Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.次の構成成分を含んでなるインプラント用リード線: a)少なくとも1本の螺旋状に巻回した電気導体、 b)前記少なくとも1本の螺旋状に巻回した電気導体を同軸に被覆するエラ ストマーポリマーのチューブ状被覆、 c)フィブリルによって相互に接続したノードの微細構造を有する多孔質ポ リテトラフルオロエチレンの外側のチューブ状被覆。 2.エラストマーポリマーが熱硬化性エラストマーポリマーである請求の範囲 第1項に記載のインプラント用リード線。 3.熱硬化性エラストマーポリマーがシリコーンである請求の範囲第2項に記 載のインプラント用リード線。 4.エラストマーポリマーが熱可塑性エラストマーポリマーである請求の範囲 第1項に記載のインプラント用リード線。 5.熱可塑性エラストマーポリマーがポリウレタンである請求の範囲第4項に 記載のインプラント用リード線。 6.多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの外側のチューブ状被覆の長さの少な くとも一部を、シリコーン接着剤によってエラストマーポリマーのチューブ状被 覆の少なくとも一部の長さに接着した請求の範囲第3項に記載のインプラント用 リード線。 7.多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの外側被覆の長さの少なくとも一部が 、曲がったフィブリルで相互に接続したノードの微細構造を有し、多孔質ポリテ トラフルオロエチレンの外側被覆の長さの少なくとも一部が、インプラント用リ ード線の多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレン被覆部分の緩んだ長さの少なくとも 1.2倍で弾性的に伸長可能及び回復可能である請求の範囲第1項に記載のイン プラント用リード線。 8.多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの外側被覆の長さの少なくとも一部が 、インプラント用リード線の多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレン被覆部分の緩ん だ長さの少なくとも1.5倍で弾性的に伸長可能及び回復可能である請求の範囲 第7項に記載のインプラント用リード線。 9.フィブリルの長さが約4μm以上である請求の範囲第1項に記載のインプ ラント用リード線。 10.フィブリルの長さが約10μm以上である請求の範囲第9項に記載のイ ンプラント用リード線。
