付勢時間が長くなつて輝度低下等の劣化が早くなり,所
要の表示機能が得られなくなるという問題点があつた。
また,エレベータの呼びがない場合に,かごが特定階へ
走行して待機するときには,特定階表示用の表示素子の
劣化が一層促進されるという問題点があつた。

テツプ(101)によりその呼びに応答して運転制御装置
(3)から着床階走行指令が発せられてエレベータのか
ご(図示しない)が着床階へ走行する。また表示制御装
置(4)によりかごの方向が上り矢印表示(1b)相当の
方向表示,及び1階表示(1c)相当のかご対応位置表示
が表示器(1)に示現される。そしてステツプ(102)
によりかごが着床階に到着するとステツプ(103)に進
み表示制御装置(4)により着床階表示指令が発せられ
て1階表示(1c)相当の着床階表示が表示器(1)に示
現される。ついでステツプ(104)に移り,他の着床階
走行指令があれば,ステツプ(105)により着床階表示
指令が解除されて,再度ステツプ(101)以降の動作が
行われる。またステツプ(104)において他の着床階走
行指令がなければ,ステツプ(106)へ進み所定時限前
であれば,ステツプ(103)以降が継続される。ステツ
プ(106)において所定時限が経過すると,ステツプ(1
07)の待機表示指令が表示制御装置(4)から発せられ
て表示器(1)に待機表示(1d)が示現される。そして
ステツプ(108)に進みエレベータ休止指令がなければ
ステツプ(109)に移り、他の着床階走行指令がなけれ
ばステツプ(107)以降が繰り返えされる。ステツプ(1
09)で他の着床階走行指令があれば,ステツプ(110)
により待機表示指令が解除され,再びステツプ(101)
以降の動作が行なわれる。またステツプ(108)におい
てエレベータ休止指令があれば運転制御装置(3),表
示制御装置(4)を介して表示器(1)全体が消勢され
る。このように,かごが別の着床階走行指令がなく長時
間着床階に停止した場合には着床階表示から待機表示
(1d)に表示器(1)の表示が切り替えられる。そし
て,待機表示(1d)は付勢頻度の少ない表示素子(1a)
によつて示現される。このため,かごが長時間待機して
も着床階表示用の特定の表示素子(1a)が付勢され続け
ることがなく,その表示素子(1a)の劣化を少なくする
