Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.それぞれ1つの球継ぎ手(4、5)及び1つの固定装置(6、7)を間に接 続することによって、いくつかの部分からなりかつ長さを変え得る中間体(1) に連結する釘あるいはねじ保持用締め具(2、3)を有する、骨、特に骨盤の固 定のための接骨補助手段において、中間体(1)がそれぞれ1つのスロット(1 0、11)を有する2つの湾曲体(8、9)から形成されており、スロット(1 0、11)が拘束手段(12)を受容し、拘束手段(12)が、ジョイントとし て用いられ、かつ、湾曲体(8、9)を互いに対する角度状態及び長さ調節に関 して拘束できることを特徴とする接骨補助手段。 2.スロット(10、11)が湾曲体(8、9)の全長にわたって延在すること を特徴とする、請求項1に記載の接骨補助手段。 3.湾曲体(8、9)の間に組み込むことができる付加的な挿入湾曲体(15) が設けられており、そして拘束手段(12)と関連して湾曲体(8、9)に挿入 湾曲体(15)を結合するための第二の拘束手段(16)が設けられていること を特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の接骨補助手段。 4.拘束手段が拘束ねじ(12、18)として形成されて いることを特徴とする、上記請求項の1つに記載の接骨補助手段。 5.拘束ねじ(12、18)が付加的な弾性座金(17)を有することを特徴と する、上記請求項の1つに記載の接骨補助手段。 6.拘束手段が偏心ロック(20)として形成されていることを特徴とする、請 求項1から3の1つに記載の接骨補助手段。 7.拘束手段が頭にぎざぎざを有する板体(36及び37)を備える拘束装置( 30)として形成されており、当該ねじ(36及び37)が互いに結合されるべ き湾曲体(8、9及び15)の角度に関する調節と固定を可能にすること、を特 徴とする上記請求項の1つに記載の接骨補助手段。
