Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.シリコーンヒドロゲルコンタクトレンズを調製する方法であって、該方法 は以下の工程を包含する: (a)シリコーン含有モノマー、親水性モノマー、および有機希釈剤を含有するモ ノマー性混合物を準備する工程; (b)該モノマー性混合物を型に供給し、そして該型中で該混合物を硬化して成型 品を得る工程; (c)該成型品から該希釈剤を除去して該成型品の機械加工性を改善する工程;お よび (d)該成型品を機械加工して所望の形状を有するコンタクトレンズを得る工程。 2.前記モノマー性混合物が、前部レンズ表面を形成するための表面を備える 第1の型セクション、および後部レンズ表面を形成するための表面を備える第2 の型セクションを含む型に供給される、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記モノマー性混合物が、スピンキャスティングにより硬化される、請求 項1に記載の方法。 4.前記工程(d)が、レンズ表面を所望の形状に機械加工する工程を包含する 、請求項1に記載の方法。 5.前記機械加工する工程が、後部レンズ表面を旋盤切断 する工程を包含する、請求項4に記載の方法。 6.前記機械加工する工程が、前部レンズ表面を旋盤切断する工程を包含する 、請求項4に記載の方法。 7.前記機械加工する工程が、レンズ表面を研磨する工程を包含する、請求項 4に記載の方法。 8.前記工程(d)が、レンズ形態品の縁部を所望の縁部形状に機械加工する工 程を包含する、請求項1に記載の方法。 9.前記機械加工する工程が、縁部を旋盤切断する工程を包含する、請求項8 に記載の方法。 10.前記機械加工する工程が、縁部をバフ仕上げする工程を包含する、請求 項8に記載の方法。 11.請求項1に記載の方法であって、該方法は以下の工程を包含する: (a)前記モノマー性混合物を準備する工程; (b)該混合物の過剰量を、所望の前部レンズ表面を形成するための凹面表面を備 える型に供給し、そして該型中で該混合物をスピンキャスト硬化して所望の前部 レンズ表面を有する成形品を得る工程; (c)該成型品から希釈剤を除去して該成型品の機械加工性を改善する工程;およ び (d)該成形品の後部表面を旋盤切断して所望の厚さを有するコンタクトレンズを 得る工程。 12.請求項1に記載の方法であって、該方法は以下の工程を包含する: (a)前記モノマー性混合物を準備する工程: (b)該モノマー性混合物を型に供給する工程、ここで該型は、前部のレンズ表面 を形成するための表面を備える第1の型セクション、および後部レンズ表面を形 成するための表面を備える第2の型セクションを含み、そして該混合物を型中で 硬化し、前部および後部レンズ表面を有するレンズ形態品を得る; (c)希釈剤を除去し該レンズ形態品の機械加工性を改善する工程;および (d)該レンズ形態品の縁部を機械加工して所望の縁部形状を有するコンタクトレ ンズを得る工程。 13.請求項1に記載の方法であって、該方法は以下の工程を包含する: (a)前記モノマー性混合物を準備する工程; (b)該モノマー性混合物を、所望の前部のレンズ表面を形成するための反対の型 表面を備える型に入れ、そして該モノマー 性混合物を該型中でスピンキャスト硬化し、所望の前部レンズ表面および所望の 後部レンズ表面を有するレンズ形態品を得る工程: (c)希釈剤を除去して該レンズ形態品の機械加工性を改善する工程;および (d)該レンズ形態品の縁部を機械加工して所望の縁部形状を有するコンタクトレ ンズを得る工程。 14.前記工程(d)から得られるレンズを水和する工程をさらに包含する、請 求項1に記載の方法。 15.前記有機希釈剤がアルコールである、請求項1に記載の方法。 16.前記有機希釈剤が、n−へキサノールおよびn−ノナノールからなる群 から選択される、請求項15に記載の方法。 17.前記工程(c)が、高温で成型品を乾燥する工程を包含する、請求項15 に記載の方法。 18.前記成型品が、少なくとも50℃の温度で少なくとも2時間保持される 、請求項17に記載の方法。 19.前記シリコーン含有モノマーが、シリコーン含有ビニルカーボネートプ レポリマーおよびシリコーン含有ビニルカルバメートプレポリマーからなる群か ら選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。 20.前記シリコーン含有モノマーが、シリコーン含有ウレタンプレポリマー である、請求項1に記載の方法。 21.請求項1の方法により調製された、シリコーンヒドロゲルコンタクトレ ンズ。
