対向させてボルト7止めし、該両端子板6、6間に、図
2乃至図4に示すように、固定ガンアーム4の板状に形
成した尾端部4bを該各端子板6との間に夫々整流器8
を介在させた状態で挿入し、両端子板6、6を、その対
向方向両外側に設けた1対の押え板9、9間で複数の締
付ボルト10により皿ばね11を介して挾圧し、両端子
板6、6間に整流器8、8を介して固定ガンアーム4の
尾端部4bを挾圧固定した。又、前記センタータップ5
bを先方にのびる給電用中継部材12とオンス銅板13
とを介して可動ガンアーム3に形成した端子部3bに接
続し、かくて可動ガンアーム3と固定ガンアーム4との
間に、前記1対の整流器8、8で全波整流された直流電
流を流し、両ガンアーム3、4の電極3a、4a間に挾
圧されるワークのスポット溶接を行なうようにした。

れを詳述するに、加圧シリンダ1の下側の1対のタイロ
ッド1e、1eをガンブラケット20に形成した1対の
ガイドスリーブ20a、20aに夫々摺動自在に挿通
し、加圧シリンダ1を該両タイロッド1e、1eにおい
てガイドブラケット20に摺動自在に支持させた。この
