Conventionally, wheels are fixed to both ends of a front wheel axle and a rear wheel axle, each of which is a crankshaft, and a pair of left and right footsteps are pivotally attached across the front wheel axle and the rear wheel axle. A foot-operated four-wheeled vehicle is known in which wheels are driven to rotate via a crankshaft by a stepping motion. However, in the above configuration, a player such as an infant is supported only by the footrest, and therefore, if the vehicle tilts or swings, the balance may be lost and the player may fall off the vehicle, possibly causing injury. Therefore, if a handle is provided, the above problem will be solved, but in conventional vehicle toys, etc., the handle is attached so as to be swingable to the left and right, so that the tip of the frame that supports the rear wheel and holds the seat is located in the center of the handle. It is connected. However, since the angle of the handle is constant in advance, it is necessary to form a separate handle in order to change it according to the user.

A preferred embodiment of a foot-operated four-wheel vehicle according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. This foot-operated four-wheeled vehicle 1, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, has front and rear axles 5 and 5'composed of crankshafts having wheels fixed to both ends, and front and rear axles. A pair of left and right footsteps 7 pivotally attached to the rear wheel axle, and a handle member 2 standing up from the front wheel mounting neck portion 5B of the front wheel axle 5.
And a stay member 3 which extends forward from the rear wheel mounting neck portion of the rear wheel axle 5'and supports the handle member 2. That is, the axle 5 for the front wheels and the axle 5'for the rear wheels are made of a round bar steel material having the same shape, and have a convex portion 5a and a concave portion on the same plane.
Front wheel mounting necks 5A and 5A, 5'B and 5'B at both ends of the crankshaft 5b are formed from collinear crankshafts. The front wheel axle 5 and the rear wheel axle 5'are arranged in the same direction at the same horizontal level as the front and rear wheels, and the wheels 12 are fixed to both ends of each axle. The wheel 12 is made of a plastic disc, and a tire 12b made of a rubber ring is fitted around the outer periphery of the wheel 12 and a hole 12a is formed at the center thereof. The front ends of the front wheel mounting neck portion 5A and the rear wheel mounting neck portion 5'A of the axle are press-fitted into the holes 12a, and the wheel 12 is fixed to the axle. A pair of left and right footsteps 7, 7 extend in the longitudinal direction on the convex portions 5a and the convex portions 5a, the concave portions 5b and the concave portions 5b of the crankshafts of the front wheel axle 5 and the rear wheel axle 5 ', respectively, in the longitudinal direction. It is pivotally attached. The foot step 7 is made of a plastic substantially rectangular flat plate having a size large enough to put a foot on it, and is provided with a protruding stopper 7a protruding upward along the inner side surface thereof to prevent the foot from slipping. There is. A groove with a U-shaped cross section is provided on the front and rear of the footboard 7 on the back side.
7b are provided so as to open downward, and car bearing fittings 6 made of iron pieces having round holes 6a are fitted to the left and right ends of each groove 7b across the groove 7b. Then, the convex portion 5a and the concave portion 5b of the axle 5 for the front wheel and the axle 5'for the rear wheel are fitted and inserted into the round holes 6a of the car bearing metal fitting 6, respectively, and the pair of left and right footsteps are formed by the car bearing metal fitting 5. Reference numerals 7 and 7 are pivotally supported on the front wheel axle 5 and the rear wheel axle 5 ', respectively. A stopper is provided on the axle (not shown) adjacent to the outer side of the vehicle bearing fitting 6 so that the axle does not shift laterally with respect to the vehicle bearing fitting 6. A handle member 2 that rises forward from both sides of the front wheel axle 5 is supported by a pair of stay members 3 pivotally attached to both sides of the rear wheel axle 5 '. That is, the handle member 2 is composed of a laterally inverted U-shaped handle 2A and a cylindrical sleeve 4A welded to the base end of the handle 2A, and the sleeve 4A is a front wheel mounting neck portion 5B of the front wheel axle 5. Is rotatably fitted in the crankshaft and is provided adjacent to the bent portion of the crankshaft. The stay member 3 is a stay made of straight steel bar.
