheet in the filling material (3) is wound around the outer surface of the pattern layer (2), the cellophane tape is wound around the outer surface of the filling material (3) layer, and the firing is performed to burn the filling material. The synthetic resin in (3) is cured. However, as described above, by forming the pattern layer (2) before firing the tubular body (1) and filling the pattern space of the pattern layer (2) with the filler (3), the filler ( Since 3) can be integrally bonded to the tubular body (1), the pattern layer (2) and the filler (3) can be firmly bonded to the tubular body (1) and the number of working steps can be reduced. がある。Further, the tubular body (1) is formed into a sheet by impregnating aligned high-strength fibers with a synthetic resin, and synthesizing ultrafine high-strength fibers in a direction orthogonal to the high-strength fibers on the back surface thereof. On the outer surface of a high-strength fiber layer (1a) formed by winding two to three plies of a prepreg lined with a resin-impregnated thin sheet, a thick layer made of synthetic resin with a large number of minute hollow spheres such as silica balloons interposed ( Although it is formed by laminating 1b), its structure is not particularly limited. However, by providing the thickening layer (1b) on the outer side or the inner side of the high-strength fiber layer (1a) in the radial direction, the wall thickness can be increased with respect to the unit weight, so that the crushing and bending strength with respect to the unit weight can be increased. Further, since the hollow sphere hardly contributes to the tension of the tubular body, there is an advantage that the increase in tension due to the thickening layer (1b) can be made very small and the bending can be easily performed.
