Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.光学体、及び該光学体に固定され且つ前記光学体から外方に延びる少なくと も一つのハプティックを有し、該ハプティックは、細長い円筒体の全体に横方向 断面を有し、前記ハプティックは、前記細長い円筒体の表面部分である表面部分 を更に有する、眼内レンズ。 2.前記ハプティックは、前記細長い円筒体の表面部分である、反対方向を向い た一対の表面部分を有する、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。 3.前記ハプティックは、単一の部品からなる一体の構造であり、前記光学体と 隣接した基端部分及び該基端部分によって前記光学体から間隔を隔てられた先端 部分を有し、前記ハプティックの前記基端部分及び前記先端部分は物理的特性が 異なっている、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。 4.前記基端部分及び前記先端部分の前記異なる物理的特性には、色彩の相違が 含まれる、請求項3に記載の眼内レンズ。 5.前記基端部分及び前記先端部分の前記異なる物理的特性には、前記部分のポ リマー材料の相違が含まれる、請求項3に記載の眼内レンズ。 6.前記ハプティックは前記先端にヘッド部分を有し、該ヘッド部分は、前記眼 内レンズのほぼ軸線方向に配置された肩部を含み、前記光学体は前記肩部と係合 して前記ハプティックの前記ヘッド部分を前記光学体内に固定する、請求項1に 記載の眼内レンズ。 7.前記ハプティックは、前記ヘッド部分から前記光学体の外方に延びた細長い ジャフト部分を有する、請求項6に記載の眼内レンズ。 8.前記ヘッド部分は、前記眼内レンズのほぼ軸線方向に所定の厚さ寸法を構成 し、前記ハプティックの前記シャフト部分は前記ヘッド部分と同じ厚さである、 請求項7に記載の眼内レンズ。 9.前記ヘッド部分は、前記眼内レンズのほぼ軸線方向に所定の厚さ寸法を構成 し、前記ハプティックの前記シャフト部分は、前記ヘッド部分よりも小さい所定 の厚さ寸法を有する、請求項7に記載の眼内レンズ。 10.前記シャフト部分は、その長さ寸法に沿って前記ヘッド部分から前記ヘッ ド部分よりも薄い先端まで均等なテーパ状態をなっている、請求項9に記載の眼 内レンズ。 11.前記ハプティックの前記シャフト部分は、前記ヘッド部分と前記ハプティ ックの前記シャフト部分の残りとの間の厚さを持つ基端ステム部分を有する、請 求項19記載の眼内レンズ。 12.前記ハプティックの前記シャフト部分は、側面図で見て、前記ヘッド部分 の中央に設けられている、請求項11に記載の眼内レンズ。 13.前記ハプティックの前記シャフト部分は、側面図で見て前記ヘッド部分の 中央位置からずれている、請求項11に記載の眼内レンズ。 14.前記ヘッド部分の前記厚さ寸法は、前記ヘッド部分の夫々の側部で軸線方 向に間隔を隔てられた一対のほぼ平行な境界平面によって構成されている、請求 項9に記載の眼内レンズ。 15.前記ハプティックは、前記物理的特性が前記基端部分及び前記先端部分の 物理的特性から他方の物理的特性に移行する移行領域を有する、請求項3に記載 の眼内レンズ。 16.前記移行領域は、前記ハプティックのポリマー材料が実質的に均等な温度 にある状態で熱溶接及び化学的溶接を行わないで形成され、これによって、前記 ハプティックのポリマー材料の分子構造が溶接熱や化学物質によって劣化したり 変質したりしない、請求項15に記載の眼内レンズ。 17.前記ハプティックは、細長いポリマー分子鎖を含み、これによって、前記 細長い円筒体は、前記ハプティックを構成するため、その横方向切断の前にその 長さ寸法が延伸され、前記ポリマー材料の前記細長い分子鎖を延伸する、請求項 1に記載の眼内レンズ。 18.