Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.アルミニウム塩アジュバントに吸着された免疫原を含んでなる、安定な粒 状形の即時放出ワクチン製剤。 2.アルミニウム塩アジュバントが水酸化アルミニウム又はリン酸アルミニウ ムである、請求項1に記載のワクチン製剤。 3.タンパク質安定剤を更に含んだ、請求項1に記載のワクチン製剤。 4.安定剤が糖又は糖誘導体である、請求項3に記載のワクチン製剤。 5.安定剤がトレハロース、ラクトース、デキストロース及びグルコサミンか らなる群より選択される、請求項4に記載のワクチン製剤。 6.粒状形が易流動性粉末である、請求項1に記載のワクチン製剤。 7.アルミニウム塩吸着免疫原の水性懸濁液を形成し、その後上記懸濁液をス プレードライするステップを含む、請求項1に記載のワクチン製剤の製造方法。 8.粒子が別々の免疫原含有部分を含む生分解性ポリマーの連続マトリックス を含んでなる微小球粒子である、安定な粒状形の制御又は遅延放出ワクチン製剤 。 9.免疫原含有部分がアジュバントも含んでいる、請求項8に記載のワクチン 製剤。 10.免疫原含有部分がアルミニウム塩アジュバントに吸着された免疫原を含 んだ粒子を含有している、請求項8に記載のワクチン製剤。 11.生分解性ポリマーがポリ乳酸、ポリグリコール酸及びそれらのコポリマ ーからなる群より選択される、請求項8に記載のワクチン製剤。 12.生分解性ポリマーを溶解させた連続有機相中に免疫原と場合によりアジ ュバントを含む水性懸濁液のエマルジョンを形成し、その後油中水型エマルジョ ンをスプレードライして微小球粒子を形成するステップを含む、請求項8に記 載のワクチン製剤の製造方法。 13.エマルジョンが乳化剤を含有している、請求項12に記載の方法。 14.生分解性ポリマーを溶解させた連続有機相中に粒状免疫原含有物質と場 合によりアジュバントとの懸濁液を形成し、その後懸濁液をスプレードライして 微小球粒子を形成するステップを含む、請求項8に記載のワクチン製剤の製造方 法。 15.粒状免疫原含有物質がアルミニウム塩アジュバントに吸着された免疫原 を含んでいる、請求項14に記載の方法。 16.請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の少くとも1種の即時放出ワクチン 製剤を医薬又は獣薬用に許容されるキャリア又は希釈剤と一緒に含んでなるワク チン組成物。 17.請求項8〜11のいずれか一項に記載の少くとも1種の制御又は遅延放 出ワクチン製剤を医薬又は獣薬用に許容されるキャリア又は希釈剤と一緒に含ん でなるワクチン組成物。 18.少くとも1種の即時放出ワクチン製剤を安定な粒状形で更に含んでいる 、請求項17に記載のワクチン組成物。 19.即時放出ワクチン製剤がアルミニウム塩アジュバントに吸着された免疫 原を含んでいる、請求項18に記載のワクチン組成物。 20.非経口投与用に適した形をした、請求項16〜19のいずれか一項に記 載のワクチン組成物。 21.キャリアが固体キャリアであり、ワクチン組成物が固体ペレット又はイ ンプラントの形をしている、請求項16〜20のいずれか一項に記載のワクチン 組成物。 22.請求項16〜21のいずれか一項に記載のワクチン組成物の患者への投 与からなる、ヒト又は他の動物患者の予防接種方法。
