Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.次の構成成分を含んでなるインプラント用リード線: a)少なくとも1本の電気導体ワイヤー、 b)前記少なくとも1本の電気導体ワイヤーをチューブ状かつ同軸状に囲む 不浸透性プラスチック絶縁材層、 c)多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの外側の同軸状のカバー。 2.前記電気導体ワイヤーが、螺旋状に巻回された電気導体ワイヤーである請 求の範囲第1項に記載のインプラント用リード線。 3.前記少なくとも1本の螺旋状に巻回された導体ワイヤーが、前記少なくと も1本の螺旋状に巻回された導体ワイヤーの表面をカバーするプラスチック絶縁 材の第2層を有する請求の範囲第2項に記載のインプラント用リード線。 4.前記不浸透性のプラスチック絶縁材がシリコーンチューブである請求の範 囲第1項に記載のインプラント用リード線。 5.前記不浸透性のプラスチック絶縁材が熱可塑性フルオロポリマーである請 求の範囲第1項に記載のインプラント用リード線。 6.前記多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの外側の同軸状のカバーが、フィ ブリルによって相互に接続されたノードの微細構造を有する多孔質ポリテトラフ ルオロエチレンであり、フィブリルの長さが約4μmより長い請求の範囲第1項 に記載のインプラント用リード線。 7.フィブリルの長さが約10μmより長い請求の範囲第6項に記載のインプ ラント用リード線。 8.前記不浸透性のプラスチック絶縁材が、前記電気導体ワイヤーの方に多孔 質ポリテトラフルオロエチレン層が向いた、多孔質ポ リテトラフルオロエチレン層と非多孔質熱可塑性フルオロポリマー層を含むラミ ネートされたフィルムである請求の範囲第1項に記載のインプラント用リード線 。 9.前記熱可塑性フルオロポリマー絶縁材が、エチレン−テトラフルオロエチ レンコポリマー、フッ化エチレンプロピレン、パーフルオロアルコキシ樹脂から なる群より選択された請求の範囲第8項に記載のインプラント用リード線。 10.前記不浸透性のプラスチック絶縁材が、前記電気導体ワイヤーの方に多 孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレン層が向いた、多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレ ン層と非多孔質熱可塑性フルオロポリマー層を含むラミネートされたフィルムで ある請求の範囲第2項に記載のインプラント用リード線。 11.前記不浸透性のプラスチック絶縁材が、前記電気導体ワイヤーの方に多 孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレン層が向いた、多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレ ン層と非多孔質熱可塑性フルオロポリマー層を含むラミネートされたフィルムで ある請求の範囲第3項に記載のインプラント用リード線。 12.前記不浸透性のプラスチック絶縁材が、前記電気導体ワイヤーの方に多 孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレン層が向いた、多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレ ン層と非多孔質熱可塑性フルオロポリマー層を含むラミネートされたフィルムで ある請求の範囲第6項に記載のインプラント用リード線。 13.前記不浸透性のプラスチック絶縁材がシリコーンチューブであり、前記 多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレンチューブの外側の同軸状のカバーが、多孔質 ポリテトラフルオロエチレン層を外に向けた、多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレ ン層と非多孔質熱可塑性フルオロポリマー層を含むラミネートされたフィルムの 形態である請 求の範囲第1項に記載のインプラント用リード線。 14.熱可塑性フルオロポリマーが、エチレン−テトラフルオロエチレンコポ リマー、フッ化エチレンプロピレン、パーフルオロアルコキシ樹脂からなる群よ り選択された請求の範囲第13項に記載のインプラント用リード線。 15.前記不浸透性のプラスチック絶縁材がシリコーンチューブであり、前記 多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレンチューブの外側の同軸状のカバーが、多孔質 ポリテトラフルオロエチレン層を外に向けた、多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレ ン層と非多孔質熱可塑性フルオロポリマー層を含むラミネートされたフィルムの 形態である請求の範囲第2項に記載のインプラント用リード線。 16.前記不浸透性のプラスチック絶縁材がシリコーンチューブであり、前記 多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレンチューブの外側の同軸状のカバーが、多孔質 ポリテトラフルオロエチレン層を外に向けた、多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレ ン層と非多孔質熱可塑性フルオロポリマー層を含むラミネートされたフィルムの 形態である請求の範囲第3項に記載のインプラント用リード線。 17.前記電気導体ワイヤーを同軸状にカバーし、前記電気導体ワイヤーと不 浸透性プラスチック絶縁材層の間に位置する多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレン チューブ層を有し、前記不浸透性のプラスチック絶縁材層と、多孔質ポリテトラ フルオロエチレンチューブの外側の同軸状のカバーが、多孔質ポリテトラフルオ ロエチレン層を外に向けた、多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレン層と非多孔質熱 可塑性フルオロポリマー層を有するラミネートされたフィルムである請求の範囲 第1項に記載のインプラント用リード線。 18.熱可塑性フルオロポリマーが、エチレン−テトラフルオロエチレンコポ リマー、フッ化エチレンプロピレン、パーフルオロア ルコキシ樹脂からなる群より選択された請求の範囲第17項に記載のインプラン ト用リード線。 19.前記電気導体ワイヤーを同軸状にカバーし、前記電気導体ワイヤーと不 浸透性プラスチック絶縁材層の間に位置する多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレン チューブ層を有し、前記不浸透性のプラスチック絶縁材層と、多孔質ポリテトラ フルオロエチレンチューブの外側の同軸状のカバーが、多孔質ポリテトラフルオ ロエチレン層を外に向けた、多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレン層と非多孔質熱 可塑性フルオロポリマー層を有するラミネートされたフィルムである請求の範囲 第2項に記載のインプラント用リード線。 20.前記電気導体ワイヤーを同軸状にカバーし、前記電気導体ワイヤーと不 浸透性プラスチック絶縁材層の間に位置する多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレン チューブ層を有し、前記不浸透性のプラスチック絶縁材層と、多孔質ポリテトラ フルオロエチレンチューブの外側の同軸状のカバーが、多孔質ポリテトラフルオ ロエチレン層を外に向けた、多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレン層と非多孔質熱 可塑性フルオロポリマー層を有するラミネートされたフィルムである請求の範囲 第3項に記載のインプラント用リード線。 21.熱可塑性フルオロポリマーが、エチレン−テトラフルオロエチレンコポ リマー、フッ化エチレンプロピレン、パーフルオロアルコキシ樹脂からなる群よ り選択された請求の範囲第5項に記載のインプラント用リード線。 22.不浸透性のプラスチック絶縁層と、多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレン チューブの外側のカバーを有するインプラント用リード線の製造方法であって、 次の過程を含んでなる方法: a)ラミネートされたフィルムをマンドレルの周りに螺旋状に巻回し、ここ でラミネートされたフィルムは、多孔質ポリテトラフル オロエチレン層と非多孔質熱可塑性フルオロポリマー層を含み、前記多孔質ポリ テトラフルオロエチレン層がマンドレルに接触し、 b)ラミネートされたフィルムの螺旋状の巻回を有するマンドレルの上に多 孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレンチューブを同軸状にぴったりはめ込み、 c)マンドレル、ラミネートされたフィルム、及び多孔質ポリテトラフルオ ロエチレンチューブを適切に加熱し、熱可塑性フルオロポリマーを溶融させ、次 いで冷却し、そして d)マンドレルを抜き取り、螺旋状に巻回されたフィルムと多孔質のポリテ トラフルオロエチレンチューブの端部を互いに同じ平面に切断する。
