Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 移植用カテーテルポンプにおいて、外端部が外部駆動源に連結可能にな った駆動ケーブル(1)が貫通する細長いスリーブ(2)と、前記駆動ケーブル (1)の内端部の近くに位置した駆動ロータ(7)とを有し、前記駆動ロータが 外側へ折りたたみ可能なプロペラ(7)の形をしていることを特徴とする移植用 カテーテルポンプ。 2. 請求の範囲第1項記載の移植用カテーテルポンプにおいて、前記スリー ブ(2)が前記プロペラ(7)に近接した膨脹部分(4)を有する移植用カテー テルポンプ。 3. 請求の範囲第2項記載の移植用カテーテルポンプにおいて、前記スリー ブ(2)の膨脹部分が、該スリーブ(2)の縦方向に延在するフィラメント(4 )の形をしていることを特徴とする移植用カテーテルポンプ。 4. 請求の範囲第3項記載の移植用カテーテルポンプにおいて、前記フィラ メント(4)の前端が共通の取付部(9)に結合されており、前記取付部(9) は、前記プロペラ(7)の周りで前記フィラメント(4)のケージを形成してい る間に、前記スリーブ(2)の外端部に対して相対的に移動可能に配置されてい ることを特徴とする移植用カテーテルポンプ。 5. 請求の範囲第4項記載の移植用カテーテルポンプにおいて、前記取付部 (9)が駆動ケーブル(1)に取付けられていて、前記ケーブルが、前記フィラ メント(4)のケージを膨脹させるために、軸線方向に移動可能であることを特 徴とする移植用カテーテルポンプ。 6. 請求の範囲第1項から第5項のいずれか1項記載の移植用カテーテルポ ンプにおいて、前記プロペラ(7)が前記駆動ケーブル(1)によって外側へ折 りたたまれるように配置され、従って、軸線方向に移動可能であることを特徴と する移植用カテーテルポンプ。 7. 請求の範囲第1項から第6項のいずれか1項記載の移植用カテーテルポ ンプにおいて、前記駆動ケーブル(1)が外部スリーブ(1b)を有した内部コ ア(1a)の形をしており、前記外部スリーブ(1b)は前記コア(1a)に対 して軸線方向に相対的に移動可能てあることを特徴とする移植用カテーテルポン プ。 8. 請求の範囲第7項記載の移植用カテーテルポンプにおいて、前記プロペ ラ(7)および前記駆動ケーブル(1)の前記コア(1a)と前記外部スリーブ (1b)とのそれぞれに対してリンク機構(6)が取付けられており、前記リン ク機構(6)が、前記駆動ケーブル(1)の前記内部コア(1a)と前記外部ス リーブ(16)との間の相対的な移動によって、前記プロペラ(7)が外側へ折 りたたまれるような構造を有していることを特徴とする移植用カテーテルポンプ 。 9. 請求の範囲第2項から第8項記載の移植用カテーテルポンプにおいて、 前記膨脹部分が、ゴムあるいはその類似物のような弾性材料から成る前記スリー ブ(2)あるいは管(8)によって取囲まれていることを特徴とする移植用カテ ーテルポンプ。 10. 請求の範囲第1項から第9項のいずれか1項記載の移植用カテーテル ポンプにおいて、前記駆動ケーブル(1)が10,000rpm以下、好ましくは 3から5000rpmの回転数で回転されるよう配置されることを特徴とする移植 用カテーテルポンプ。 11. 請求の範囲第1項から第10項のいずれか1項記載の移植用カテーテ ルポンプにおいて、前記プロペラ(7)が外側へ折りたたまれた状態において、 10から20ミリメートル、好ましくは約15ミリメートルの作動直径を有して いることを特徴とする移植用カテーテルポンプ。 12. 請求の範囲第1項から第11項のいずれか1項記載の移植用カテーテ ルポンプにおいて、前記ポンプが0.25から1ワット、好ましくは約0.5ワ ットの有効ポンプ動力を受けていることを特徴とする移植用カテーテルポンプ。 13. 請求の範囲第1項から第12項のいずれか1項記載の移植用カテーテ ルポンプにおいて、前記プロペラ(7′,7″)が駆動軸上に個々に担持された 多数のプロペラ羽根を有し、前記羽根が、駆動軸(1′,1″)の回転中の遠心 力およびあるいはポンプ力によって、外側へ向かってその作動位置へ折りたたま れるように配置されていることを特徴とする移植用カテーテルポンプ。 14. 請求の範囲第13項記載の移植用カテーテルポンプにおいて、前記プ ロ ペラ羽根(7′,7″)が、その作動位置において、前記駆動軸(1′,1″) に取付けられたプロペラ支持体(10′,10″)と接触していることを特徴と する移植用カテーテルポンプ。 15. 請求の範囲第13項記載の移植用カテーテルポンプにおいて、前記プ ロペラ羽根(7″)が、その作動位置において、前記駆動軸(1′,1″)に取 付けられた前記プロペラ支持体(10″)と、前記駆動軸(1′,1″)と共に 回転可能なスリーブ(11″)との間で、固定されていることを特徴とする移植 用カテーテルポンプ。
