Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a generator capable of easily starting by reducing operation force for rotation required for starting. CONSTITUTION:When an inertial ring 10 is operated for rotation, a block 13 is held at a position separated from a cut-out portion 9b of a rotating ring 9 by the spring force of a tensile coil spring 14 at an initial stage, and the inertial ring 10 runs idle relative to the rotating ring 9; when the rotating speed of the inertial ring 10 exceeds a predetermined speed, the block 13 is linked to the cut-out portion 9b of the rotating ring 9 by its centrifugal force against the spring force of tensile coil spring 14, by which the rotation operating force of the inertial ring 10 and the inertial force of the inertial ring 10 are transmitted as a rotating force of the inertial ring 10 to the rotating ring 9. This rotating force acts as a rotating force of the rotor through the rotating ring 9 and then the rotor is rotated.

Description of the Related Art In a generator of this type, a stator and a rotor are opposed to each other at a constant interval, a plurality of permanent magnets are fixed to one of them at equal intervals around the axis of the rotor, and another permanent magnet is fixed to the other. A plurality of iron cores are formed at equal intervals around the axis of the rotor so as to face each other, and a coil is wound. By the way, between the rotor and the stator,
The permanent magnet and the iron core work to exert a magnetic attraction force to the rotor's rotation resistance, but since inertial force is added to the rotor as the rotor rotates during power generation, a large rotational operation force is not applied. Both can rotate the rotor.

However, since no inertial force is applied to the rotor at the time of starting, the rotational resistance of the rotor becomes larger than that at the time of power generation, and unless a large rotational operation force is applied, the rotor is not rotated. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention is a generator for converting rotational energy of a rotor into electric energy by rotating the rotor with respect to a stator, and a rotating wheel that rotates in conjunction with the rotor. An inertia wheel that is coaxially and relatively rotatably supported with respect to the rotation wheel and is rotatably provided, and the inertia wheel centrifuges when the rotation speed of the inertia wheel exceeds a predetermined speed. It is characterized in that a rotational force transmission member is provided which is engaged with the rotary wheel by force to transmit the rotational force of the inertia wheel to the rotary wheel.

According to the present invention, when the inertia wheel is rotationally operated, the inertia wheel rotates relative to the rotating wheel and idles at the initial stage of the inertia wheel, so that the inertia wheel can be rotated without applying a large rotational operation force to the inertia wheel. Can rotate. When the rotation speed of the inertia wheel exceeds a predetermined speed, the centrifugal force causes the torque transmission member to engage with the rotation wheel, and the torque of the inertia wheel is transmitted to the rotation wheel. Acts as the rotational force of the rotor, and the rotor rotates.

Here, when the rotational force transmitting member engages with the rotary wheel, the rotational speed of the inertia wheel exceeds a predetermined speed. Therefore, inertia force is applied to the inertia wheel in addition to its rotational operation force, and the rotary operation is performed. Force and the inertial force act as the rotational force of the inertial wheel, and when the rotational force transmitting member engages the rotating wheel, the rotational operation force of the inertial wheel and the inertial force of the inertial wheel act as the rotational force of the rotor.

Therefore, if the rotor is rotated by rotating the inertia wheel, the inertial force of the inertial wheel acts as the rotational force of the rotor in addition to the rotational operation force of the inertial wheel at the time of starting, and the inertial wheel is rotated to such a large degree. The rotor can be rotated without applying a force, and the rotational operation force required at the time of starting can be reduced to easily start the rotor.

The block 13 faces the inner peripheral wall of the rotary wheel 9 and has a width dimension smaller than the width dimension of the cutout portion 9b of the rotary wheel 9, and the inertia wheel 10 moves in the radial direction to generate inertia. The wheel 10 is projected and retracted outside the outer periphery of the wheel 10 so that it can be engaged with and disengaged from the notch 9b of the rotary wheel 9. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, when the block 13 is engaged with the cutout portion 9b of the rotary wheel 9, when the inertia wheel 10 is rotationally operated, the rotational force of the inertia wheel 10 is transmitted via the block 13. 9, the rotary wheel 9 rotates following the inertia wheel 10, and when the block 13 is separated from the notch 9b of the rotary wheel 9 as shown in FIG. The inertia wheel 10 rotates relative to the rotating wheel 9 so as to idle.

The tension coil spring 14 is a block 1
It is stretched between 3 and the inner wall of the cut 10a. Then, when the rotation speed of the inertia wheel 10 is equal to or lower than a predetermined speed, the tension coil spring 14 is moved as shown in FIG.
The spring force of the block 13 causes the block 13 to cut in the rotating wheel 9
When the inertial wheel 10 is held at a position separated from the rotation speed of the inertial wheel 10 exceeds a predetermined speed, the centrifugal force causes the block 13 to move the block 13 to the tension coil spring 1 as shown in FIG.
It engages with the notch 9b of the rotary wheel 9 against the spring force of No. 4.

Next, the operation will be described. When the inertia wheel 10 is rotated by gripping the handle 12, the block 13 is held at the position separated from the notch 9b of the rotary wheel 9 by the spring force of the tension coil spring 14 at the initial stage, and the inertia wheel 10 is rotated. The rotating wheel 9 and the rotor 2 do not rotate against the inertial wheel 10 by rotating idly with respect to the inertial wheel 9, and the inertial wheel 10 can be rotationally operated without applying a large rotational operation force to the inertial wheel 10.

When the rotation speed of the inertia wheel 10 exceeds a predetermined speed, the centrifugal force causes the block 13 to resist the spring force of the tension coil spring 14 and the notch 9b of the rotation wheel 9.
And the rotational force of the inertia wheel 10 is transmitted to the rotating wheel 9,
This rotational force acts as a rotational force of the rotor 2 via the rotary wheel 9, and the rotor 2 rotates.

When the block 13 engages with the notch 9b of the rotary wheel 9, the rotational speed of the inertial wheel 10 exceeds a predetermined speed, so that the inertial wheel 10 receives an inertial force in addition to its rotational operation force. When the rotation operation force and the inertial force are applied and act as the rotation force of the inertia wheel 10 and the block 13 is engaged with the cut portion 9b of the rotation wheel 9, the rotation operation force of the inertia wheel 10 and the inertia wheel 10 are applied. Inertia force acts as a rotational force of the rotor 2.

Therefore, if the rotor 2 is rotated by rotating the inertial wheel 10, the inertial force of the inertial wheel 10 acts as the rotational force of the rotor 2 in addition to the rotational operation force of the inertial wheel 10 at the time of start-up. The rotor 2 can be rotated without giving such a large rotational operation force to the rotor 10, the rotational operation force required at the time of starting is reduced, and the engine can be easily started.

1. A generator for converting rotational energy of a rotor into electric energy by rotating the rotor with respect to a stator, the rotating wheel rotating in conjunction with the rotor, and coaxial with the rotating wheel. And an inertia wheel that is rotatably supported relative to each other and rotatably provided. The inertia wheel has a centrifugal force when the rotation speed of the inertia wheel exceeds a predetermined speed. A generator which is provided with a rotational force transmission member that engages with the rotational wheel to transmit the rotational force of the inertia wheel to the rotational wheel.