光学体、及び該光学体の周囲部分にヘッド部分が埋設され、そこから外方 に延びる細長いシャフト部分を構成する少なくとも一つの細長い支持ハプティッ クを含む眼内レンズの製造方法において、 横方向断面が前記ハプティックの平面図とほぼ同じ細長い円筒体を押出す工程 と、 前記細長い円筒体を横方向に切断して前記細長い円筒体から前記ハプティック を構成する工程とを有する、方法。 19.前記横方向切断は、逆の角度をなした平面に沿って連続的に行われる、請 求項18に記載の方法。 20.前記角度をなした切断平面は、全体に前記ハプティックの長さ寸法に沿っ ており、前記長さ寸法は、前記ハプティックの先端から前記ヘッド部分の最も遠 方の点までで構成される、請求項19に記載の方法。 21.前記横方向切断平面は、交差して前記ハプティックの外側に配置された仮 想線を構成し、切断平面が交差することによって構成された前記仮想線は、前記 ハプティックの前記長さ寸法に対して選択的に配置される、請求項19に記載の 方法。 22.仮想交差線を前記長さ寸法に対してほぼ垂直な所定の位置に配置する工程 を更に有する、請求項21に記載の方法。 23.前記横方向切断工程は、前記細長い本体の長さに沿って間隔を隔てられた 切断平に沿って行われ、前記ハプティックの境界平面を構成し、前記方法は、切 断後に材料を前記ハプティックの側面から取り除き、側面図において前記ハプテ ィックに好ましい形状を前記境界平面間に構成する工程を更に有する、請求項1 8に記載の方法。 24.前記ハプティックの側面から材料を取り除くための前記工程は、前記ハプ ティックの前記ヘッド部分の、軸線方向に間隔を隔てられた一対の境界面を構成 し、前記境界面の少なくとも一方の投影面を横切るように前記シャフト部分を形 成する、請求項23に記載の方法。 25.ポリマー材料を加熱する工程と、前記ポリマー材料を押し出して前記細長 い円筒体を形成する工程と、前記円筒体を冷却し、前記ポリマー材料の横方向断 面即ち前記ハプティックの平面図での形状を保持する工程とを更に有する、請求 項18に記載の方法。 26.前記冷却工程の実施前又は実施中に前記細長い円筒体を延伸し、細長いポ リマー鎖をつくりだす工程を有する、請求項25に記載の方法。 27.前記延伸工程は、前記冷却工程の実施中に行われ、前記冷却工程は、前記 延伸工程と順次の段階で行われる、請求項26に記載の方法。 28.中央光学部分及び該中央光学部分を取り囲む周囲部分を持つ光学体を有し 、 前記周囲部分は、前記光学体内に支持ハプティックを固定するため支持ハプティ ックを包囲し、 前記支持ハプティックは、前記光学体の前記周囲部分内に埋設されたヘッド部 分、該ヘッド部分から前記光学体の外方に延びる基端ステム部分、該ステム部分 から延びる基端湾曲部分、及び該基端湾曲部分から延びた細長いシャフト部分を 有し、該シャフト部分は先端及び該先端と隣接した先端脚部分を構成し、周囲の 眼組織と支持係合し、 前記ハプティックは、細長い円筒体の一区分であり、前記円筒体の表面部分で ある両側面部分を有する、眼内レンズ。 29.前記ハプティックは、前記細長い円筒体を伸ばすことによってつくりださ れる細長い分子鎖を更に有する、請求項28に記載の眼内レンズ。 30.前記ハプティックの前記シャフト部分は、前記ヘッド部分以下の厚さ寸法 を構成する、請求項28に記載の眼内レンズ。 31.前記ハプティックの前記シャフト部分は、前記ヘッド部分から前記先端に 向かって大きさ厚さから小さな厚さまでテーパしている、請求項30に記載の眼 内レンズ。 32.前記ハプティックは、移行領域、及び互いに前記移行領域の両側にある一 つの部品の基端部分、及び接合部品を含む、請求項28に記載の眼内レンズ。 33.前記基端部分及び前記先端部分は、異なる物理的特性を有する、請求項3 2に記載の眼内レンズ。 34.前記異なる物理的特性には、色彩の相違が含まれる、請求項33に記載の 眼内レンズ。 35.前記異なる物理的特性には、前記ハプティックが形成されるポリマー材料 の相違が含まれる、、請求項33に記載の眼内レンズ。
