Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.金属からなり、長手方向に走る少なくとも1個の予定破断線を有する割り カニューレにおいて、予定破断線(18、20)が無切削成形によって作製され ていることを特徴とする割りカニューレ。 2.予定破断線(18、20)が穴明けされていることを特徴とする請求項1 に記載の割りカニューレ。 3.割りカニューレ(10)が予定破断線(18、20)の直近の区域にカニ ューレ自体の肉厚より厚い肉厚を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の割り カニューレ。 4.金属からなり、周囲が閉じたカニューレ本体と、研削したカニューレ尖端 部と、カニューレ本体の長手方向に走る2個の予定破断線に沿ってカニューレ本 体を少なくとも部分的に裂開するための、カニューレ尖端部の反対側にある把手 とを有する割りカニューレであって、予定破断線がカニューレ本体に無切削成形 により形成されている割りカニューレ。 5.カニューレ本体を加工することによって金属からなる割りカニューレの長 手方向に走る少なくとも1個の予定破断線を作製する方法において、予定破断線 を無切削成形法で作製することを特徴とする方法。 6.カニューレ本体の長手方向にその外面に圧印工具が作用し、管の内部を通 る下型が圧印工具に配属される ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 7.カニューレを角度αだけ回転することによって2個の予定破断線を管壁に 逐次圧印することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 8.外周側が閉じたカニューレ本体に2個の予定破断線を同時に圧印すること を特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 9.予定破断線を形成するための圧印エッジを有する工具が金属からなるカニ ューレ本体の長手方向にカニューレの長さにわたって伸張し、圧印エッジが長手 軸を通る対称面に対して側部の、カニューレ本体の方向に走る隆起を有し、上記 の隆起が尖端を有するV形断面の突起に移行し、上記の突起が対称面に対して対 称に形成され、隆起と正接方向に接触する直線と尖端との間隔がおおむね予定破 断線の深さを決定することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
