Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.アミノ酸配列: Glu Val Asp Pro Ile Gly His Leu Tyr を有する、単離されたノナペプチド。 2.請求項1に記載のノナペプチドをコードする、単離された核酸分子。 3.HLA−A1サブタイプにより特徴付けられる癌病態を患っている患者の 処置方法であって、該HLA−A1サブタイプを有する癌細胞に対し、有効な細 胞傷害性T細胞反応を引き起こすのに十分な量の、請求項1に記載の単離された ノナペプチドを該患者に投与することから成る処置方法。 4.請求項2に記載の核酸分子でトランスフェクトされた、単離されたヒト以 外のセルライン。 5.マウスセルラインである、請求項4に記載のセルライン。 6.COSセルラインである、請求項4に記載のセルライン。 7.癌病態を患っている疑いのある該患者から得られるサンプルを、 (a)ノナペプチド: Glu Val Asp Pro Ile Gly His Leu Tyr または (b)HLA−A1分子と該ノナペプチドとの複合体 に特異的に結合する物質と接触させ、該病態の指標として結合性を測定すること から成る、癌病態の決定方法。 8.癌病態を処置するのに有用なワクチンであって、請求項1に記載の単離さ れたノナペプチドと、製薬的に許容し得るアジュバントとを含むワクチン。 9.請求項1に記載のノナペプチドと特異的に結合する、単離された抗体。 10.モノクローナル抗体である、請求項9に記載の抗体。
