クアームにそれぞれ形成された先部孔にピンを介して連
結する第1及び第2の取付け孔を前後に有する左右の側
板、該側板の下部を連結する連結板、該連結板の下部前
側に取付けられた左右の固定支持板、及び前記固定支持
板の前下部に設けられた断面U字状の第1のフック部を
有するブロック体と、 前記連結板の内側中央に設けられた開口を貫通し、その
上部で前記左右の側板に中間部内側に回動自在に軸支さ
れ、更にその後下部には断面U字状の第2のフック部が
設けられた左右の揺動支持板と、 前記左右の固定支持板の内側及び前記左右の揺動支持板
の内側にそれぞれ回動可能に取付けられ中央には直交す
る方向に雌ねじ孔が形成された回動棒と、 前記固定支持板及び揺動支持板に取付けられた前記回動
棒の雌ねじ孔を貫通螺合する調整ボルトとを有してなる
