However, in the piping work using the conventional duct for piping and the joint as described above, when fixing the duct for piping to the mounting surface, the end portion of the duct must be attached to the joint without fail. It is necessary to carry out screwing work, etc. while holding it in a fixed position by hand, and if this work is done by one person, the work of fixing the fixing part of the duct becomes very complicated, and furthermore, the fixing work. Since the work can be performed only from the end side of the fixed portion of the duct, the middle portion of the duct is likely to be bent.

By this pressing, as shown in FIG. 7A, the locking groove 35 of the fixing portion 31 on the duct side approaches the locking projections 46, 46 of the fixing portion 41 on the joint side from above. Then, when the fixing portion 31 is further strongly pressed, as shown in FIG. 7B, the upper ends of the locking protrusions 46, 46 of the joint-side fixing portion 41 are aligned with the guide portions 35a on both sides of the locking groove 35. When they abut and are pushed inward, and further, the fixing portion 31 of the duct 30 is pressed, as shown in FIG.
Engages with the locking portion 35b of the locking groove 35. In this engagement state, the locking protrusion 4 whose distance between the rising portions is A1.
6 shows an engagement state between the intermediate portions of the locking members 6 and 46 and the locking groove 35, and the outer wall surface of the locking projection and the locking portion 35b of the locking groove (inner side surface of the locking groove) abut with a weak force. It will be in the state of doing.

Here, since the width of the pair of locking projections 46, 46 is wider on the other end 46b side than on the one end 46a side, the distance between the rising portions is smaller than A1.
As shown in (a) of FIG. 8, the engagement state between the one end 46a, 46a side of the locking protrusion 2 of FIG.
There is a slight gap between the outer wall surface of 46 and the locking portions 35b, 35b of the locking groove 35.

On the other hand, the distance between the rising portions is A
The engagement state between the other ends 46b, 46b of the A3 locking projections larger than 1 and the locking groove 35 was largely deformed inward by the pressing of the locking groove as shown in FIG. 8B. The outer wall surfaces of the other ends 46b, 46b are brought into a state of strongly contacting the locking portions 35b, 35b of the locking groove 35 by the elastic return force, that is, a state of strongly pressing the inner surface of the locking groove 35, As a result, the other ends 46b, 46
The b side is in a state of being held by the inner surface of the locking groove 35 with a strong force.

Therefore, by this locking operation, the distance between the fixed portion 31 of the duct 30 and the fixed portion 41 of the joint 40 is
The bottom plates are locked in a non-separable manner such that they cannot be separated from each other, and the frictional force between the locking groove 35 and the wide portion of the locking projection 46 causes the duct for piping to the fixing portion 41 of the joint 40. The movement of 30 in the pull-out direction is also restricted.

The tip of the fixing portion 31 of the duct 30 is fixed to the stopper 45 of the joint 40 by a force stronger than the frictional force between the locking groove 35 and the wide portion (the other end 46b side) of the locking projection 46.
If it is slid in the direction and positioned, the fixing portion 31
It is connected in a state where it does not come off from the fixed portion 41 of the joint 40 even if the hand is released. The strong frictional force between the locking projection 46 and the locking groove 35 causes the end of the fixed portion 31 of the duct 30 to
Since it always occurs within the range between the end of the fixing portion 41 of the joint 40 and the stopper 45, for example, a position where the fixing portion 31 of the duct 30 is not brought into contact with the stopper 45 of the fixing portion 41 of the joint 40 Therefore, even if the fixing part 31 is separated from the hand, the fixing part 31 of the duct 40
Is not lost.

Therefore, the operator is required to use the fixed portion 3 of the duct.
There is no need to press the end of 1 by hand, while watching the bending of the middle part of the fixed part 31 of the duct 30 with both hands,
It can be screwed from any screw hole 37.

This operation can be performed on the other end side of the joint 40 in the same manner, and can be performed by one operator easily while observing the posture of the piping duct 30. When the fixing portion 31 of the duct 30 is locked to the fixing portion 41 of the joint 40, the one end 46a, 46a side of the locking projections 46, 46, which has a narrow interval, is pushed into the locking groove 35 by a weak press. Since it enters, this portion is engaged with the locking groove 35 first.
When the fixing portion 31 is pressed with a stronger force, the engaging portion serves as a guide and naturally enters the locking groove 35 from the intermediate portion of the locking projections 46 to the other end. Even when the locking groove 35 and the locking projections 46 are not visible, the locking operation can be easily performed.

