Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.BTS02617A、BTS02618A、 BTS02654B又はBT S02652E菌株、又はその等価物。 2.BTS02617A、 BTS02618A、 BTS02654B又はB TS02652E結晶又は結晶タンパク質、又はその等価物。 3.BTS02618Aプロトキシン及び殺虫剤として有効なプロトキシン部分 、特にトキシン、又はその等価物。 4.特にbTS02618A遺伝子が、BTS02617A、BTS02618 A、BTS02654B又はBTS02652E菌株から誘導され、配列番号1 のDNAプローブとハイブリッド形成し、特にbTS02618A遺伝子が配列 番号2及び3に示されているヌクレオチド配列、より特定的には配列番号4のb TS02618A 遺伝子を含んでいる、bTS02618A遺伝子、殺虫剤とし て有効なbTS02618A遺伝子部分、短縮bTS02618A遺伝子、bT S02618A キメラ遺伝子、又はそれらの等価物、又はneo遺伝子のような 選択可能なマーカー遺伝子とのそのハイブリッド。 5.配列番号4のBTS02618AプロトキシンをコードするDNA配列、好 ましくは殺虫剤として有効なBTS02618Aプロトキシン部分、特にBTS 02618Aトキシン。 6.鱗翅目、特にヤガ科、特にAgrotis種、Spodoptera種、Plutella種、Mamestr a 種、Heliothis種及びOstrinia種に対する殺虫剤組成物であって、BTS026 17A、BTS 02618A、BTS02654B及びBTS02652E菌株、結晶及び結晶 タンパク質、BTS02618Aプロトキシン及び殺虫剤として有効なBTS0 2618Aプロトキシン部分、特にBTS02618Aトキシン、及びそれらの 等価物より成るグループの中から選択された有効成分を含有する殺虫剤組成物。 7.請求の範囲第4項のbTS02618A遺伝子、遺伝子部分、短縮遺伝子、 キメラ遺伝子又はハイブリッドを特徴とする、形質転換された微生物、特にB. t huringiensis 。 8.殺虫剤として有効なbTS02618A遺伝子部分、短縮bTS02618 A 遺伝子、bTS02618Aキメラ遺伝子、又はneo遺伝子のような選択可 能なマーカー遺伝子とのそのハイブリッドを特徴とする、形質転換された植物細 胞。 9.請求の範囲第8項に記載の複数の植物細胞を含む植物又はその種子。 10.請求の範囲第8項に記載のbTS02618A遺伝子部分、短縮遺伝子、キ メラ遺伝子又はハイブリッドを、中に組み込まれた形で含んでいる植物ゲノム。 11.その細胞が請求の範囲第10項に記載の植物ゲノムを有する植物組織。 12.鱗翅目、特にSpodoptera種及び Agrotis種のようなヤガ科、0. nubilalisの ようなメイガ科及びPlutella xylostellaのようなスガ科に対する耐性を植物に 付与するための方法であって、請求の範囲第10項の植物ゲノムを植物に提供す ることを特徴と する方法。 13.植物ゲノム内に安定な形で組込まれ、かつ昆虫にとって有毒なタンパク質の 形態でその植物において発現されうる異種遺伝物質を含む植物及びこの植物の種 子のような生殖物質を生産する方法であって、非生物学的工程である、a)前記 タンパク質を発現しない出発植物細胞又は植物組織から前記異種遺伝物質を含む 形質転換された植物細胞又は植物組織を生産する工程、b)前記異種遺伝物質を 含む前記形質転換された植物細胞又は植物組織から再生された植物又はその植物 の生殖物質又はその両方を生産する工程、及びc)場合により、前記再生された 植物又は生殖物質又はその両方を生物学的に複製する工程を含むことを特徴とし 、前記異種遺伝物質を含む前記形質転換された植物細胞又は植物組織を生産する 前記工程が、請求の範囲第8項に記載のbTS02618A遺伝子部分、短縮遺 伝子又はハイブリッド、ならびに前記植物細胞又は植物組織における前記遺伝子 部分、短縮遺伝子又はハイブリッドの発現を可能にすることができる調節要素で 前記出発植物細胞又は植物組織を形質転換して、形質転換された植物細胞又は植 物組織において、ならびに世代を通してそれらから産生される前記植物及び生殖 物質において、前記遺伝子部分、短縮遺伝子又はハイブリッドの安定な組込みを ひき起こすことを特徴とする、方法。 14. 害虫、特に鱗翅目、特にヤガ科、メイガ科及びスガ科、より特定的にはSpo doptera 種、Mamestra種、Heliothis種、Ostrinia種、Plutella種及びAgrotis種 、きわめて特定的にはAgrotis ipsilon 、Spodoptera exigua、Spodoptera litoralis、Spodoptera fru giperda 、Mamestra brassica、Heliothisvirescens、Ostrinia nubilalis及びPl utella xylostella を防除するための方法であって、前記害虫を、BTS026 18Aプロトキシン又はBTS02618Aトキシン、好ましくは請求の範囲第 6項に記載の殺虫剤組成物と接触させる工程を特徴とする方法。
