Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a means for solving problems such as odor and pollution caused by a solvent in a liquid coating, coating using a powder coating (powder coating) containing only a coating film forming component ( Powder coating). Since the powder coating material does not use a solvent, problems such as odor and pollution are improved, and it is possible to recover and reuse the coating material applied excessively. Further, powder coating has advantages such as easier thick coating than solution coating.

Specifically, for example, aliphatic dicarboxylic acid; aliphatic tricarboxylic acid; aliphatic tetracarboxylic acid; aromatic dicarboxylic acid; aromatic tricarboxylic acid; aromatic tetracarboxylic acid; or anhydrides or esterified products of these carboxylic acids. And a compound containing a carboxyl group, a polymer containing a carboxyl group, and the like. Specific examples of the aliphatic dicarboxylic acid include unsaturated aliphatic dicarboxylic acids such as maleic acid, itaconic acid and fumaric acid; glutaric acid, adipic acid, sebacic acid, decanedicarboxylic acid, dodecanedicarboxylic acid and the like. Examples thereof include saturated aliphatic dicarboxylic acids, but are not particularly limited.
It should be noted that these carboxyl group-containing compounds may be used alone or in an appropriate mixture of two or more kinds.

If the proportion of the polymerizable monomer (A) is less than 1% by weight, the reaction between the carboxyl group-containing compound and the oxazoline group and epoxy group described later cannot be carried out efficiently, which is not preferable. Glass transition temperature (Tg) at OH / g to 250 mgKOH / g

Polymers which are from ℃ to 150 ℃ (in the case of polycondensation) are preferred.
If the acid value is less than 10 mgKOH / g, the cross-linking density of the coating film obtained will be low, and solvent resistance, water resistance, hardness, acid rain resistance, and stain resistance will be reduced, which is not preferable. The method for removing the solvent is not particularly limited, and various conventionally known methods, for example, the same methods as those exemplified in the method for producing a polymer containing a carboxyl group can be used.

Further, the powder coating material according to the present embodiment, 48 ℃ ~ 52 ℃
The physical properties of the obtained coating film are good even if the film is formed after being left for 1 week. That is, it has excellent storage stability. On the other hand, the powder coating material obtained in Comparative Example 1 does not contain a polymer containing an oxazoline group, and thus has an inferior appearance, poor low-temperature curability, and poor solvent resistance. There is. Further, since the powder coating materials obtained in Comparative Examples 2 to 4 have too high an oxazoline group ratio in the powder coating material, the powder coating material was left standing at 48 ° C. to 52 ° C. for 1 week and then formed into a film. In that case, the physical properties of the obtained coating film are extremely deteriorated. That is, the storage stability is poor. From this, it is understood that the powder coating material according to this example is excellent in storage stability and low-temperature curability.