[Other Embodiments] In the above-described embodiment, the distance between the pair of locking projections 46 provided on the fixing portion of the joint (width of the entire locking projection) becomes wider toward the end of the joint. However, like the fixed portion 61 of the joint shown in FIG. 9, the other ends 62b and 62b closer to the ends of the fixed portion 61 than the ends 62a and 62a closer to the stopper 45 are closer to each other. A pair of locking protrusions 62, 62 may be provided so that the distance becomes wider.

In this case, when the duct is slid with respect to the joint, the range in which the locking groove of the duct and the wide portion of the locking projection are in strong contact with each other is shorter than that in the above embodiment. However, since the gap between the locking projections near the end of the fixing portion of the joint is narrow, the fixing portion 31 on the duct side as in the above embodiment is provided.
Without being pressed against the fixing portion 41 on the joint side, the locking projections 62, 6 are inserted into the ends of the locking grooves 35 of the duct 30 as shown in FIG.
By inserting the other ends 62b, 62b of the second and sliding the fixing portion 31 of the duct against the fixing portion 61 of the joint until it comes into contact with the stopper 45, the duct and the joint are separated from each other in the same manner as in the previous embodiment. It can be linked to no state.

In addition, in the above-mentioned embodiment, 1 provided on the joint side
The distance between the pair of locking projections is designed to be continuously extended along the length direction thereof, but as in the fixing portions 71, 71 'of the joint shown in FIGS. 11 (a) and 11 (b), Wide portions 72a, 72a may be provided in parallel on one end side (may be an intermediate portion) of the pair of parallel locking protrusions 72, 72, which is wider than the other portions. In this case, the locking groove and the locking projection are engaged with each other by pressing the fixing portion of the duct against the fixing portions 71 and 71 '.

The modification shown in FIG. 12 can be locked by the pressing method and the sliding insertion method as in the above-described embodiment. Further, it is possible to eliminate the gap between the pair of locking projections 46, 46 of the above-described embodiment,
Gap 85a-8 of each locking projection 85-89 shown in FIG.
If 9a is filled as shown by a broken line, there is an advantage that the strength of the locking projection is increased and the projection is not damaged. However, in this case, since the elasticity of the locking projection itself is lost, only the wide part of the locking projection is formed so as to be elastically deformable inward, or the inner wall side of the locking groove on the duct side is moved outward. It may be elastically deformable.

Further, in the above embodiment, the engaging groove is provided in the bottom of the duct for piping, and the engaging projection engaging with the engaging groove is provided on the joint side. However, for example, in FIG. ), As shown in FIG.
92 are provided in parallel, and a locking groove 96 is provided on the fixing portion 95 side of the joint.
May be provided. In this case, as shown in FIG. 13B, the ribs 97 forming the locking groove 96 are provided.
If the interval is formed so as to become narrower toward the end portion side of the fixed portion 95, the movement of the duct with respect to the joint can be regulated as in the above embodiment, and conversely, in FIG. As shown in c), the distance between the ribs 97, 97 is set to the fixing portion 9
If it becomes wider toward the stopper 45 side of 5,
Locking by slide insertion becomes easy. Also in this case,
The ribs 97, 97 forming the locking groove 96 may be elastically deformed outward, and the locking projection 92 side may not be elastically deformed, so that the ribs 97 and 97 engage with each other in a non-returning manner. Of course, at that time, the gap between the locking protrusions 92 may be filled.

As described above, in the connecting mechanism for connecting the duct for piping and the joint of the present invention, the engaging groove or the engaging projection provided in the duct with a predetermined width is provided in the engaging groove provided in the joint. Alternatively, the locking projections are engaged with each other in a non-reverse manner to restrict movement of the inner wall of the joint and the outer wall of the duct in a direction in which they are separated from each other, and a wide portion provided in a part of the locking projection on the joint side or Since the narrow portion provided in a part of the locking groove and the side surfaces of the locking groove or the locking projection on the duct contact each other, the movement of the duct in the pulling direction with respect to the joint is regulated. When attaching the duct for piping to the wall surface via the joint, the movement of the duct with respect to the joint is restricted by simply locking the locking groove and the locking projection to each other, and one end of the duct can be manually fixed as in the past. There is no need to press down, and the work of fixing the piping duct Simple, yet, can be carried out so as not to impair the appearance.