3A and a cylindrical sleeve 4B welded to the base end of the stay 3A, the sleeve 4B is rotatably fitted into the rear wheel mounting neck portion 5B of the axle 5'for the rear wheel. Then, the tip end side of the stay 2 is arranged outside the handle 2A and is connected to a middle portion of the handle 2A. The front wheel mounting neck portion 5A is composed of a straight portion having a total length of the diameter of the handle 2A and stay 3A and the length of the wheel mounting, and the sleeve 4A and the sleeve 4B are attached to the front and rear axles in a stepped manner on the straight portion. Has been. Therefore, the axial movements of the sleeves 4A and 4B are restricted by the bent portions of the convex portion or the concave portion of the axle, and the handle member 2 moves in the axial direction with a certain amount of looseness due to the interference between the sleeve 4A on both sides and the bent portions. Have been detained. On the tip side of the stay 3A and the vertical piece of the handle 2A,
As shown in the drawing, holes 3a and 2a penetrating in the lateral direction are provided respectively, and the holes 3a are aligned with the holes 2a of the handle 2A, and the bolt 8 is inserted from the outside through the washer 11. The washer 11 on the threaded end of the bolt 8 that protrudes inward.
The wing nut 9 is screwed in to connect the stay 3A to the middle of the vertical piece of the handle 2A. By providing a plurality of holes 2a, 3a provided at the middle of the vertical piece of the handle 2A or at the tip of the stay 3A, the attachment position on the tip side of the stay 3A can be freely selected. The tilt angle of can be adjusted. Incidentally, the handle 2A or stay 3A of this embodiment has a structure in which separate sleeves 4A and 4B are welded to the base ends thereof.
A hole may be provided on the base end side of the handle 2A or the stay 3A. With the above-described structure, when the user of the foot-type four-wheel vehicle 1 steps on the footstep 7 and moves the footstep 7 up and down, the axle 5 for the front wheel and the rear wheel which are the crankshafts. Since the vehicle axle 5'rotates and the wheels 12 fixed to the axle are driven to rotate, the foot-operated four-wheeled person 1 moves forward or backward. And the recesses 5b, 5b alternately repeat vertical movement, and the crankshaft rotates. When the axle of the crankshaft rotates, the wheel 12 fixed to the axle rotates, and the wheel 12 rotates to drive the foot-operated four-wheel vehicle. Further, the foot-operated four-wheeled vehicle 1 is provided with a handlebar 2A, and is supported by the handlebar 2A and the stay 3A so as to be kept in a standing state at all times. The front wheel axle 5 and the rear wheel axle 5'are respectively handlebars 2A. And stay 3A to rotate while receiving the load. Therefore, even an infant or the like can grasp the handlebar 2A and safely ride on the foot-operated four-wheeled vehicle. The movement of the steering wheel 2A in the axle direction is restrained at the bent portion of the axle 5 for the front wheels, so that the steering wheel 2A is stable without floating to the left and right. Also, if the handle 2A of this foot-operated four-wheeled vehicle is detached from the wing nut 9 and disconnected from the stay 3A, the handle 2A or the sleeves 4A and 4B of the stay 3A are rotated to bring down the handle 2A and the stay 3A. Since it can be folded, the foot-operated four-wheel vehicle 1 can be stored even in a narrow space. Further, in the above-described embodiment, sleeves 4A and 4B are welded to the lower ends of the handle 2A and stay 3A, but as a different embodiment, instead of this sleeve 4, a structure in which the axle is sandwiched by two inwardly biased pawls The snap ring may be fitted into the mounting neck portion 5B from the outside and the lower ends of the handle 2A and the stay 3A may be welded to the snap ring. The other structure is the same as that of the preferred embodiment described above. In this case, since the handle member 2 and the stay member 3 can be removed, the handle member 2 and the stay member can be attached / detached depending on the skill level of the user of the foot-type four-wheel wheel.
