【考案の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] 本考案は既設旧線を利用し、複数径間へ一挙に新線を
延線する場合に使用する旧線の押え金具装置に関するも
のである。

[従来の技術] 複数径間へ一挙に延線する方法が特開昭62-260509で
公知である。この引例はその第2図に示すように鉄塔へ
懸垂され旧線用ローラを備えた支持金具Hと、旧線に沿
い移送可能な搬器Tとを用いるものである。搬器Tは回
転自在の星形車Sの上部に上ガイド体Uを、また下部に
下ガイド体Lを何れも星形車と円弧で摺動可能に係合さ
せたもので、上ガイド体Uには旧線上を転動するローラ
を、また下ガイド体Lには新線を支持するローラを夫々
備え、星形車Sをけん引することにより、下部新線を延
線可能としている。搬器Tが支持金具Hを通過する際
は、星形車Sの各歯間空隙へ、支持金具の抵触部がない
りこむので、通過に支障はない。この構造は同引例第2
図からわかるように、旧線(GW)が支持金具Hに対し適
当な下向き傾斜をもつとき、即ち旧線にかかる張力が支
持金具を下圧する場合にのみ有効である。

いる。1対の支持棒6は夫々一端が軸受板4に固着さ
れ、他端には端板7を固着し、左右対称末下りとなって
いる。連結棒8は上部で1対の支持棒6を連結する。2
つの端板7は一方がフレーム1の一脚端へボルトで枢着
され、他方は鎖錠装置Kを介して、ゲートバー3の端部
へ係止される。

10aが螺合され、上部にひょうたん形窓10bが設けてあ
る。第3図はキー10が押下げられ、窓10bの小径部がピ
ン7aの環状溝と係合して、ゲートバーの抜け止めをして
いる場合を示す。キー10を押上げるとこの係合は外れ、
ゲートバーは窓10bの大径部によって抜け出し可能とな
る。窓9aの上下孔はつまみ10aの頭部がはめ合わせ可能
であるが、ある程度螺合をゆるめると、つまみの脚部で
連通路を移動可能となる。即ち上下何れかの孔位置をえ
らび、つまみをねじ込んでおけば、頭部が狭小な連通路
に障げられるので、他の孔位置へずり移る恐れはない。
フレーム1の下辺には適当な箇所に引手1aを設け、ロー
プRを垂下しておく。U形フレームと支持棒に囲まれた
空間は、新線も旧線も通過していくことになるので、フ
レーム下面には軟質保護板Nを取外し可能に付設し、U
形フレームと支持棒には回転自在な保護チューブ(図示
せず)を被挿しておくことが望ましい。OPGWの性能を損
ねないための手段である。ガイドローラ11は各支持棒6
の前後に回転自在に取付け、延線作業中に新線が支持棒
6と接触する際の抵抗を最少限にする。

押え金具の中央部にまた他端はU形フレームの両脚端に
夫々枢着された左右1対の支持棒と、同フレームの下辺
から垂下され下端を固定物に引止めたロープとから成
り、押え金具を前記支持金具のローラとほぼ同一水平線
上に位置させるようにした延線工事用押え金具装置。
