Occasionally, it will hurt the arm or shoulder. If you look at the example of the vibration wave curve diagram when you hit the ball shown in FIG.
The amplitude value of the maximum vibration wave is 6.2 G (cm / sec 2 ), and the decay time of the maximum vibration wave is about 89.10 MS. Therefore,
How to reduce the vibrations that occur on the racket is a goal that manufacturers are eagerly pursuing, while it is also a criterion for tennis players to evaluate the quality of the racket. Most of the currently used racket vibration reduction methods use a vibration isolation device attached to the side frame or gut of the racket. However, although these methods have vibration isolation effects, they are listed below. The problem remains. First, it is an extra expense for the consumer because an unplanned device must be installed. Second, because the vibration isolation device must be installed together when the gut is passed through the side frame, a gut-tight racket must be installed. After purchase, the gut must be removed and then re-inserted in order to install the anti-vibration device. Thirdly, when the gut is replaced, the dealer or user may be equipped with such equipment. However, it is desirable that a relatively ideal method of reducing the vibration wave of the racket is provided with the side frame itself having a function of reducing the vibration.

The object is achieved by a configuration in which the thicknesses in the left and right corresponding portions are asymmetrically different in size and the average value of the thicknesses in the left and right corresponding portions of the left and right side frames is equal over the entire side frame.

Set A 1 point and A 2 point, and also set B 1 point and B 2 point respectively corresponding to the head side frames close to the C 2 point, and further,
The size of the cross section of the side frame between the points A 1 and B 1 and the cross section of the side frame between the points A 2 and B 2 are varied asymmetrically with respect to the thickness at the corresponding left and right portions. It is even more preferable that the average value of the thicknesses of the left and right side frames corresponding to the left and right sides be equal over the entire side frame.

It is considered that the vibration wave is transmitted to the both side frames via the gut, and the vibration wave is canceled and reduced while being transmitted through the both side frames of the head, and further, the center formed by the extension line of the shaft axis line above the side frame. At appropriate positions on the line L, point C 1 and
C 2 points are provided, and A 1 points and A 2 corresponding to the head side frames close to the C 1 point are set, and B 1 points corresponding to the head side frames close to the C 2 point are also set. Set the B 2 point, and if the side frame cross section between the A 1 point and the B 1 point and the side frame cross section between the A 2 point and the B 2 point respectively have different sizes in the corresponding left and right regions. However, it has an asymmetric complementary relationship in which the average thicknesses of the cross sections of both side frames are averaged with each other, and it is finely reduced by the canceling interference of the vibration waves transmitted through the both side frame of the head. It is a thing.

Frame top through the front
On the center line L reaching 25, C 1 point and C 2 point are respectively provided at appropriate positions as shown in the drawing, and the head is close to the C 1 point.
Each 20 side frames set the corresponding A 1 point and A 2 points, said C 1
A point A 1 point and the C 1 point A 2 point are connected to form an angle θ 1 at the C 1 point, and on the other hand, B 1 points corresponding to both side frames of the head 20 close to the C 2 point Set B 2 point, and set C 2 point, B 1 point and C 2 point
The point θ and the point B 2 are connected to form an angle θ 2 at the point C 2 ,
Furthermore, the side frame cross section between the A 1 point and the B 1 point and the side frame cross section between the A 2 point and the B 2 point have different thicknesses asymmetrically, but the left and right corresponding parts respectively. In the side frames having different thickness distributions on both sides of the center line L, there is a relation that the average value of thicknesses in

The second stage 22 has a thickness of 28 mm at the A 1 point, which changes from 28 mm to about 25 mm in the middle, and finally becomes 22 mm at the B 1 point. In the third stage 23
The thickness of the one point B converges to 16mm at its central portion from 22 mm (i.e. lowermost point of the head-side frame), or changed to 28mm at two points B, the thickness of the two points B in the fourth stage 24 From 28 mm to 25 mm, and finally A 2 points to 22 mm. That is, the thickness of the frame cross-section during this period changes alternately, from a thick cross-section to a thin cross-section, and from a thinner cross-section to a thicker cross-section, a head with a balanced balance with a mixture of different thicknesses. 20 side frames are formed, and when a vibration wave is generated by hitting a ball with this racket, the vibration wave is transmitted from the gut to the side frame of the head 20, and from the change in the thickness shape of each part of the head side frame. The vibration waves can be canceled by each other and reduced. As can be seen from the side views of FIGS. 3A and 3B, the change in the cross-sectional shape of the side frame of the head 20 is such that the thickness shapes of the both side frames (comparing the second step and the fourth step) are just opposite to each other. Show me.

The time is almost 63.83MS, both of which are about 6.2G (cm / sec 2 ) in amplitude of the maximum vibration wave of the conventional racket, and much lower than the decay time 89.10MS. Tells that it has a positive effect. These numerical values were obtained by measuring with a computer YEW-3655 manufactured by Yokogawa Electric Corporation.

Is transmitted to the both side frames of the head via the gut, and it is considered that the vibration waves are canceled and reduced while being transmitted through the both side frames, so that the movement injury of the human body can be prevented.

Respectively to the head side frames set the corresponding B 1 and B 2 points close to the C 2 points, and a side frame section located between the A 1 point and B 1 point
The size of the cross section of the side frame between points A 2 and B 2 should be different so that the thickness of the corresponding parts on the left and right differ, but the overall thickness of the cross sections on both sides should be kept in a complementary balance. Therefore, the vibration waves transmitted through the both side frames of the head are finely reduced by the canceling interference, and the worry about the occurrence of motion injury is alleviated.
