On the other hand, the culture of wearing clothes and enriching our lives is widespread and closely related to our lives. However, despite the fact that many clothes that are warm in winter are found in the market, it is extremely rare to wear formal clothes that are cool in summer. Therefore, the phenomenon that the maximum power consumption is shown in the summer day appears, and one of the causes is the power consumption of the cooler. That is, it is a major cause of indirect damage to the global environment.

A direct object of the invention is thus to improve the coolness of summer clothing. In order to improve the coolness of clothes, it is necessary for the fabric to have high air permeability, and for that purpose it is naturally necessary to use a coarsely textured fabric. However, when a coarsely textured fabric is applied, there is a fatal problem that it becomes transparent and unsightly. It was In addition, although she does not care about see-through for jackets, see-through for slacks was a particular problem. Also, from the fact that I do not mind a little see-through, many ideas have been devised and implemented for improving the coolness of outerwear, but regarding slacks, it must be assumed that it is not see-through, It is difficult to improve the refreshing property because it also needs to be retained, and it is the current situation that it has not been devised.

The slacks are not a problem of fashion or fashion, but it is premised that the slacks are not transparent, so it is difficult to place importance on comfort regarding the coolness. for that reason,
It has been considered unavoidable to thicken the front and back fabrics and even the interlining to prevent sheer and improve shape retention. The thick, non-transparent fabric naturally has poor breathability. Furthermore, if the lining and interlining are thickened, the weight of the entire slacks will increase. It is hard to say that wearing heavy and poorly breathable clothing is burdensome and comfortable.

The gauze and the gauze used in the present invention are well known cloth materials in the Japanese dressing industry. The present invention uses the cloth for clothes, and also weaves it in a wide width, and although it may be accused of being insane in the industry, it does not hinder the effectiveness of the present invention. Here, the meanings of gauze and gauze are the well-known woven structure in the industry as described above, and therefore the description thereof is omitted. In particular, as the gauze or gauze fibers applied for this purpose, gauze or gauze using multi-lobal cross-section fibers such as the commonly known cross section of polyester, T-shaped cross section is preferable, and such a woven fabric is subjected to weight reduction processing. Those that are present are preferable. Further, it is preferable that the tip of the multi-lobal cross section has a wedge-shaped neck. The reason is that it is easy to avoid misalignment, and the texture gives a smooth feel for summer,
Furthermore, it does not have a waxy feel and can express a high-quality luster and luster. In addition, dimensional stability is important for light and open clothes such as this cloth, and gauze or gauze is easy to satisfy. Further, in order to obtain a preferable breathability while preventing the see-through, the thickness of the warp yarn and the weft yarn of the gauze or the gauze is 30
In the range of yarn use from denier to 200 denier,
It is preferable that the warp yarn density is 30 yarns / inch or more and less than 120 yarns / inch, and the weft yarn density is 10 yarns / inch or more and less than 70 yarns / inch or more. Furthermore, the warp yarn density is 45 yarns / inch or more and 100 yarns / inch or more. More preferably, the weft density is less than 25 yarns / inch and less than 55 yarns / inch.

The day when I wore it was a very hot day with strong sunlight, and when I wore the comparative example, the fine lining was used on the entire surface to prevent see-through even though it was for summer, so the see-through was Although it was not observed, the outer fabric itself was thin, but the dense lining was used, so breathability was poor and heat was trapped inside the clothes, and the lining stuck to the bare skin due to sweat, which made me feel very uncomfortable. When the suit of the example of the present invention was worn, it was almost transparent and the breathability was improved, so that it was cool and comfortable to wear without heat buildup. Moreover, since it is extremely lightweight, it does not put a strain on the body and does not feel tired even after being worn for a long time.

The air flow rate was measured based on JIS-L1096 (Frazier method), and the light transmittance was measured by the SM color computer method. The part where the air flow rate is measured is shown in FIG. 1-e, and the part where the light transmittance is measured is shown in FIG. 1-f. The measurement results are shown in Table 1 and FIGS.

As shown in Table 1 and FIG. 2, the slacks and suits of the present invention have a slacks and suit of the present invention more than that of the comparative product when compared with the currently coolest commercially available product measured as a comparative product. The suit has higher breathability and lower light transmission. Further, as shown in Table 1 and FIG. 3, the garment weight is about 20 in the slacks and the suit in the present invention only in the slacks as compared with the comparative product.
%, About 26% in jackets only, about 24 in suits
The result was as light as%. The high breathability and light weight mean that the heat generated by the body does not accumulate in the clothes and the burden on the body is small, so it can be worn in a cool and comfortable manner. Furthermore, since the functions of low light transmittance, that is, low transparency and high breathability are contradictory, it was almost impossible to combine these functions, but as shown in the table and graph, It was found that the slacks and the suit of the present invention can achieve both functions.
