の断熱性能に問題があった。This is because the heat insulating board or foam plate to be bonded to the concrete is weak in strength and cannot withstand the lateral pressure at the time of driving concrete into the concrete, so that it is complicated to separately provide the concrete form.
In addition, there is a risk that the board or foam plate will be deformed due to water absorption from the injected concrete or temperature change. If the nailing with the formwork is insufficient, there will be a gap between the formwork. , The surface of the board, etc. is squeezed (water plaster), and as a result the concrete is filled in the connection part between the board or the foam board and the form, heat bridge cold bridge etc. occurs, and the heat insulation performance of the building becomes a problem. was there.

It is confirmed that it can be a good concrete driving form, and that the concrete driving form panel structure using such an insulating board can be a simple heat insulation frame construction means,
The soft surface material to be attached to the heat insulating foam surface must have a three-layer structure of at least a reinforcing layer, a waterproof layer and an adhesive surface layer, and its manufacturing requires complicated steps such as sequentially bonding each material. It is necessary, and in particular, it is considered that the waterproof layer is indispensable as a concrete form material, and there is a problem that the manufacturing cost increases.

The point is characteristic. The PE thin film for adhesion is an extremely thin layer of 20 to 30μ, and when the PE thin film is interposed and heated when laminating each material, PE is absorbed in the constituent material of each layer and becomes an independent layer. Does not exist. However, the PE and the adhesive surface layer that have absorbed the PE for adhesion are provided with moisture resistance by the PE, and can exhibit the functions required as a concrete formwork.
