Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 内輪(11)と外輪(10)との間で転動する円筒形の転動体(2)を備 えたラジアル転がり軸受であって、夫々互いに隣接する2つの転動体(2)の間 に個別のスペーサ(1)が挿入されており、該スペーサ(1)は、その長手方向 中心平面(3)の両側に接触面(4)を有しかつラジアル転がり軸受の回転の際 その一方の終端区分(4a)によって内輪(11)又は外輪(10)の転動路に 接して案内されている形式のものにおいて、 接触面(4)の区分(5)がラジアル転がり軸受のピッチ円(12)の両側で 凸面状、凹面状又は平面状の輪郭を有し、前記区分(5)が凹面状に形成されて いる場合にはその曲率半径が転動体(2)の曲率半径(8)よりも著しく大きい ことを特徴とする、ラジアル転がり軸受。 2. スペーサ(1)がその終端区分(4a)の領域に曲率半径(7)を備えた 接触面を有する形式のラジアル転がり転受において、 終端区分(4a)の接触面の曲率半径(7)が転動体(2)の曲率半径(8) よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1記載のラジアル転がり軸受。 3. スペーサ(1)が少くとも終端区分(4a)に滑りシュー(17)を有し 、その転動路に向い合う面 が湾曲状に構成されている形式のラジアル転がり軸受において、 滑りシュー(17)がリングセグメントとして構成されていることを特徴とす る、請求項1記載のラジアル転がり軸受。 4. 前記区分(5)が長手方向にも横方向にも凸面状に構成されていることを 特徴とする、請求項1記載のラジアル転がり軸受。 5. 内輪(11)及び又は外輪(10)に隣接する接触面(4)の終端区分( 4a)がその中央部に切欠き(13)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1 記載のラジアル転がり軸受。 6. スペーサ(1)が内輪(11)及び外輪(10)の転動路の横方向寸法乃 至円筒形転動体(2)の横方向寸法よりも小さな軸方向寸法を有していることを 特徴とする、請求項1記載のラジアル転がり軸受。 7. 内輪(11)及び外輪(10)に隣接する接触面(4)の終端区分(4a )がその縁部領域に切欠き(13)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1記 載のラジアル転がり軸受。 8. 前記区分(5)内に転動体(14又は15)がスナップ嵌めされているこ とを特徴とする、請求項1記載のラジアル転がり軸受。 9. 前記区分(5)がその中央部に切欠き(16)を 有していることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のラジアル転がり軸受。 10.スペーサ(1)がプラスチック、セラミックス、アルミニウム合金又は銅 合金から成っていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のラジアル転がり軸受。 11.スペーサ(1)が薄板から成り、かつ転動体(2)と、内輪(11)及び 外輪(10)の転動路とに向い合う面にはプラスチック層が設けられていること を特徴とする、請求項1記載のラジアル転がり軸受。 12.内輪(11)及び又は外輪(10)に隣接する接触面(4)の終端区分( 4a)が弾性的に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載のラジ アル転がり軸受。 13.接触面(4)が長手方向中心平面(3)の両側である角度だけずらされて 相互に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のラジアル転がり軸受。 14.転動路に接触する接触面(4)の終端区分(4a)に面取角部(6)が設 けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のラジアル転がり軸受。
