Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.本質的に平滑な表面構造の球状粒子のマイクロパウダーにおいて、本質的 な成分としてポリアリーレンエーテルスルホンもしくは−ケトンを含有しかつポ リアリーレンエーテルスルホンもしくは−ケトンの溶融物のプリリング又はポリ アリーレンエーテルスルホンもしくは−ケトンの溶液の噴霧乾燥によって得られ ることを特徴とするマイクロパウダー。 2.本質的な成分として A)繰返し単位I: 〔式中、t及びqは値0又は整数1〜3を表わし;Nは−O−基又は−S−基を 表わし;T及びQは化学結合又は、−O−基、−S−基、C=O基、S=O基、 −SO2−基、−N=N−基、−RaC=CRb−基及び−CRcRd−基から選択 された基を表わし;Ra及びRbはそれぞれ水素原子又はC1〜C10−アルキル基 を表わし;Rc及びRdはそれぞれ水素原子又はC1〜C10−アルキル基、C1〜C10 −アルコキシ基、C1〜C10−アルキルアリール基又はC6〜C18−アリール基 を表わし、この場合、これら基はそれぞれフッ素原子及び/又は塩素原子で置換 されていてもよく;Zは C=O基、S=O基及び−SO2−基から選択された基を表わし;Ar、Ar1、 Ar2及びAr3はC6〜C18−アリール基を表わし、この場合、この基は、C1〜 C10−アルキル基、C1〜C10−アルキルアリール基、C6〜C18−アリール基、 C1〜C10−アルコキシ基及びハロゲン原子から選択された置換基を有していて もよい〕 を有するポリアリーレンエーテルスルホンもしくは−ケトン又はランダム共重合 体もしくはブロック共重合体及び/又は B)Aを、C−C二重−もしくは三重結合とともに1個もしくはそれ以上のカル ボニル基、カルボン酸基、カルボキシレート基、酸無水物基、酸アミド基、酸イ ミド基、カルボン酸エステル基、アミノ基、ヒドロキシル基、エポキシ基、オキ サゾリン基、ウレタン基、尿素原子、ラクタム基もしくはハロゲン化ベンジル基 を有している反応性化合物と反応させることによって得られたポリアリーレンエ ーテルスルホンもしくは−ケトン又はランダム共重合体もしくはブロック共重合 体を含有している、請求項1記載のマイクロパウダー。 3.本質的な成分として 繰返し単位II: 5〜95モル%及び 繰返し単位III: 5〜95モル% を有するポリアリーレンエーテルスルホンを含有している、請求項1又は2記載 のマイクロパウダー。 4.平均粒径1〜100μmである、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記 載のマイクロパウダー。 5.ポリアリーレンエーテルスルホン溶液の噴霧乾燥によって得られ、この場 合、溶剤はN−メチルピロリドン、ジメチルスルホキシド又はジメチルホルムア ミドである、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のマイクロパウダー。 6.本質的な成分としてポリアリーレンエーテルスルホンもしくは−ケトンを 含有しているマイクロパウダーを製造する方法において、ポリアリーレンエーテ ルスルホンもしくは−ケトン溶液を噴霧乾燥することを特徴とする、マイクロパ ウダーの製法。 7.水性分散液を製造するための、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載 のマイクロパウダーの使用。 8.水性分散液において、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載のマイク ロパウダーを含有していることを特徴とする水性分散液。 9.被覆において、請求項8記載の水性分散液を使用することによって得られ ていることを特徴とする被覆。
