Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a discharge port of an infusion liquid container which maintains airtightness and is easily unsealable. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a rubber plug 2 which is a part to be pricked with a vial needle, etc., of the discharge part 1 of the infusion liquid container is hermetically sealed with a film 3 with a tab and at least the peripheral part 3 of the film and the outer peripheral surface of the discharge port 1 are retained by a heat shrinkable film 4, by which unsealing by a malfunction is averted. Unsealing of the film 3 with the tab and the heat shrinkable tube 4 by one operation is made possible by pulling up the tab 8 of the film 3 with the tab at the time of use.

2. Description of the Related Art A general infusion container is provided with a discharge port equipped with a rubber stopper, and the contents infusion is discharged by inserting a hollow needle into the rubber stopper ( Is infused). Since the surface side of the rubber stopper (the side in contact with the outside air) is required to be aseptic at least until the bottle needle is pierced, the rubber stopper is shielded from the outside air (to keep airtightness). It is often sealed with etc. The problem here is to maintain both airtightness and easy opening during use. In other words, if it is made airtight enough to withstand transportation and storage before use,
This is because it is usually heavy equipment and difficult to open when used (when puncturing a needle).

1 and 2 are a perspective view and a sectional view showing an embodiment of the discharge port of the infusion container of the present invention. At the discharge port 1 at the discharge port 7 of the infusion container,
A film 3 with a tab that is fused to the discharge port cap and seals the surface of the rubber stopper 2 that is a puncture portion such as a bottle needle at the discharge port, and a heat-shrinkable tube 4 that presses the outer surface of the film 3 with the tab.
By providing the above, it is possible to prevent the film from being peeled off by impact during transportation and storage, and at the time of use, the tab 8 of the tabbed film 3 can be grasped and pulled up to be opened with one touch. FIG.
FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing another embodiment of the discharge port of the infusion container of the present invention. It has the same configuration as in FIG.
In FIG. 3, the heat-shrinkable tube 4 is provided with at least one perforation 7. By providing perforations, the opening can be more easily performed.

With such a configuration, the tabbed film 3 is held by the heat-shrinkable tube 4, so that the film can be prevented from being peeled off by shock during transportation and storage, and the tab can be opened at the time of opening (actual use). When the tab 8 of the attached film 3 is grasped and pulled up, the heat-shrinkable tube 4 is destroyed, so that there is an advantage that it can be opened with one touch. Although it is a double package (a film with a tab and a heat-shrinkable tube), it does not need to be peeled off twice when opening, and can be opened only once.

Tabbed Film 3: As shown in FIG. 1, the tabbed film 3 is attached so as to shield the rubber plug 2 from the outside air. Preferably, it is fused around the outlet cap. As the material on the fusion-bonding side of the film, a plastic containing polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride or the like as a main component is used, and is selected according to the material of the cap. That is, if the material of the discharge port cap 5 is polyethylene, the fusion-bonded side of the tabbed film 3 is also preferably polyethylene. The gist of the present invention is that the heat-shrinkable tube 4 is used when the tabbed film 3 is peeled off.
Since the tabbed film is required to have a relatively high strength, it is preferable that the thickness is 50 μm or more. Considering the handleability, the thickness is 50 to 300 μm.
Is more preferable, 55-250 μm is more preferable, and 60-200 μm is particularly preferable. Further, the tabbed film 3 may be a multilayer film. At least the size of the tab is required so that the tab 8 protruding from the heat-shrinkable tube 4 can be picked up by a finger and pulled up. Further, it is preferable that the tab has at least one hole because it is difficult for the tab to slip.

Heat Shrink Tube 4: Heat Shrink Tube 4
The material is selected from polyvinyl chloride, polyester, polypropylene, etc., because it can be shrunk by heat and can further hold down the tabbed film 3 when the infusion container is subjected to high-pressure steam sterilization. Shrinkage at 100 ° C (dry heat) is preferably 20% or more, more preferably 25%.
˜70%, particularly preferably 30˜60%.
The thickness is preferably 10 to 300 μm, more preferably 12 to 250 μm, and particularly preferably 15 to 200 μm. The size of the heat-shrinkable tube 4 is not uniform because it is determined in consideration of the shrinkage rate. It is preferable to attach at least one perforation 7 to facilitate opening (breaking). The shape of the perforation hole is preferably a circle, an ellipse, a triangle, a quadrangle, a hexagon, or the like. Further, the size and the interval of the holes are not uniform because they are determined in consideration of the material and thickness of the heat shrinkable tube.

Manufacturing Method FIGS. 4, 5 and 6 show the manufacturing process of the outlet of the infusion container of the present invention. Hereinafter, description will be made in order. The rubber stopper 2 and the discharge port cap 5 are attached to the infusion container filled with the infusion liquid by a generally known method. The tabbed film 3 is heat-sealed to the top of the discharge port cap 5. See FIG. 4. A heat-shrinkable tube 4 having an appropriate length and diameter is covered so that the tab 8 of the tabbed film 3 protrudes. The tube is heated (60 to 150 ° C.) with dry heat or wet heat to shrink. Refer to FIG. 5 and FIG. 6. Perform high-pressure steam sterilization. Note that the step may be performed after sterilization.

As in the structure of the discharge port of the infusion container of the present invention, the puncture part of the discharge port such as a bottle needle is sealed with a tabbed film, and at least the peripheral portion of the film and the outer peripheral surface of the discharge port. By holding down with a heat-shrinkable tube, it can be prevented from peeling off due to impact during transportation and storage. At the time of use, it is easy to pinch because it has a tab, and the tabbed film and the heat-shrinkable tube can be opened with one touch by grasping and pulling up the tab of the tabbed film. In addition, the perforation can be inserted into the heat-shrinkable tube so that it can be opened more easily.
