Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.数個の相互依存したチャンネルからのデジタルオーディオ信号の送信及び/ 又は記憶時のデータ整理の方法であって、時間領域からの信号のサンプルがブロ ック毎に(スペクトル値の)周波数領域に通され、該スペクトル値は心理音響学 的モデルにより決定された監視閾値を考慮に入れて符号化され、送信及び/又は 記憶され、復号されそして数個のチャンネルで時間領域に再送信される方法にお いて、数個のチャンネルの対応するブロックのスペクトル値により、チャンネル の個別の符号(monocoding)のためのそしてチャンネル信号の結合符号化のため の必要なデータ転送速度の均衡化が行われ、チャンネル信号の結合符号化は、該 結合符号化のためのデータ転送速度が2つのチャンネルの個別の符号化のための データ転送速度を所定値だけ超過していない限りで行われること特徴とする方法 。 2.必要なデータ転送速度の均衡化のために、所定の符号化法にとって、該方法 により生じる干渉を前記監視閾値以下に保つために、ブロック当たりどのビット 数が必要であるかを示すエスチメータ(SF)が形成されることを特徴とする請 求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 3.チャンネル信号の個別の符号化のための必要なデータ転送速度のエスチメー タ(SF(Ki、Kj、Kk...))は、各チャンネル(Ki、Kj、等)か らの信号のエスチメータ(SF(Ki)、SF (Kj)...)の加算により形成されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項記 載の方法。 4.結合符号化は、入力信号の線形結合(マトリクス化)の形成により行われ、 これらは、復号化過程(脱マトリクス化)中に取り消されることを特徴とする請 求の範囲第3項記載の方法。 5.チャンネル(Ki、Kj、Kk...)からの信号の結合符号化のための必 要なデータ転送速度のエスチメータ(SF(Mijk...))は、Miがi番 目のマトリクス化されたチャンネルを表すエスチメータ(SF(Mi)、SF( Mj)、SF (Mk)...)の加算により形成されることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第2項乃至第4項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 6.各チャンネルの復号化された信号にとって、許容最大干渉度があらかじめ決 定されており、該最大許容干渉度にとって、各チャンネルの特定の監視閾値が算 出され、結合符号化のためのエスチメータの決定のために使用されることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第1項乃至第5項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 7.オーディオ信号の永続エントロピー(PE)がエスチメータとして使用され る請求の範囲第2項乃至第6項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 8.下記の条件SF(Mijk...)<C1 SF(Ki、Kj、Kk... )+C2(式中C1及びC2はあらかじめ決定しうる定数である)が満たされる場 合、数個のチャンネル(Ki、Kj、Kk ...)の信号の結合符号化が行われることを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項乃至 第7項のいずれか1項記載の方法。 9.前記定数C1は、値1と2の間にあることを特徴とする請求の範囲第8項記 載の方法。 10.前記定数C2は、ゼロであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第8項又は9項 記載の方法。
